The hotel was very comfortable with a very good breakfast. For business travellers, wifi was very good.

The Hotel is in an amazing location! Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants around and very central - yet the room was very quiet and the AC very helpful during the hot sumemr days. We enjoyed our stay a lot and can recommend the hotel.

Great location and in a beautiful palace, easy to walk to any place in Budapest. The staff is lovely and helpful (thank you Shiela), cannot get any better.

The hotel is nice but it could use some retouch and additional comfort. Beds are hard and bedsheets are not very comfortable. But if you stay a few days it's acceptable.

The room was really spacious and comfortable, with big windows and the location was great, allowing us to visit any attraction around the city using the Metro, Tram or buses.

The breakfast was ok with a good ambient and quality, but considering the hotel is a 4 star it was lackluster, offering the bare minimum in terms of options. The wifi was also a bit of a let-down, being somewhat slow, having issues to just navigate social media. Watching any kind of video was a tiring.

Cleaning requires some attention to details, but the cleaning staff is very good! Very polite to guests, just a little bit of detail is perfect.

We had to extend our stay due to airline cancelling our flight - cost for one night almost as much as total cost for three previous nights

This hotel is located near the main road, bus station, Pollack Garage, stores, restaurants and even a church. The staff appeared extremely professional. They were really helpful with our inquiries and accomodated us enthusiastically. Thank you so much to all the staff of Eurostarrs Palazzo Zichy!

Cosy, clean, neat and nicely equipped room, tranquille spaces, beautiful architecture, friendly young staff, excellent location, great bathroom.

No massage in spite of homepage-ad; half-ready morning buffet.

All was perfect but not the Wi-Fi.

The Wi-Fi doesn't work in the room. It was a big problem.
