Classy building with fantastic facilities, including the art nouveau spa. The executive lounge run by Herman, a real gentleman, is superb. The room was comfortable, warm, quiet and spacious, with flawless housekeeping. Breakfast is outstanding and the overall service is excellent. The bar staff make delicious cocktails.

Excellent hotel, perfect staff, very clean and beautiful. One of the most invested hotels in the world, close to the Jewish Quarter and the river, which is the center of tourist affairs. Bambima has an amazing reservations and customer service manager, even when there was a minor problem with the room, they upgraded us significantly. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back there soon. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Beautiful building, wonderful spa and spacious rooms with bottles of water. Room cleaned with new towels each day. Stunning hotel Fantastic location with all means of transport at a cheap price. We used bolts everywhere and they are super fast and cheap.

All great but it would have been useful to be advised that you need to scan the room card in the lift to get to your floor. Great security though.

The note is beautiful. A grand old building, beautiful architecture The room was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, a fantastic spread with lots of options. Special shout out to Michael

The housekeeping could be better, more attention to detail. We had to ask more than once for things to be brought to the room. The drainage in the shower was rather slow.

Super place to stay. Great hotel facilities (including the Royal Spa) with lovely food and a great service. Well located in Pest.

The hotel facilities are outstanding. I would highly recommend adding on the spa access as it was exceptional. The room is amazing and the comfiest bed we have ever slept on. The staff were on hand and extremely welcoming. Myself and partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again in the near future !

Most rooms open to a covered interior courtyard which isn’t great for ventilation. The room felt quite warm even with the thermostat on the coldest setting.

Excellent stay at Corinthia Budapest My stay at the Corinthia Budapest was excellent. The staff were very polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. The hospitality was outstanding, the hotel was very clean, and all services were provided on time and to a high standard. This was not my first time staying here, and it certainly won’t be my last. I will definitely be coming back again.

super nice hotel! price was more than reasonable! Breakfast was one of the best buffets we ever had. super friendly staff really everywhere. nice and clean rooms. we loved the spa area (3 saunas, one pool and 2 hot tubs). when we go back to Budapest we will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is absolutely stunning, a magnificent lobby and with the Christmas decorations it felt truly magical, it was exactly what I was looking for as a surprise birthday gift for my boyfriend which was the same day we arrived. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. We had Delicious dinners at the Brasserie & Atrium restaurant, we ended up dining there every evening. One evening, we even enjoyed live music, which was a lovely touch. The spa is lovely.

Check-in was a bit disappointing, the receptionist was not very welcoming. I was expressing how amazing the hotel looked like, how happy I was with my choise, as the stay was a present for my boyfriend‘s birthday. After check-in my boyfriend asked: “They don’t say happy birthday here?” Before dinner, I called reception to ask if they could arrange a small birthday dessert to be left in our room while we were out. They initially said yes but a few minutes later called back to say it was too late. I then asked if it was possible for the next day at 3pm, they agreed and asked if I also wanted a bottle of champagne, I said no because we don’t drink alcohol. Next day at 3pm we found a bottle of champagne in the room. After having mentioned that we don’t drink alcohol. This was embarrassing and felt like a lack of attention to detail. The dessert finally arrived at 5pm. The spa is lovely, but was quite noisy, people were loud and watching videos on their phones without an earphone , which reduced the relaxing atmosphere. The hotel was also quite cold, even at the restaurant. The heating in our room was not working properly. I complained for 2 days but our room was still cold when we left. Finally at checkout, we were charged the full day price for access to executive lounge for 2 people even though we only went once on the day of arrival, as we checked in at 5pm and then we had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. When I asked if it was possible to have a discount, the receptionist mentioned that the lounge is open from 12-22 , so it did not matter that we went only once. Honestly, I was expecting a commercial gesture, given the fact that we only went once and especially for the birthday mix-up and the heating issue in our room but none was offered.

I really like the hotel facilities, they were amazing love the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi. Hotel staff were incredibly welcome and really helpful. I truly felt spoiled.

The only thing I feel is it needs a renovation, everything is outdated. I am not referring to the building or the antique look. I’m referring to carpets wallpapers paint furniture cushions. They really need to refresh it

Sometimes we received towels with stains on them. The gym is too small, and at breakfast, on several occasions, the coffee machine ran out of milk and none of the staff came to refill it, even after I asked.

The hotel is absolutely stunning in a location that is near to everything. The staff at the hotel were also Amazing.

We preferred the Deluxe rooms as opposed to the suites. They were cosy with a sitting area and full bathroom. Also very comfortable (soft) beds which I prefer.

Second time staying here and certainly won’t be the last, nothing to fault at all. Large rooms with comfortable beds, brilliant service with a nice bar. Central location and very close to Oktagon station if you’re going further out.

The sauna was not hot enough, and the swimming pool temperature was very cold.

Our original room was incredibly stuffy and hot, even with the heat off (there was no a/c), which made it impossible to sleep. The original solution was to open our window but it opened into the hotel which didn’t help. They changed our room to one that opened to the outside and it was fabulous after that!

Spa was disappointing. Sauna not really hot and not enough beds for the guests. But maybe we are just spoiled by West European standards.

Heating in room had to be repaired it hadn’t been checked. Coffee machine didn’t work and wasn’t replaced even after daily reminders and housekeeping trying to get it to work. I asked to have a coffee or hot drink anywhere else in hotel but not possible unless I paid for breakfast. . Towels in room intermittent. No turn down. Drinking water in room, again, intermittent. Reception undermanned and assume house keeping must be undermanned as well

Really great staff, nothing was a bother. Loved the comfortable beds. The Spa is one of the best things to do in Budapest. Executive Lounge was also really worth it! Walking distance to most places. Asked for a late check out and it was offered, which was absolutely brilliant because our flight was at 8pm.

Couldn’t adjust the room air con below 18, the rooms get a bit hot even if it is -11 outside). Windows open onto internal courtyard and so can’t easily get the airflow going. But that’s the feature of the hotel not a dislike.
