Friendly staff excellent location nice cleanrooms

Exceeded our expectations, the hotel is beautiful. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating, everything was super clean and bed was comfy! We'd definitely love to stay here again.

Location, interior of the hotel, staff were wonderfull and helpfull.

Joined rooms (seperated by doors), slow water drainage in the sink bathroom, be earlier in time for breakfast or you will wait in line for a seat.

Breakfast was great, even on our last morning we left before breakfast and there was coffee and croissants. Room was fab... location perfect

One tiny, tiny thing was my bed sheets. Maybe it was my mistake, not sure if they had matrices cover or if I mistaked it for a sheet. I normally expect matrices cover, then sheet then duvet sheet, then duvet. But totally not a big deal at all,

Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices. The location is slightly on the outskirts of the city center but still within walking distance. The room was decent.

The spa area could be improved. It only has two small sauna rooms, which feel inadequate compared to the spacious changing rooms. There's no jacuzzi or ice pool, which was disappointing.

Elegant and welcoming

It was very modern and clean. The WiFi was strong throughout the hotel and reliable. The staff were very welcoming even letting us check in earlier than planned. The hotel was also decorated beautifully as we went over the Christmas period. They were also very responsive in the lead up to our arrival when we encountered some problems. The hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk from the Danube River and other main attractions in Budapest. It also has a lot of choice for food within the hotel and the surrounding area. Will definitely stay again for future stays in Budapest.

Fully booked hotel for New Year, we got upgraded to a larger room at no cost. Even though Budapest is so busy at this time of year, hotel breakfast, gallery bar, roof-top wellness area were all clean and well managed. Good location, easy access to metro and trams. Discovered lovely little vintage shops and book cafes nearby. Super comfortable bed, too - perfect couple get-away.

Location of the hotel was perfect, everything within walking distance, nice and cozy rooms, delicious breakfast, staff super friendly.

The wellness area was a bit dissapointing, there are only two saunas and both are super small, so we did not get the chance to use them even tho we waited.

It’s very beautiful and nice. The location is wonderful and good. Near Kosher restaurants and even Kosher market! I must say good word about a reception clerk named MARTA. She’s wonderful! She helps us so much and was kind and helpful!

The room we got was very small. We booked this hotel with another 2 couples and the got larger rooms on the same floor with us! And no, they didn’t pay more for the room…

We had a good night there. Dinner was very good in the restaurant. The Food was excelent.

We planned to have a coffee on the Galléria, but it was not open before 10.00 a.m. This is a great pity.

All was almost perfect: location is really practical, the welcome of staff members (especially in this christmas period), decoration is perfect, and room are very clean

Two points could be improved. 1- A bit too much noise in the morning between 8 to 9am by cleanning team in the corridor. 2-Coffee machine at the breakfast could be more efficient and fast.

Very good position to reach the city center. Room and amenities also at a good standard. I appreciated the SPA and the internal swimming pool.

Breakfast service, I had to wait for almost 20 mins to get a table for my breakfast. The breakfast area has actually no capacity for serving a quite standard amount of customers.

Everything was of a high standard and very clean. Although we didn't have a view as such we did look out onto a beautiful mural. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was warm and safe.

We didn't like to hotels location. We understand this is not in your control. The old Gheto area was dirty and ugly. We were not too sure about our safety but we were okay. Certainly the areas of Budapest outside the main tourist area tainted our view of the city and country. It would have been helpful to understanding the metro, but by our second day we were on top of this.

Restaurant staff, in particular one member was rude and took ages to serve us so we ended up leaving. And it wasn’t us he was rude to it was a couple from Japan.

It’s visually stunning and pretends to be a much more expensive hotel! We loved it. Everything as it should be, staff delightful, breakfast delicious.

I took one point off because getting into breakfast in the morning was tricky as there were so many people and nowhere to sit. We did try at different times and did sit outside one morning which was novel. But that was the only negative. The food is well worth waiting for though.

The hotel is located in a very good area.Having a private parking is a big plus taking into account the narrow and busy streets.Also all the staff is very friendly,especially from the reception area,we were welcomed with warmth and politeness. I also liked the info from the restaurant regarding the wasted food in previous day!Makes people think twice before putting food in the plate which will not be eaten.

Rooms may need a refresh and the orange juice served at the breakfast should be changed.Didn’t tasted as it’s name.

The facility is absolutely perfect. You felek like a Royal Class ! Absolut nice restorant. The location is within the city center. You can explore the beauties of Budapest on foot or by tram. There is beautiful pool area and spa. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. parking is available. An all-around great team. Thanks to the crew!

Nice and comfy rooms. Convenient location. Nice breakfast with a broad selection. Check-out is not too early. The hotel offers its spa facilities for free even after checking out, as long as it's the same day.

The bathroom had some water stains and a bit of dust. The switch for turning on the showerhead was broken.

Good quality hotel on the edge of the Jewish quarter and about 30 minute walk from the river. Large clean room although shower leaked a bit but would recommended the hotel

Most people were going for breakfast the same time (between 9.30 and 10.30) so there was a bit of a queue - which could probably be avoided if you go earlier, which the hotel was trying to encourage

It is hard to overstate how wonderful the breakfast is at this property! The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself is truly outstanding with a rich history and tons of beauty.

The pools and the pool area could have been cleaner. Or perhaps enforcing some rules regarding long hair being tied back would have been nice. Too many times, we encounter wads of long hair floating in the pool.
