The location is great and the price was very reasonable. Room was big and comfortable.

The hotel is still a work-in-progress, a construction site. The common areas are still messy and the breakfast room is tiny and dark. Thought the hotel is being renovated, towels feel quite old already

The room was spacious and well furnished. Particular note for the lighting. Also corridors very quiet and stylish.

Walking distance from Brussels Midi train station.

Reception staff extremely kind and welcoming.

There were building works on the ground floor I wasn’t aware of, so the first impression was not positive as the reception was in a temporary tiny room with all the furniture scattered. In the end it was totally fine, but being travelling alone and arriving late at night it would have been better to be aware of the building works before my arrival as I felt I may have made the wrong hotel choice on arrival, which wasn’t at all the case as soon as I arrived to the upper floors.

The room had a good size, the facilities were nice.

The neighbours were noisy and the lift was not working :( a heads up on the renovation would have been nice

Sent an email after the cancellation period had passed advising upgrade works to the hotel. This really affected access-temporary stairs, doors opening straight onto stair wells, access to lift only via 2 flights of stairs first. Anyone with reduced mobility should avoid until all works have finished. I complained about the shower as was immediately offered a new room where everything was in good order. 👍however given the access etc I think the rates should have been reduced. I was offered an upgrade next time I stay-unlikely!

Room is large, as well as the bathroom. The windows open to allow external air to come in. Location is awesome ! Very close to the Brussels Midi train and metro station, close to the Grand-Place and Mannekin Pis. A lot of good walking distance restaurants like "La Caneva" (Italian) and "Le Roy d'Éspagne" (try the onion soup). The breakfast in the hotel is good but it is always the same food every day. The hotel is also close to many of the tourist points.

The hotel was under remodeling (FEB 26) and we had to use the emergency stairs to move from our room to the ground floor and to the breakfast place underground. We understand the situation, but the stairs were tight and specially difficult to move with luggage. Also the pillows were very hard and high, I asked the staff for a softer pillow but they said there wasn´t any. Therefore bring your own soft pillow. But the bed was comfortable. I wish BOOKING or the HOTEL had warned me about the remodeling of the hotel before (and not two days of the arrival date).

Once we got to the room it was stunning. Location was good for city centre and train station. However the surrounding area didn’t feel safe.

Staff were friendly and professional. The room was very spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable beds.Good facilities tea and coffee and water provided .Towels and nice quality soaps and shower gel and shampoo all included.Not too far to walk to Manneken Pis statue about 10mins.

Not many good restaurants near hotel .Also didnt get any gluten free bread option at breakfast for toast.

We had a very comfortable room with lots of space. Breakfast was decent and sufficient. Close proximity to the Gran Place and the train station.

One of the front desk staff didn’t take the time to give basic directions or help with basic lay out of the hotel. Instead just told me to use Google maps. On the other hand another tried to be helpful but doesn’t know how to give helpful directions She confused me as she kept circling things on the map and not being clear

Gym is very basic. Needs updated equipment !!

The breakfast was very good, and the bed was comfortable. The heating worked well, and the room was clean. The staff were all very kind and helpful.

The shower had drainage problems, the freezer was not working, and the view from the room overlooked the yard, which was not very pleasant.

The location was perfect. It was midway between the train station and Grand Place, so it was easily walkable.

Breakfast was varied and tasty. Staff were all friendly. Room very clean and convenient! The location is conveniently placed between Midi train station and the Grand Place. We walked both fairly easily, though you need to manage your navigation carefully as you walk from Midi.

At the time of writing there is a lot of building and roadworks in the street outside, which are not pleasant. However once you're in the hotel it's very peaceful, and we weren't troubled by any noise, even though our room was road-facing.

Room was a bit hot on top floor and fan was not great at cooling it.

The room was spacious and had great light into the room. Felt comfortable.

I could hear quite a lot of noise from the hallways. Might’ve been a busy crowd, but didn’t feel so private.

This lovely hotel is about a 10–15 minute walk from Brussels-Midi station and roughly the same distance to the historic centre. We stayed in a very spacious twin room with two queen beds, plenty of storage space and the all-important power points next to the bed. The room faced what appeared to be a school - more likely a TAFE college - but there was no noise at all from there. The bathroom was generously sized. Despite construction work in the vicinity, there were some lovely cafés nearby. The convenient location and generous room size, along with the added bonus of a laundromat across the road, made for a very enjoyable stay.

The construction of the new metro in the area meant there was quite a lot of building work going on and many shops, cafés, and restaurants had closed temporarily. I’m sure that once it’s completed, the area will be a beautiful, tree-lined street. The bathroom had a shower over the bathtub, which was quite slippery when getting in and out - next time, I’ll definitely request a room with a free-standing shower.

Good location. Not far from the city center and from a railway station. Large room with a comfortable bed.

A large part of the street between the hotel and the railway station is a total construction site with small passages for walking and not good pavement.

Spacious, comfortable room. Good location halfway between the central station and the Grand Place. Good breakfasts. The hotel manager was very obliging and helpful.

The street outside was being dug up for the metro. which was an eyesore. There was no toilet roll holder in the bathroom -- something I've never seen before.

The bedroom was big and very comfortable, very clean, and we could rest after going sightseeing. They excel in this point bedroom site, and comfort.

The common areas in the bar are a bit scruffy. I would be willing to pay more if I could buy a coffee at the bar, etc.

Great if you are prepared to walk a little. Near a really good fish restaurant !

We had breakfast in the hotel one day, we didn't repeat the experience as it was very poor. The staff didn't make any effort to clear tables, we had to clear one ourselves as every table was full of dirty dishes! The choices available were very limited and several items weren't replaced when they ran out. Better value options for breakfast outside.

It was very cosy, nice staff, the lady in restaurant was very warming and tried to serve us as best as she could :-)

I would recommend the hotel to set a dress code for breakfast. Guests were entering in their pajamas, I find it inappropriate.
We had noisy AC in the room, we had to switch the room, then it was OK.
