The room was way better than expected it was awesome , Bathroom same

Location was perfect for our concert at the Madison! The hotel was just beautiful, staff was very professional and friendly. The bed was very comfy and the room wasa great size for the two of us but still cozy! Loved the restaurant in the lobby, very good.

No fan in the bathroom so it got a bit stuffy during my shower. No on site parking, had to valet, but $20 wasn't too bad for the night.

The Covington Hotel is a beautiful property. We were amazed at the comfort and beauty of our room. We'r traveled there to be with our friend who was honored to be the hometown hero at the Reds game. It was a spur of the moment trip. We could not have been happier with our choice. Breakfast was delicious! We said we would drive seven hours again just for that gravy biscuit! The staff were all wonderful. We were provided a free shuttle to the game. Our driver was very friendly. We had a fabulous weekend.

There was no complimentary breakfast. The breakfasts for purchase were not as nice as what would be expected for a better hotel,

The restaurant was very loud! We had just flown in & expected to have a romantic dinner. We could barely hear each other. There were several weddings that took place while we were there. Unfortunately, after the weddings, the guests used the lobby for their “pre” reception before heading across the street where the noise from the reception kept us awake. Unless you’re part of a wedding, those things are not enjoyed by other guests,

So great to find an independently run hotel with such character and comfort. The decor was fresh, interesting and chic. Service was outstanding. Totally worth crossing over for.

Room was beautiful and spacious, immaculately clean. Staff was incredibly kind and friendly.

Honestly it was perfect for my needs :)

Staff, Style and environment. Awesome coffee shop, bar/restaurant. The courtyard made for a relaxing pleasurable experience.

Nice location, free parking on the street within close proximity. Nice shopping and restaurants nearby. Staff was all very friendly. Glad you could have dogs.

I wish breakfast was included with the stay.

Beautiful hotel. The room was beyond what we expected. Room was really clean.

Had an issue with a Senior Manager walking into our room at midnight without knocking or correctly identifying as staff.

I had to wait a while to be seate for breakfast.

I was unhappy that no coffee was available in the room. Had to go down the hall, down 4 floors, not yet dressed properly for the day, then wait in line for a cup of coffee visible by a restaurant full of others with their hair combed nicely. Heaven forbid you’d want a second cup.

The location and surrounding bars/restaurants within walking distance were amazing. Hotel definitely had a more upscale feel. Perfect location for couples wanting a nice getaway.

Room was not sanitary or thoroughly quality controlled and wasn't considered clean to my expectations. Fire alarm went off at 4am due to a resident smoking in the room. Whole building had to evacuate which was a major inconvenience.

The valet parking was amazing, as well as the front desk staff. Super helpful and friendly. They allowed us to check in early and brought us an item we forgot in our car to our room since we used valet parking. Ice is delivered to the rooms upon request.

The rooms are very small, not enough blankets, to adjust the shower after turning it on you will either get burned or frozen as the shower head is on the opposite side where the glass swinging shower door opened, no fan in the bathroom to help cut down the steam, the ENTIRE lobby stunk because they apparently pump their “signature scent” in the hotel and it smells like the worst stinky perfume you could imagine, the staff at the bar was okay but none of them were very friendly or personable at all.

For the price, there should be a coffeemaker in the room. The token system was very inconvenient. Also, no ice machine?

Very conveniently located to take advantage of the Cov.

Room wasn’t ready at check in. Never got the text that it was ready. It all shut down early on Sunday.
