Our experience at Corinthia Budapest was absolutely flawless and unforgettable! We chose this hotel for our Christmas stay in Budapest, and it turned out to be the best decision. The hotel is stunningly beautiful, perfectly capturing the classic architectural charm of Budapest. Our room was incredibly spacious, offering both comfort and luxury. The bathroom was large, featuring both a shower and a bathtub, which was a wonderful surprise. Additionally, the room was warm and cozy, providing great comfort despite the cold weather in Budapest. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally polite and always eager to assist with a smile. Another great advantage of Corinthia Budapest is its location. You can easily explore the city center on foot, and the central metro and tram stations are just a short walk away, making transportation incredibly convenient. I can’t wait to return to this wonderful hotel, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious experience in Budapest!

While our stay at Corinthia Budapest was nothing short of extraordinary, I believe it is only fair to mention a minor inconvenience we experienced before our arrival. Prior to traveling to Budapest, we contacted the hotel to inquire whether a driver or taxi could be arranged to pick us up from the airport. Unfortunately, we were informed that such a service was not available. However, upon arriving at the hotel, we mentioned this at the reception, and the staff clarified that this was a misunderstanding. They apologized sincerely and assured us that such a service is indeed offered. I am sharing this not to criticize the hotel but to help future travelers avoid similar miscommunication. Should you require airport transportation, I recommend double-checking with the hotel to ensure a smooth experience. This small hiccup did not overshadow the incredible experience we had at Corinthia Budapest. Their hospitality, comfort, and attention to detail far outweighed this minor issue, and I would happily return for another stay.

The food was perfect, the room was amazing, and the staff were very polite.

The temperature in the room cannot be adjusted, and it was very hot. We discussed this problem with the staff, but the situation remains the same. We slept with the window open in December.

Good location, big space, nice decoration and clean. It has thermal water in the SPA. Massage treatment was worth the money! I wish I could have booked more than one treatment.

SPA access is not included in the booking. This is not too clear before booking. The SPA is open also not to the Hotel guests. The hotel is huge and there are only 15 beds in the SPA. It’s really busy. When we arrived, we were informed that there was no space for treatments until 4 days later. They told us that we should have booked in advance. Unfortunately we were not informed about this.

The rooms were completely underwhelming. Besides being small just carpets were not particularly new looking and furniture of course very dated…. Basically this is a very dated hotel and it does not deserve a five star rating in my opinion.

Very nice location and high expectations. Unfortunately, although I have been upgraded, the phone didn’t work, so no Room Service neither Concierge, the coffee machine was Julius M but the capsules were Espresso…Also, please check the hot/cold water in the bathrooms to be certain nobody will have an accident .. All in all a very nice hotel but still a lot of attention should be allocated to details by management. Otherwise, pleased change the management….

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. Staff mere very polite and professional.

Spa was extremely busy when we tried to use it so we only stayed for about 10 minutes.

Room was big, clean and quiet. The Spa was OKish.... could have a couple of options for Sauna and Jacuzzi. Breakfast was good with really many options

The Spa Day ticket could be included in the price of the room. 380 euro/two nights could also include the SPA pass

The hotel is a grand and beautiful Hungarian hotel . Staff were super accommodating and even sent us cake and champagne to celebrate our wedding anniversary- a lovely touch . They changed our room to a different room when we found it too cold on arrival and found us a lovely replacement room Immediately. Spa is fabulous and well worth paying the extra for .

Small rooms and nothing was working well in the bathroom. The A/C was blocked, so the temperature went very high without having the possibility of setting the temperature.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast had everything and the wonderful staff was working so hard to make sure everyone was happy.

The phone in the room wasn’t working properly, but the operator forwarded my call.

The property is located very central, easy to get from there wherever you want by foot, by subway, tram station is just in front of the hotel. It has a private parking but you also find parking places on the street. The stuff was amazing, very friendly and the hotel is very elegant, especially at Christmas time.

We booked a room with spa access so that we could relax. We stayed there 2 days and tried everyday to find a free sunbed but we didn’t have any chance. It is unbelievable to have a huge hotel and only 10-14 sunbeds. People blocked them and you didn’t find any free place. We couldn’t use the spa, even if we payed extra for that facility…

The hotel is very big and looks like a royal palace! Christmas decorations were lovely. Staff were friendly. Spa was nice, especially the saunas. Breakfast was delightful! Very rich and everything was delicious! All in all we enjoyed our stay very much.

Rooms are ok, spacious. For me the beds were not very comfortable. I wish the swimming pool and jacuzzi were warmer
