It was a little warm in my room to start with

The hotel is well staffed, with complementary coffee and sparkling water on tap. They even offered us free pastries after the breakfast service was over. I enjoyed the pool table, although the surface was terrible.

The room was a little small - no room to stretch, but the bathroom was great

The breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice. The room was nice and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. There was tea, coffee and water for free in the lobby.

The property is truly exceptional—a small hidden gem in Brussels and my personal favorite. Everything is thoughtfully done, from the beautifully appointed rooms and welcoming atmosphere to the attentive staff and excellent breakfast. A lovely touch is the 24/7 self-service bar in the common area, offering snacks whenever you need them. Highly recommended!

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was very cozy and had a very nice fragrance in both the common areas and the room itself. I was coming back to the hotel after a couple of days and they kindly held onto my luggage and refrigerated medication and even left it in my room as soon once it was available.

The central AC apparently stopped working properly during our stay, making our room just a little too warm, no matter what temperature we left the thermostat at.

Small scale, beautifully decorated historic building in great location. Authentic, extremely friendly staff, from reception to kitchen to room staff. Wonderful breakfast with locally sourced produce.

The ingredients at the breakfast were exceptional. The coffee and tea were for free during the day in the lobby. There was filtered water available to take, in the lobby. The Christmas decorations and ambience was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfy.

The breakfast was incredible and included lots of gluten-free and dairy-free options. The bed was comfy, and staff were very friendly and helpful too. I’d visit again!

Not much to say. Maybe a slightly better clothes hanging space and a separate dedicated gluten-free toaster (at breakfast). Otherwise, excellent.

Clean rooms, friendly atmosphere, very good breakfast, correct price. Parking in the street is very expensive and limited to 4 hours, but then it is easy to find a place in the street. Parking in the hotel is possible for 20€ per day, I believe.

Super clean, good shampoo and soaps we loved it. Free coffee, tea and water available anytime. Super silent area and close to most of the popular shops.

The hotel was perfect for a quick city visit. Very comfortable room and bathroom a very good size with a full bath. The staff were all fantastic from the wonderful reception lady to the breakfast team. Lots of great choices at breakfast and nice reception area to wait after checkout.

Made in Louise is a lovely hotel. The staff were fantastic, breakfast was delicious, the room was warm, clean and spacious.

No real grumbles, the only thing I can think of is providing milk in the room.

Room was very nice and we appreciated having the bath as we'd requested on booking. Being able to come down for cold filtered tap water any time was a good idea. Breakfast was excellent with the young ladies being highly efficient and very friendly.

Room soundproofing wasn't fantastic. Able to hear quite a lot noise from next door's TV/voices and also every footstep from upstairs. Dare say there's not much that can be done about this, so it's more an observation than a complaint.

What I enjoyed was the Crosson / coffee that you provide for customers free of charge was good. not go behind money. it makes me feel to come back again. Thank you.

Stairs and different levels on floors. Several stairs from street to reception. The site is in hilly location. I expect reception would have assisted if I asked.

Both the hotel room and bathroom were clean and large. Quiet too! Staff was friendly and attentive and we were able to leave our luggage there for the day while we explored Brussels. We were located in the centre so, easy walks to everywhere!

Very clean, modern, cosy hotel. Room was lovely. Hotel has a pool table and outside giant chessboard and table tennis table. Theres also a lovely space for guests to relax and have tea/coffee of something stronger. Breakfast was excellent- beautifully presented with lots of choice! Great quiet location about 20 min walk from city centre. Lots of restaurants around - highly recommend Tero on the corner nearby.

The staff were super friendly and the room was perfectly adequate for me alone and clean. There were lovely little toiletries such as cotton buds, sponges, shampoo, and shower gel. The MIDI train station is about a 20-minute walk away. My personal highlight, however, was the breakfast. 😍

The toilet in the closet is just not for me.

The property is on quiet street just minute walk from the main streets. The property was lovely building and had all the amenities one would require. The staff rep was absolutely amazing and always willing to help. Thank you for lovely stay.
