Bellman Hotel, Berlin

I loved the look of the hotel, amazing design. Very comfy beds and clean room. Professional staff. Quiet.

No swimming pool, but it wasn't such a big problem.

We had a very good Italian dinner at the restaurant at the hotel and followed up with an excellent buffet breakfast. Really couldn't have wanted better.

The shower design in the bathroom is very poor. The shower head generates a strong water flow and the glass panel/frame that should prevent water from getting into the bathroom is very short. We had to put towels on the floor outside the shower to soak up the water that sprayed into the bathroom,

super flexible when we were a last minute booking, allowed us to check in early when we'd booked that day and waived the fees for late checkout

It was perfectly situated for us as we had a gig booked at a music venue nearby called The Hole 44. It was also on the right side for the airport, so using the bus and underground was cheap and easy. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely, massive windows, lovely bathroom, very clean. Beds were really comfortable.

It was on quite a noisy main road which was only noticeable if you opened the window.

I really liked the room with big windows, eventho the look wasnt the most scenic. Breakfast was delicious and diverse. The hotel was located very close to the underground stop which was very convenient in this winter period.

Breakfast could have a bit more options, but you could probably order extras from the menu, so its not really a bad thing.

Everything was great. Really enjoyed the restaurant attached, the chefs and waiters were absolutely the best.

The front desk clerk really helped me in a bad situation- I can into the lobby and was almost at the point of passing out- he helped me get into a room and was very professional, empathetic, well spoken and his professional presentation was a site for sore eyes after dealing with the last place I stayed- who had left me locked outside for hours.

The room was really nice, with a comfy bed and good amenities. Although it’s slightly further away from the city than others, this means it’s quieter with less sirens (if you know, you know). And with it being closer to airport it takes 25/30 minutes on the U-Bahn

The location is slightly away from the city centre, but you can travel there relatively easy

Away from the city but 3min away from U-Bahn station and 7min away from S-Bahn station so perfectly connected.

Excellent location - 50 m from the metro. Excellent soundproofing of the room. Helpful staff. Parking included. Clean room. Fascinating view from the window of the vibrant city.

Beds too soft. Average breakfast. The outside blinds could not be controlled (the electrician must have forgotten to connect the switches).

The design of the place was really beautiful, and the staff were very helpful and friendly! Located just a short walk from the S and U bahn, it is also excellently connected, as well as being close to restaurants, supermarkets etc.

It was really quite noisy since our room was one storey up and street facing. It would be nice to have some more sound proofing

Bellman is very close to S and Grenzella U bahn and 15 minute to Brandenburg airport so overall excellent location for a better priced hotel. Very technically updated, first hotel i've stayed in that has electronic curtains and shades. Color scheme is very male driven, browns and greys. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to know the U bahn stop sooner as we got off at the wrong stop and walked a mile to get to hotel. I'd suggest this info with the first welcome message. Towels could be softer. Make up lighting needs improvement.

It is well located for people wanting to visit the city but arriving/leaving by airplane. The junior suite has a spectacular view. A nice breakfast as well. The stagf was very helpful.

There are still some things that need to ve completed: the WiFi is bot working well, the TV is not linked to the internet, and there are still some cables hanging from the ceiling.

Hotel is fine. Restaurant is very good

The bath/shower gel is terrible. I recommend you improve the quality, reduce the scent level, and provide face cloths for showering

The staff were very friendly and helpful if we had any questions both on reception and in the restaurant.

Nothing everything was great and we are looking forward to staying with you again at Christmas and again in January.

Great Hotel, perfect location for getting around the city. The stylish rooms and ambiance make for an enjoyable stay as well as the many extras and welcoming staff.

Honestly, I have nothing negative to say, I will definitely be returning!

Very friendly staff. All new and comfortable rooms. Good beds and nice view from the rooms with balcony.

Elevators are really slow. There is no sauna/spa area as advertised.

I didn't like that the Wifi was unsecured.

Air conditioning was not that efficient but still did work

I have rarely liked a hotel this much: and especially never one that was also so affordable. Spaces are beautifully designed, modern yet very calming, and absolutely everything you could wish for was there in terms of practicalities.

Absolutely nothing to criticise.
