Good location, very clean and staff both friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast choices

No issues with hotel. However felt that the hotel taxi and airport transfers where significantly expensive compared to local taxis

The hotel is gorgeous, especially the hall. Very nice breakfast and lovely staff. I have been to superior room free of charge because it was my birthday.

It was very central and very clean! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast wasn’t the best. The outdoor pool wasn’t open.

The staff were amazing

Our room was a bit too warm and the air conditioning was really doing much to help - everything else we loved. The only suggestion i’d offer is that - when someone stays at the hotel and you are taking copies of their documents and you spot that their birthday falls during their stay maybe offer a complimentary drink- at some of our previous stays they have sent a bottle of Prosecco/champagne to the room while we are out which has been deeply appreciated.

Great location. Walking distance to virtually anywhere in Budapest. Breakfast was excellent. Desk staff very helpful and spoke excellent English. Spa area for a city hotel was fine

Rooms were quite small and too hot. We were told air conditioning wasn’t switched on in winter months. Bar area felt very corporate.

Beautiful entrance, lobby and lounge. Location parallel to main road was good but far from pretty! Handy for the nearby Metro (5 mins) or a walk into the central/river area (10-15mins). Big bed, very comfortable but small room and very warm. Good choices at breakfast.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable, the reception area is nice and spacious and the dinning area is set out well.

The bar on the upstairs level got very crowded and the chairs are a little uncomfortable. A better way to order drinks would be good as this took some time to get the waiters attention.

Breakfast was really first-rate, with an omelette chef etc.

It was winter, and my room was really hot and I couldn't adjust the heating. I had to have the window open so it was a combination of really hot / cold.

The property is beautiful to look at and very big.

Lovely hotel in the Jewish quarter. Friendly staff. Near to the tram and underground.

Some maintenance work was being done whilst we were staying. Drilling and banging. Lots of slamming of doors. The cleaners phones are on loud so constantly ping when they are in the area. Some introduction to the hotel and its location would have been helpful. The steer it’s on is very tired but obviously on the up as lots of building work is going on also outside.

The building, hall, bar and restaurant are really impressive. Nice decorations and feels luxurious. The bed is huge (2m wide) and the shower is really powerful. The breakfast is good value for money. The location of the hotel is good.

The spa is very poor. I would say the hotel has a little pool and a sauna. Not really a spa. The bedroom could be cleaner and the bathroom and bedroom a bit more spacious (particularly the bathroom). The hotel staff was ok (I think it is a cultural thing they don’t smile :( There were cob webs in the ceiling in both bathroom and bath.
