Everything was excellent. The staff was super helpful.

Good location in the city. Can walk from train station. Many eateries within walking distance.

Shower area a little small.

Perfect location near public transport and great restaurants, right in the heart of the city. The hotel’s grandeur really adds to the experience.I had a small issue with my first room, but the team handled it with genuine care. The new room — and especially the bed — was a big improvement. Their flexibility and kindness truly made the difference.

Breakfast was ok, food ran out regular and you was sat waiting particularly the eggs and bacon. Coffee machines were also hit and miss. They need updating.

Location location location! This hotel is located on one of the most elegant streets in my opinion and all those Budapest .The inside is very stylish and the front desk service was very helpful. Very nice property at a reasonable price.

The first time we were there, we were in a smaller room. It was nice, but I will say the upgraded room that we got automatically. Second time we stayed was really nice lots of room high ceiling.

I selected this hotel as it looked gorgeous and I wanted access to a gym during my stay. The hotel did not disappoint! It is just as pictured - beautiful! The room was beautiful with lovely view over the rooftops. The staff were very professional and helpful. Everything was to a high standard. The location is excellent - there is easy access to trams, metro and buses and is not far from one of the local train stations so I could very easily get around the city and also out of the city to visit other nearby towns.

Excellent breakfast, which is taken in the courtyard of the hotel. Lovely building inside, with its architecture and decoration. The perfume of the lobby was lovely. Easy location to reach everywhere with bus and metro station, not noisy or disturbing at all despite this closeness.

We stood in the attic room with two separate beds. It could be a bit problem for those who want more space. Was not a problem for me though.

I arrived at the hotel a few minutes before 3 pm, and I really liked reception, ladies who welcomed us. Very nice 5 star stuff and atmosphere definitely coming back 🤩

Good place, central location that is near most of the objectives, good public transport connections nearby, good breakfast. I really liked the luggage storage. The room was clean and comfortable.

The oktogon intersection area is not really great. The hotel is on a very busy boulevard. The noise from traffic is quite elevated even during the night. Some slippers would have been nice. The coffee is not good.

I travelled to Budapest with a group from my cultural association in Marbella. I loved the location of the hotel. The historical background of the hotel. I will definitely stay with you again. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The amenities were excellent and I appreciated the lack of traffic sounds and the blackout blinds.
