Location was great. Breakfast was very nice. Warm rooms . And very clean

If I had to say something …. The towels were a bit thin and option of extra blanket would be nice but really not a big deal

Stunning location Stunning service from hotel desk. Young lady was so helpful in arranging bookings and offering helpful suggestions.

The drains in the room could smell but it’s an old property and sometimes understandable.

Excellent Hotel! It was an amazing property that everything catered for. Nice and central location, the staff was so nice and the room is very spacious, I would stay again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property with perfect location (every important building or place is in 20minutes walk maximum). Room was clean with welcome drinks. Food was amazing and delicious. Everything with the Opera view. Highly recommended.

The location room was lovely and very comfortable and spacious. Shower worked really well. Staff were very friendly and Ildiko checked us in and was so helpful explaining everything and booking us tickets too.

Our room was on the same corridor that leads to reception number 44. As there is no door to reception you could hear talking or laughing coming from reception and hear people coming through the main door to reception either late in the evening or early morning which disturbed our sleep. Perhaps a door onto reception so this could be closed would help?

The whole team who run the property were so welcoming, helpful and kind during our stay. The hotel’s boss, Alphons, was a particular positive. Our room was stylish and well appointed, the bed was very comfortable plus the shower was brilliant!

Unfortunately one of the doors on level 4 was ‘out of order’ which meant that the noise up there in the mornings was a bit annoying - but our room was fairly near the lift so maybe to be expected.

The spacious art deco rooms were both elegant and comfortable, offering a perfect blend of luxury and functionality. The breakfast selection was relatively limited but served in a charming dining area. The hotel's central location made exploring Budapest convenient, enhancing the overall stay. Impeccable service and a timeless ambiance make this art deco gem a top choice for those seeking a memorable stay in the heart of Budapest.

Excellent location on the "Champs Elysees" of Budapest, surrounded by incredibly beautiful buildings and right next door to the wonderful Opera House. Easy access and great to have a lift. Lovely spacious room with good amenities though the duvet was too small for the bed. Good to have a fridge, kettle and coffee machine with a good supply of coffee, tea etc.

A good breakfast spread but most of the cooked food was cold. Provide the correct size duvet for the bed to avoid fights in the night!

Staffs are super friendly and they all love dogs! Room is quiet and clean, with stylish vintage decoration. Breakfast is also not to be missed!

Couldn’t cool the room

We didn't take the breakfast, so no comment. The location was great; it was very easy to reach metro. 1 mins by walking to reach the metro station. It's near the sea and there's a sea-bus, but you should check, we didn't use. The room was clean, not so big but efficient and useful.

It was a great experience, I liked my staying. No problem. We may get more information about the city facilities considering museums, restaurants etc. But Copenhagen has different information desks, so hotel is not allowed to do it maybe. Actually as general, I liked the hotel and it's location especially.

- Perfect location;just next to Opera ! It is located on the last 2 floors of a historical building on fashion street. It is beautifully designed, but it does not have an entrance like a hotel. Which is not a problem. - It was nice to have a Nespresso machine. The quality and design of the room is also good.

- Breakfast is served at Callas Cafe, located at the entrance of the building. - They definitely do not offer breakfast considering the money you paid ! Cold sunny side up egg and even boiled egg! There is not even a vegetable that you can consider as the most standard!

The room was spotless, and the location was great. The stylish interior added to the overall experience, and the breakfast was very nice.

The mattress was a bit too firm and a bit uncomfortable, but it's just a matter of personal preference.

We stayed at Callas house before, hence we rebooked again. Everything is an experience, the Staff are attentive and available. Quite knowledgeable as well. Location is perfect. Breakfast in a beautiful setting and again staff attentive.

Only negative is perhaps the pillows were a bit slim and bath towels could be better quality but all in all the stay was excellent and I would stay here again without hesitation

The breakfast. We didn’t even bother on the second morning.

Wow. I stayed for a night with my wife, having stayed the night before at one of the ‘5 star’ hotels nearby with a spa and Callas House was infinitely nicer. The reception kindly upgraded us (she saw it was my wife’s birthday) and made the entire stay memorable. The property location, decor, service are all amazing. Will 100% return to Callas House. Thank you so much for everything !
