Beautiful historical building, nicely furnished, elegant and clean. Room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Amazing staff

The pillows were terrible and I did not find it comfortable to sleep

Great location, and while we didnt soend much time at the hotel the rooms were well equipped, modern and tasteful.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional.

Nothing at all, it would have been lovely to have gone it the outside roof pool if it was open!

The room was well organized and clean each time we returned to the hotel. Breakfast was brilliant. Plentiful and varied with different offerings each morning. Location was great, right in the middle of town next to vital metro and trams lines of budapest.

The welcoming of the hotel was really nice, the staff took our bags and showed us to our room. The hotel itself was really pretty inside and of an evening they had someone playing the piano which was nice.

The beds were too soft, they were comfortable but for people with back problems it's not firm enough to support you.

It was nice and comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. It is located in a good position near the city center.

It would be great if it will be possible to check-in earlier. We arrived at 7:00 a.m. and had to wait until 14:00. However, I appreciate that we were allowed to check-in one hour earlier.

Beautiful Hotel, the staff were so friendly, Breakfast was great with such a huge selection to choose from. Highly recommend the Continental Hotel.

Very nice hotel in Budapest city center. Located in the heart of the Jewish quarter, close to many tourist attractions and public transport/ 14 14-minute walk from Deak Ferenc Ter - city center. The staff members were very kind, helpful and willing to answer my questions. The room was clean and well-organized. The shower was a little small and could use some refresh of appliances but overall good. Breakfast was very nice - wide variety, nice options. I have asked for Gluten-free bread and recieved it every morning. They even had a special place for omlet by guest wishes - not very common to see in 4-stars hotels in Budapest. The gym was nice with a lot of options. The hotel Also contains a wellness center with Sauna and warm pool - very nice and clean. My overall experience was very positive.

The area might be a bit noisy, and the streets around it might be messy and very crowded. The bathroom was somewhat small.

Not being able to open a window is quite disappointing, at least if there was an option to open it 15 cm it would be great. In addition, the air conditioner in room 319 doesn't really cool the room.

Great location away from city centre noise but close enough to walk in.

The heat in the rooms was a little hard to control however it was warmer than average for the time of year and air con had switched to winter setting. The staff were helpful in trying to resolve.

We checked in here on very short notice as our other accommodation had not quite been as expected. This is a standard chain hotel with a swimming pool and sun area on the roof. Breakfast was good.

Wonderful entrance and lobby/gallery, great location, very good breakfast. We were able to bring our dog, which was also a big plus. Liked it a lot and would love to come here again!

The location was excellent. The bathrobes , slippers and complimentary water were so nice.

The hotel is very central, the staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast gives enough options for a couple of days. The room was always clean, towels, bed sheets were also fresh and fluffy.

My biggest issue was with the small swimming pool and the tiny sauna which fits at best 4 people inside it. For a hotel of >270 rooms, I think this is simply unacceptable. The wellness area really needs a renovation to the standards in the lobby area. Housekeeping seemed a bit disorganized when it came to exchanging towels, one day they forgot to bring fresh towels, another day they brought the wrong towels and the glasses needed to be washed again. The breakfast, although it has a handful of options, can get dull after 4 nights, if it’s not switched up.

This hotel is old style beautiful architecture throughout as it used be a baths. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of choices something for everyone

Good location, great hotel. We dined in the restaurant which was excellent and the breakfast offered a variety of choices.

The room temperature was difficult to manage despite the air conditioning being on for our entire stay . Did expect that in October

The hotel was great location for me for city exploration and also for work travels. I would stay here again for sure. I also liked the spa facilities.

Only one remark - would be so great if the shower was bigger - there is indeed enough room in the bathroom to have a walk in / larger shower trey... that would be a great improvement.
