For me it was complicated to find the apartment because there was two gallery’s with same number 15.

Challenge to get into the facility and get to the room.

got stuck in the entryway because the fire escape door was locked. this caused a lot of stress but the owner was very apologetic and made it right with us.

Location, location, location. 5 minutes to Central Station. 1 minute to Grand Place.

As a B&B, there really wasn't anyone to greet you. Only met the girl who manages the breakfast and cleans the rooms. Not a big deal as the instructions sent prior to check-in were clear and got us access to our room without difficulty.

Location, big bathroom and big bed. The breakfast was very good too.

Perfect location! Just perfect! As a family with small children, we appreciate the fact that the host found the opportunity to check in 3 hours earlier. Special thanks for that! A fridge with free cold drinks was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast completely sufficient, good.

There could be better communication before arrival. You have to wait a long time for answers, but it is not critical.

The location was very nice, right in the St.Hubert walkway, which I didn't realize when I booked it, so it was close to walk around everywhere. The room was large, with a table and chairs to put things on and 2 other chairs to relax in, all great to have. The bathroom was large with 2 sinks and a bathtub in one area, and the shower & toilet in another. Breakfast was good, lots of cheese, bread & meat choices, along with a fruit cup and yoghurt.

The shower & toilet were combined in one dark area, not great lighting in the area. We tried to use the bathtub, but couldn't get any hot water running so gave up. There was no shower curtain to separate the shower/toilet area from the rest of the bathroom, my preference would be have some sort of curtain to pull along the doorway area, just for privacy while showering or sitting on the toilet! We didn't realize that "a courtyard view" meant small windows overlooking the roof of the St.Hubert covered walkway, so we basically had no view and a lot of noise coming up from the walkway. Thankfully staring out the window wasn't high on our list of priorities and the noise did settle later in the night.

Location in the Galleria was great. Our room "Magritte" was large and bright with a small sitting area and the ability to make a coffee or tea. Breakfast was of good quality with plenty of variety. Even had a small refrigerator outside the room with free water, soft drinks or a beer.

The lack of someone on-site to greet us was a little concerning at first, but once you understand the system things went very smoothly.

We did not have time for breakfast! Location was sweet.

Fantastic location if you are visiting Brussels City centre, only a couple of minutes walk from the main square. Recieved instructions from host to access the property and managed to check in early and leave our bags. Big room and bathroom too. Lovely breakfast spread the next morning too and lady on duty was super friendly as well.

Key was extremely difficult to use to open room and lock the door as well, all OK once you got the knack haha. Slightly poorly lit entrance way as you come into the apartment foyer if you are travelling alone

The Vaudeville is such a well kept secret. The location couldn’t be more magical and beautiful, right in the middle of the iconic Galeries Royales and so close to the Grand Place. The Diva room was huge with really theatrical and quirky decor and huge huge bathrooms ( bath and shower rooms were separated) and 2 sinks. The room had a proper coffee maker and a full size wardrobe and 2 cosy chairs. Breakfast was good taken at a communal table in a very ‘Pain Quotidien’ manner which is particularly pleasant when you are on your own.

The flip side of being in such a central location was the noise from party goers as the venues closed ( it echoes quite a lot in the gallery) and first thing in the morning when street cleaning starts. Hot and cold water taps not easy to identify.

The room was absolutely beautiful, the location better than expected and the breakfast was super complete. Also, they found gluten free bread for me in very last minute. Definitely gluten free friendly.

I arrived earlier than the check in time, and would be good to have lockers/space to leave the luggage.

The location was amazing- actually in the Galerie de la Reine, so just off the Grand Place and near restaurants, cafés, gift shops. There were views down into the Galerie (mall). The bedroom was a good size, clean, with a comfortable bed. Large shower room. Breakfast was excellent and beautifully laid out with a good selection, although you have to be comfortable with sitting at a long shared table.

Room description indicated there would be ironing facilities and tv. There were neither. Owners didn’t respond to request for iron which was slightly annoying for a business trip.

Excellent location, few steps from raillway station and from Grand place. Excellent breakfast.

A little hard to find it, you need to have the access code for main door of the house (was send by the manager through booking.com), no personell on the place. Inside you find the keys and further instructions.

Difficulty in accessing the property for arrivals after 6pm.

The location is fantastic and so central. The room was spacious and shower excellent.

There was no full length mirror only one mirror in the bathroom. The shower was slow to drain due to it being clogged and the bed was two single bed pushed together rather than a double bed.

Perfect location. In the centre and close to the station.
