12 Revay Hotel, Budapest

Hotel staff were very pleasant, the room was spotless with housekeeping every day the position was near to almost everything we wanted to see.

Breakfast was extremely limited no other food available throughout the day. Tv had only one english speaking channel,

This hotel has a perfect location: near St.Istvan Basilica, Opera Theatre and big transport hub - Dear Ferenc Ter. The room was quite small, but it had all necessary amenities including electric kettle.

When our room was cleaned, the cleaning ladies did not give us more tea and coffee. And the cleaning itself was not perfect.

The hotel was very comfortable and quite, it looked all new and maintained accurately. Very nice breakfast. Near to the most beautiful Budapest attractions.

Historic building, big rooms, comfortable bed, big bathroom. Good breakfast with various options. We stayed on the 4th floor, with beautiful ceiling windows.

A little noisy from the hallway, but it was ok. Unfortunately no parking near the hotel, but the hotel staff offered various options nearby.

The location is superb near all the main attractions and the bed is very comfy.

The location was really great. between the 5th quarter and the 7th. the hotel was nice, clean, quite. Breakfast was really good. We enjoyed our stay

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Budapest as everything is close by and in easy walking distance. Perfect place to stay for exploring the Christmas markets as it’s so close to St. Stephen’s Basilica and feels very safe at night.

It’s a shame our room had an indoor courtyard view but it didn’t really matter. It meant it was nice and quiet.

Although many rooms were filled, the room was well insulated from noise. Hotel guests were respectful. The hotel is in a very central location, close to transport and easy access to attractions. The hotel provided a continental breakfast with a variety of choices. The hotel staff were very professional and friendly.

It has a 24-hour reception desk so is convenient for late-arriving flights. The hotel is a short walk from Deák Ferenc Square where the 100E airport bus terminates.

Despite the central location the hotel is on a quiet street and the room was excellent. Good breakfast. Easy access to public transport. Good restaurants very close.

The foyer is shared with an up-market dental practice.

It didn’t have a dedicated parking area, the shower was small.

Very calm even with air conditioner operating.

Smoke detector above the bed blinks every 5 seconds, very annoying when all lights are off and you are on the bed with eyes open. When air conditioner was turned off, there was a little bad smell coming from the ventilation opening.

Had a superior double room. Very spacious, very comfortable, huge comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean as was the ensuite bathroom which had a drench shower head in the cubicle as well as an ordinary one.

There was plenty on offer at breakfast and it was regularly replenished. Although one criticism would be the hot food on offer (eggs, sausages, beans etc, could have been kept a little warmer.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Very nice, clean and modern hotel as well as room. The room was spacious, and the bed was kingsize. Nice staff in the reception. Can definitely recommend the hotel!

Breakfast was very plain - I wouldn't pay extra for this, but instead go out and have breakfast in a café. The bed was a bit too hard for me - but obviously, this is a very individual matter.

I got an excellent room. It was a nice bonus to find two little chocolates as a welcome treat, and the tea and coffee were always replenished. Everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I will definitely come back! :)

I was surprised there were no fridge at the room. Cleaning service was a bit off my used towels were hang back again not changed with clean ones

The staff was excellent. All of the young ladies. The location is excellent close to everything. The housekeepers are very professional.

Great hotel, directly next to Opera. Clean, modern, spacious room with very comfortable bed. The reception and staff was very nice, even left a gift in the room for my girlfriend’s birthday. Very good value for money!

Our room wasn't particularly great. It was our 2nd stay and were on the 4th floor which meant almost in the eaves of the roof.
