This is such a lovely place to stay. In a beautiful building and great location. The rooms are comfortable and warm, staff are very helpful and breakfast range huge and delicious.

The room was small but well equipped and very clean, the staff spoke English very well and were very friendly.

I loved the location. This set off a main square walkable to the Riverside. Some lovely restaurants are located in the area. A special mention to Emily on reception who gave us great guidance on arrival and answered all our questions. Staff are pleasant and approachable. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the coffee machine in the room is a welcome addition.

Spacious rooms with a big bed. Black out curtains. Coffee machine. Safe. Bathroom clean with fluffy towels. Toiletries smelt nice. Air con worked well. Free coffee at reception. Friendly staff. There was a sauna but we didn't use it.

Thought you were given free bottles of water in room. No bar in lounge area. Restaurant for breakfast only, no dinner facilities. The room we were given I think was for disabled customers as there were hand rails everywhere & the toilet & sink moved up & down. From about 6am every morning there were loud noises coming from below the room. Not sure if we were near the service delivery entrance of the hotel

The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the bed was SO comfortable, and the room's space was well designed and provided a perfect home base for our time in Budapest. The hotel itself is very convenient to everything you might want to do in the city, which itself is very walkable - or easy to use Bolt (like Uber) or BudapestGo (public transportation app).

The exercise room had both cardio machines out of service and there was no drinking water available in the gym...both would have been a nice addition to my time there but neither were that big of a loss for my overall experience.

It is a Classy yet Modern Little Gem Hotel. Lovely stuff. Very clean luxury feel walk in shower and comfy beds. I had a great 3 hours in the Spa after checkout. The free coffee and Tea is a very lovely touch. I recommend.

Make sure you arrive in time for breakfast food gets low.

The staff was very good and welcoming, they helped us with every question we had. A nice room that was cleaned every day.The bed was comfortable.The hotel lobby was very fancy and pretty. Overall it was a good experience.

The location was not as central as we thought, but there is a bus station nearby. The bathroom door wasn't sealed, so it didn't feel private enough and we had to turn the TV on. One of the elevators didn't work so we had to take the other one (that was very slow) and take a detour to our room.

The bathroom door ... sounds a bit strange, but it was not actually a proper door. It was a swing glass door providing very little privacy. If you are close enough with your roommate it is OK, but it is definitely not for everyone.

It was a great hotel, nice location, clean and with good amenities like a sauna. The customer service and hosting from Emily was especially great, we were made to feel welcome, great suggestions for things to do in Budapest.

Very clean, very helpful staff, quiet area

Great location, makes you feel very "spoiled", especially with the view to the quaint little square. Very quiet area even though you are downtown, did not hear a single car pass by. Friendly staff, there was nothing I asked that they didnt help with. A comfortable bed with quality linen and great breakfast options. The availability of sauna upon request was also a nice way to unwind at the end of the day.

Problematic wi-fi login interface. This in itself wouldn't be so bad, except for the fact that if I tried to work from the breakfast area, which is at -1 level, I couldn't get a GSM signal. So it was either do breakfast downstairs or take calls in the reception area, not both. Luckily, the staff figured out i had to work and let my plate on the table well after the 10:30 a.m. mark when they had cleared the area of food.

We were welcomed with pleasure by the host. Everything we requested was immediately resolved. The staff was very helpful towards each questions or issues we had. Thumbs up for the location, the bathroom was great and free coffee and tea at your disposal.

We booked for 3 people, but one bed didn't have a blanket. The bed coverings had a certain smell. We requested to change the bed coverings and the towels but they didn't, even though they were clearly messy.

Eurostar Palazzo Zichy could not have been in a better location absolutely charming building, Staff v attentive and willing to help with anything big Thankyou to all and Assel. Absolutely value for money and look forward to coming back soon

Room was good size for 1 adult and 2 teenage children, with 2 single beds and a cot. We did not pay for breakfast option for the 3 days but did have breakfast on last day and it was good value. There are good restaurants locally and the central shopping/tourist areas are not too far of a walk.

The hotel is in a great location to explore Budapest. There are many nice restaurants/bars/coffee shops within a short walk yet it is quiet and feels local rather than touristy. The reception staff were fantastic, very responsive and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with a good sized bathroom and plenty of space.

Room was large enough for adult and 2 teenage children. 2 single beds and a cot. And large restroom. Good location with local restaurants near by and not too far walk to central shopping and tourist areas.

The Hotel was excellent. The rooms were very clean, warm and were a perfect size. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were able to check-in as our room was available. The breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast was great. The hotel was in a great location perfect to walk to the city Centre

Modern and well maintained

Considering so much excellent style about the place the bedding is poor. A double bed that was clearly two single beds put together is penny pinching of the wrong degree. In addition the bed covers were also for single single bedding and is completely out of kilter with the overall excellence of of the hotel

Very classy entrance and modern rooms

It’s my second stay there. I like the fact it’s a historical beautiful building but with smart modern facilities. Staff on the desk were very nice and helpful. Location is near good restaurants and tram links.

My partner found the bed a bit too firm, but I was fine with it!

The rooms were hot and difficult to keep cool as the air con was more of an idea than a practical use The duvets were strange as when we arrived there were 2 single duvets on a double bed which is quite common if you look at the other reviews. We did ask for a double duvet which we got but even that was too small but it might be ok for other people

Only issue we had was the room was way too hot and we couldn't cool it down. This was October ! I had read other people had this problem in the summer so glad yhis was October

Coffee machine, decor, good location

Breakfast was average and not worth 13 euros. Lift call button didn't work on the 6th floor for the first day we were there, so we had to use the stairs.

Excellent location, great staff and all round great hotel. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Gorgeous, modern and quiet rooms, very clean with everything you would need. Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and had a good selection of continental food. Would highly recommend staying here. Excellent restaurant just across the street and fantastic craft beer bar with over 20 taps just round the corner.

The location was lightly further away from the main activity areas, but still within about a 10-15 minute walk. The elevator doors are very slow to open after you think you've arrived at your floor, but this is such a minor point on what was a fantastic stay!

I loved visiting Budapest for the first time and the hotel was a part of this. The location is perfect and allows for walking to main sights. Very clean and smart hotel in general. Had everything we needed

Nothing to not like, was a lovely hotel and although we didn't use the breakfast or gym options I imagine they would be as good as the rest of the hotel experience

The staff is wonderful, every single member! The accommodation is clean and tidy! Highly recommended!
