Hotel Hyatt Regency, Cincinnati

It was a clean and comfortable room! Very cozy!

Didn't like front desk did not inform me about additional charges would be charged to my stay. Also could have used a microwave in the room.

Located right across the street from the Convention Center. Staff was great, and the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained.

The hotel is cashless. I think that is the begining of the end. I dont want any one tracking what food I eat or if I have a cocktail or a beer. Couldnt even get change at tge front desk or pay for extras with cash upon checking out. Dumbest trend ever

The bed was very comfortable. We were passing through so the location being right in downtown and minutes from the highway was perfect. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful for my thick hair and all the products provided smelled so good!

The parking situation was not the greatest. We either paid $50 for valet or drove across the street ourselves and parked for $28 I believe. I understand valet being extra but as much as the room was some kind of parking should be included.

Small bathroom with not enough toiletry space for 2 people. Also not enough hooks to hang towels. We had breakfast downstairs twice. It’s a strange system where you have to pay for the meal before you eat? We’ve never had that at a hotel before.

Loved the location. Loved the cleanliness. Staff always does a great job. The room was quiet and peaceful. The water always in the lobby is helpful. There are a lot of rooms, but the elevators are fast.

Valet parking is becoming more expensive, but not as efficient as my last visit. They need more attendants. You couldn’t call ahead because no one was there to answer the phones. The attendants were polite and did their best.

The hotel was very updated. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Great location a few blocks from the stadiums and Fountain Square. Lots of parking close by. 24 hour market is great to have. Staff was friendly. Spacious rooms with great views

Conveniently located in the city to walk to a lot of sites and close to the circuit to catch to get to other locations that were too far to walk. The price for the rooms for the downtown area was great.

We were in a corner room and the bathroom was extremely tight.

Market open 24 hours, very clean, and friendly staff. Valet parking was easy to navigate!

The room, guest services, and location were great. The only reason I rated a 9 and not 10 was the indoor pool was advertised as heated and it was extremely cold. Other than that, it was a great stay.

I like that the hotel was in good walking distance of our and also not a bad walk to the baseball stadium. The hotel was very clean and the restaurant was great with good food.

Room had a small smell and the tv and bed was facing a werid direction

Location to the Flying Pig marathon was the best. I loved the Market store located in the lobby, it was so convenient to grab a coffee or snack.

Location. Place was clean, room was adequate. Breakfast food was well prepared.

$49 a night for parking? Ridiculous. I paid $13 across the street in the garage. The system for ordering breakfast, at the front counter, before sitting down, is cumbersome. Plus I never like automatic gratuity.
