food is very good, especially the breakfast. the staffs are very nice, and there is very convenient location. Very beautiful birthday surprise.
The reception should pay more attention to updates on new situations such as guests need to chang rooms. The menu of breakfast is all the same for everyday, it is recommended to design several different menu options. The housekeeping staff could be more attentive.

Amazing stay in the former ballet institute
Stunning hotel in a stunning building! The design of W really appreciates the old building adding still its own modern luxury twist on it. We had a beautiful room and really enjoyed ourselves. Spa is very pretty and relaxing. Sitting on the street front bar of the hotel while watching people passing by is very pleasant. The goulash was super delicious. Over all our stay was just the escape we wished it to be!

Historic building turned into a 5 star, best location
Great location, a very clean room with everything you might need (a nespresso machine included). Consierge helped me a lot in buying tickets and making reservations.

The kind of hotel and attention that makes your stay fabulous and unfrgettable.
The hotel is beautiful, previously a palace and ballet school The W have done a beautiful job on the fit out and the rooms are sumptuous and comfy. It’s in a great location and the concierge - Adam, Mikey and Peter - made sure our stay was exceptional, including fabulous restaurant recommendations - about the food not the price - to great sight seeing tips. This is the kind of hotel and attention that makes your stay unforgettable.

Great facilities, wonderful staff
Facilities, cleaning, restaurants and spa - all were great as expected. But the most impressive part was the hotel staff . Each and everyone were just perfectly kind, we were on a vacation with a 4 months old baby, and the staff did everything to ensure we were having a comfortable time. Absolutely adorable!

Staff was absolutely amazing! Very helpful and kind. They allowed us to stay until 6PM in our room so our baby could sleep in comfortable conditions. We didn't expect such a nich experience.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!
Staff at the hotel was amazing. We have to thank our concierge Bella for making our stay unforgettable.
Breakfast a la carte was also superb, best eggs royale we ever had!
Spa was small but clean and new.
Some small details could be improved (coathangers missing in the room) but overall only small things.

Breakfast service last day. To many very young waiters running around, and forgeting the orders. We waited espresso 15 minutes and ordered it from three different waiters 🤦♂️. And it took them half an hour to bring ordered dishes
