Very stylish and well appointed.

Location isn’t great in the evening but property itself is excellent

Excellent value for money! We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a comfort room on one of the top floors, which offered great skyline views of the city. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were clean and large with plenty of storage. They also had an excellent selection of TV channels in multiple languages. Honestly, the bed was the most comfortable one we’ve had so far on our trip.

The reception area is lively all day because the building shares a coworking space; having people around at all hours really eased our minds regarding safety. Special shoutout to the bar for the excellent cocktails! The laundry service was also impeccable, with a turnaround time of less than a day. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely stay with Hoxton group again.

The hotel is located right next to Brussels Noord station. While this makes it accessible, the back entrance of the station should be avoided due to safety concerns. I wish the hotel had given us a tip on how to reach the front entrance—which is much better—or at least warned us about the area since we are new to Europe.

Google Maps tends to lead the unsuspecting to that back entrance, which is definitely a spot to avoid. While the immediate area where the hotel sits feels safe, we ended up taking taxis to the main landmarks just to avoid the train station area as much as possible.

We loved it here and would recommend getting a room as high up as possible. The view was such a treat. The hotel bar and lobby is lively since it seems to share spaces with some communal working businesses. It gives the lobby a buzzy energy that fits the vibe!

If you are parking make sure set your gps to the Victoria lot (23 euros a day) they list online otherwise you will be confused and drive in a circle for a while.

The cleanliness, its modernity, security, and the staff were very friendly.

The cost of breakfast was out of line.
Housekeeping never did bring the coffee bags that we asked to have delivered.

Staff was impeccable. Thanks for their service. The view from our room was dreamy. All Brussels are under your feet. Also the coffee, breakfast and lunch were all perfect. And last but not least the roof top Mexican TOPE is something to be experienced. Definitely come back...

The only thing that can be said is that cars cannot park in front of the hotel and if you have heavy ones you need to put some work.

The place itself was nice and the staff were welcoming. I liked that they lent me a charger plug when I forgot mine and gave us a little free drink for our anniversary. The bar on the rooftop was also great. The park close by was pretty.

I thought for a 4-5 star hotel there should be more amenities. We did not have any bathroom slippers or dressing gown. There wasn't any cotton pads or ear buds or even shower stuff for the bath whilst there was a bathtub in the room.
Unfortunately the hotel was very close to some dodgy people loitering around the area. The walk near the park and towards the centre from the hotel was filthy.

The whole experience was amazing. From the start at the reception (lady called Cynthia I think), the upgrade of the room, the view on the 14th floor. The location from the centre was close and we walked. And the bed was AMAZING and so big, also the room and the bathroom. And cherry on the pie, was breakfast next morning (with cherry pie hahah). My stay was really 10 out of 10. Would recommend it to everyone.

Everything was so easy there. The welcoming staff and everyone around the hotel were so helpful and friendly.
We didn't have breakfast but had a wonderful lunch on the terrace - fantastic value too!
Our room was perfect with great bedding and pillows (I always moan about hotel pillows)!
I would definitely return.

A very small point that there should be a small shelf when you are laying in the wonderful circular bath - a very small suggestion.

I had a very pleasant stay overall. The location was excellent and very convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable.
