San Francisco-based design firm ForrestPerkins cleverly joined two turn-of-the-century brick buildings to create the hotel—including one that originally served as the historic Anna Louise Inn, a safe housing haven for young working women in the early 1900s.
Step inside, and you’ll find a stunning, light-filled grand atrium lobby designed to bring the neighboring park indoors, complete with a vaulted glass ceiling and towering 18-foot trees. The hotel also pays homage to Cincinnati’s “Queen City” nickname at its signature Northern Italian restaurant, Subito, which features a massive crown-shaped pendant bar.
The real showstopper is Vista at Lytle Park, the city’s only four-season rooftop bar. Spanning over 5,000 square feet with a retractable glass roof and cozy fireplaces, it gives guests front-row seats to panoramic views of the downtown skyline, the Ohio River, and nearby stadiums, no matter what the weather is doing.
Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for a better base camp. The hotel sits right across the street from the historic Taft Museum of Art and is just a short, scenic stroll away from the Great American Ball Park, making it incredibly easy to mix a bit of local culture with a Cincinnati Reds baseball game.

Bed was dirty shower was dirty and the people helping with the the bags and the cars are very racy and I didn’t have a tablet in my room but all the other did on my floor so yes I’m a black women and felt some kinda of way about my overall experience

The bed was amazing.
I didn't like that the shower curtain liner was dirty (they sent someone to clean it while I was out but it still looked nasty when I got back) and that the curtains in the room were barely functioning and starting to come down. I was able to pull them close enough for adequate privacy. There was no full mirror for when I was dressing. When I first got there I had a problem with the tub stopper. Someone came to "fix" it. It was still not functioning properly. They came back and did something else that I could work with for the remainder of my stay. But, I could tell that it was still broken. I don't know that I would return. But I'm pretty sure they wouldn't care either way.

No time for breakfast ... signaled when registering that it was our anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond in every way possible: hand-written note in the room, rose petals, bouquet on the coffee table, chocolate covered blueberries ... amazing.

The small touches for evening turn downs.
A bookmark was placed beside my book. A glasses cleaning cloth placed on night stand to clean my glasses. Chocolate placed on bed. Bedroom slippers placed at bedside. The free car service is a wonderful touch! Staff was attentive and friendly. Love the in-room coffee maker. Soaker tub was excellent! Free bottles of water was a plus.
Need a better starter plate menu. Maybe have umbrellas at front desk to check out, if needed. In room breakfast could have a little more selection. Couches in rooms are pretty hard to sit on.

Valet, staff was excellent! Roof top bar was Awesome! Loved our waitress! Very accommodating staff. Bar tenders were excellent! Felt like we were in “Pretty Women”.
Overnight staff member seemed very overwhelmed to the point we were concerned for his health. Would be great to have food available after 11pm especially after the Taylor Swift concert everyone was hungry.

It was terrible. No compensation. Told me I should have checked sooner. I checked in at 4:00.
King Suite was on the first floor when I had requested an upper floor. It overlooked a construction site. $800 for a $200 room. Vista Lounge on top wasn't opened. Too expensive parking.
