The house keeping was lacking. No coffee or tea in the room. Everyday they would remove the tea cups and glasses without providing new ones. Kettle and tray provided was dirty

Really good location, walking distance to most things I. the city centre. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, professional and friendly.

The pool was out of action due to renovation, but as the weather wasn’t that hot it didn’t really matter to us.

This is the best location in Berlin -- central to everything -- yet it is still very peaceful, elegant, and feels anything but hectic. The staff is outstanding and professional, and happy to help with restaurant or outing suggestions. The rooftop bar is second to none! It is the only place I will stay in Berlin.

The rooms vary. Last summer I had a spectacular room with a glimpse of the Brandenburg Gate statue. This time, my room was more modest with no view, but it was still very comfortable, if not a bit small. The bathrooms in both are spacious and excellent.

Great hotel. Beautiful building & interior designs. GREAT location. Staff is very professional & friendly. Concierge is great - they got me all the reservations I asked for. Love the breakfast. Fantastic roof terrace.

Very friendly and super efficient ground staff, housekeeping went the super extra mile and the portiers are so lovely and friendly We hired bicycles from the hotel directly and they were excellent- much fun And added bonus - my daughter’s favorite band stayed at the hotel the same time and we could chat with them

Room 115 had minimum view but still lovely with high ceilings. The fantastic staff was kind enough to move me to 515. View was lovely. Made my stay perfect!

The hotel is beautiful as are the rooms. Everything is extremely spacious. Location is excellent if you're planning to do the usual tourist activities or have business in Mitte.

When we arrived the doorman took our bags, gave us a ticket, and told us that our bags would be delivered to the room and waiting for us when we got there. We ended up sitting in the room for over an hour, exhausted from a long flight and just wanting to shower and change clothes. I finally ended up going to the front desk to retrieve the bags and bring them to the room myself. I don't *need* help with my bags nor did I request this service but it was offered and then not followed through with, and it caused us to waste an hour of our limited time in Berlin.

The bed was not very comfortable. I asked for a feather/foam topper, which helped, but still not what you'd expect at a hotel of this quality.

Our room was not clean. No heating in room when we arrived. Blood on bed sheets.

I went with my dog and it was received with a box of goodies. I appreciated that very much. Staff was nice. Gym was clean and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable.

It was run down. Bed headrest worn out. Old stained lamps by the bed. Ugly decoration unmatching materials. The place has changed a lot in the last few years. Saw a man bring in a prostitute to a next door room from the street. It was advertised that there was a pool and when I went to spa was told it doesn’t exist anymore.

the hotel claim to have a spa. when I was there I discovered it didn’t open until 10 and the sauna etc not until 4pm. I had a free morning before some important meetings and looked forward to using the spa which is part of the hotel. to find it was closed was disappointing to say the least.

Quality doesn’t match with the high price, the aircon didn’t work, it looks like everything runs on a budget!

Booked the hotel for a celebratory birthday weekend. It’s in the perfect central location for seeing the sights and exploring Berlin. It’s a beautiful hotel and the room was very quiet.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed due to refurbishment and the rooftop bar wasn’t open as planned due to bad weather.
