Small room, noisy location, but room clean and breakfast good, very happy

Breakfast place small, overloaded, service has stressed. No Nutella, no change, they don’t bring new… Not enough place for evet gust, when one coffee mashine is out of order, another one is not enough for the rest

Fabulous Hotel, beautiful interior and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ample, especially the omelette made to order. It was a great service.

Probably the location was a little bit away from main tourist attraction, as taxi and transport was expensive

This hotel is a gem in Budapest. Each and every staff member we met, was polite and welcoming, from reception to housekeeping. The gave us a free welcoming drink too. Our rooms were beside each other which was very helpful and so comfortable. The Saturday night we heard some noise from the street and from the room beside ( it was a connecting room) but the Sunday night was quiet. The hotel design is stylish, the place is spotless. The breakfast was rich and with a big variety of foods. Could not recommend more!

I love this hotel, have stayed here several times with friends and family members. The location is very convenient, the staff are lovely, the breakfast is really good and it's so clean.

We were sad that the swimming pool was closed for a refit.

Spa does not work

the reception staff were all wonderful . Breakfast was brilliant. The position of the hotel was convenient to reach everywhere.

The room wasn’t tidied . Only the bed was made. The bathroom towels weren’t folded or replaced. We had to ask for clean towels.

Unfortunately while we were there the swimming-pool and sauna were being renovated and we were not informed on arrival.

We had a really great stay at the InterContinental Budapest. The location is fantastic and the area is super interesting, especially because of the Jewish history. The breakfast was honestly amazing, really really good with a huge selection. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the spa was closed due to construction and this was not mentioned during booking. Still, we would definitely recommend it.

Stunning building, comfy rooms with everything you need. Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Jonas one of the concierges. He went out of his way to help us with directions and good places to go to. Whenever he saw us in the Lobby he made sure to check in with us to see if we were ok and had everything we needed.

We were disappointed that the pool and spa was closing for refurbishment the day after we arrived. We only had a few hours on the day of our arrival to use the facilities and when we tried to the saunas, of which there were two, were really small and packed with people. We went to use the pool whilst waiting but it was quite cold, which would be ok if you could warm up in a sauna first. We ended up leaving without using anything. We had chosen the hotel because of the spa facilities and we should have been informed when booking that it would be closed, or sent an email to advise before we arrived.

Spa center was closed but it was announced at the front desk. Wi-Fi had disruptions in connection from time to time.

The location was perfect, right in the center near everything. The breakfast was fairly good and with nice options. Room also nice and comfy. Nothing bad to point out.

The only downside might have been the inside pool. The way it is designed, doesn't feel very inviting, but that's okay.

The room was quite nice and the hotel overall. Location is solid and the parking garage was very handy.

Shower is a bit too small and the wifi could have been better.

TV on YouTube was awful as if the internet bandwidth couldn’t handle the upload/download. Continually freezing. Poor really. Pool Spa, sauna out of order / broken. Infrared sauna was allegedly working but was freezing cold, asked staff and they said it was normal? An infrared sauna with no infrared lights on? Not normal really. Shame. Expensive for what it is.

The staff were so friendly, it was an excellent location for access to the rest of the city, and the building as a whole was beautiful. There was plenty of choice, all well cooked/presented, for breakfast. Great value for money as it felt like a luxury stay. One of the better hotel gyms we've used in terms of equipment.

We used the wellness centre upstairs on two occasions and the second time the pool was much cooler in temperature. It's looking a little tired up there. I couldn't get the cross trainer in the gym to work, so some instructions might have been helpful! But they are such minor things, given the rest of our stay was so wonderful.

Position of this hotel is excellent. Wherever you want to go is close and connection with public transport is great. The hotel itself…ambient is superb, mixture of traditional and modern design. Staff were so useful and pleasant, always ready to help.

Very helpful friendly staff and great location

The restaurant was good value for money and the Hungarian tasting menu and wine was great. The staff throughout our stay were very attentive. I had to work while there and used their business corner with no problem while being able to get a coffee from the bar. The breakfast every morning was of a great standard. The housekeeping kept our room clean. We had massages and the masseuse was great. Nice to have that time to relax. The location is great for the metro 2 and there are plenty of bars and restaurants around. Overall exceptional value for money and the staff are amazing.

We didn't realise that the pool was seasonal and there were couples in the indoor pool so we couldn't actually swim. We also thought that the massage room could do with being warmer.
