Lovely stay from start to finish. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive without being overbearing, and check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was spotless, well presented, and very comfortable – especially the bed, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location was ideal, with everything we needed within easy reach, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and well looked after. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety, setting us up nicely for the day. Would happily stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run hotel.

Very pretty hotel. Our room was beautiful and comfy. Great location right next to a metro station.

Breakfast was kinda weird. Pricing wasn't consistent. Not all products were available so they just brought us whatever is available without notifying us first. (If you got a full English, maybe the hash browns would be missing). There was only one person serving with too many tables to take care of so it's not his fault.

Superb facilities, excellent staff and a wonderful stay.

Absolutely love the size of the room and the hotel itself, I requested a high room with at view and I got just that.

Unfortunately the staff was of a varied quality, the evening bar staff was rude and arrogant (seemed to have a drugs problem), other staff did their best. I was not consistent and there was a constant wait at reception as there was only one on duty most times. The customer relations officer was excellent.

As a business traveller, very nice hotel. I had meetings nearby, so the location was perfect, and it was a 3min walk from Station Nord. It was also a short walk into the centre, ~15mins. Small buffet breakfast, but it had an excellent choice. The lovely woman at reception was also able to facilitate me for a very early check-in, allowing me to get a good day's work done on the day I arrived.

During our stay, the staffs were absolutely so nice, they are professional, polite and patient. And the restaurant both the Lila 29 and the double standard are also great place to go, nice service and nice food.

I would prefer the housekeeping staff not to enter the room before confirming that the guests have checked out.

The hotel staff were amazing! All super friendly and helpful. Refilled our water bottles each morning and helped us to find the quickest routes to the attractions. Really great hotel!

The only thing superceding the high quality of the room, the breakfast buffet and the rooftop bar is the friendly and professional way in which the staff treats you like a deasr guest and friend, i highly recommend Will return, definitely and often..Already considering to book a full month to do some serious writing, a book needs to finished

A minor issue was the coffee in the room, and the hotel made sure to note "Nespresso machine" in my personal file, so a minor issue is turned into a big plus!

Parking is not part of the hotel and there is no direct access to it. It’s a private parking in the back street of where the hotel is located with no collaboration with the hotel.

New stylish hotel close to Gare du Nord station in the redeveloped modern business district. Very handy location when traveling for work and a short 5 minute walk to Rogier metro station and the shopping area around there. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated and spacious with spectacular views (from the upper floors). There is also a small but well-equipped fitness room. Overall this hotel is a great new option for the area.

As others have pointed out, some odors from the bathroom plumbing, so this still seems to be an issue in some rooms. And again, as others have pointed out, there is a €100 deposit (or at least a card authorization) made on arrival, which seems rather unnecessary.

Unfortunately, I was a little unwell, so only had a light breakfast. But what little i had was good. The location was 100m from my meeting, just excellent. The shower was excellent too.

Room was too warm first night. Although this might have been my own light fever. But the temperature controls were difficult to figure out. Complimentary still water would have been nice.

The bed was a little soft for my liking (but that is just preference) Also lighting a little dull, for example for shaving in the bathroom

Clean and modern rooms. New hotel. Friendly staff. Location is close to city. Rooms are well decorated. 2 restaurants on site.

Parking is expensive and no discount. Body wash was not restocked and no dental kits or comb available even though advertised as available on demand.

Great value for money stay, close to the train station if you'd like to travel to other cities it's very convinient.

Limited privacy between the bedroom and the bathroom with the glass view/mirror.

The hotel was so clean , the staff was so kind and supportive. Rooms are elegant and well furnished. Full glass view above the city was an excellent added value. Food was amazing much authentic and unforgettable experience and taste.

We stayed over Christmas and they seemed to keep running out of things at breakfast. It was a pity as otherwise the place was perfect.

It was such a lovely stay in Brussels. Wonderful interior design and lighting. We loved them.

Overall, the experience was fine. Communication prior to arrival could be improved, as I never received a reply to an email I sent. While some members of the staff could be more welcoming, I would like to especially mention Djo, who was exceptionally kind, pleasant, and helpful. His attitude truly stood out and made our stay more enjoyable.

Beautiful interiors, stunning rooftop bar and big comfy beds. The staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful, we received a room upgrade on arrival.

I loved everything about The Standard! The room I stayed in was clean, stylish, had a lovely view and a very comfortable bed. The staff were super helpful, especially Josephine and Joe, who organised an adaptor for me when I realised I had forgotten my own. As a solo female traveller I felt welcome and safe from the moment I arrived until the moment I left & I can't wait to visit again soon.

The location is superb given proximity to train station (just a quick walk from Nord, and excellent to rest after a long flight). Modern touch, bright rooms, lots of spaces to work and have a coffee. Good room service and polite staff too!

Wifi set up does not allow connecting Alexa or other devices and this can be tricky, but it's a minor detail.

Very clean, well decorated and everything currently very new.

Location was a little far from the centre if not travelling for business reasons.

North railway station area used to be dangerous, now, there is nobody on the streets after 10 pm. As a tourist, it is better to be near Central Station and City Main Square

Really nice modern hotel. Incredible staff, great food. Not high end luxury, but really great overall with an incredible roof top bar and restaurant. Probably best views in Brussels.

No parking was a bit annoying, but not the end of the world.

Everything was lovely and nice from the moment we walked into the doors. Will be coming here next time with adults only so I can fully experience everything the 29 floor had to offer ;)

I liked everything however I was shocked to find out I had to pay £100 per night as a deposit incase of damages till I checked out which I didn’t mind but it would be nice to have had been told beforehand perhaps I didn’t read the small prints. Certainly it wasn’t very obvious. I do get the money back when I check out so that’s good news but if anyone came with limited spending it could be an issue. We booked this last minute and came prepared so I am thankful we was able not to be impacted by this.
