Really great location and comfort. Outstanding staff! Like - really helpfull, serviceminded and available for help 24/7. Great styling of rooms with lots of small gadgets, making it fun to stay in the room.

Room was very hot on southside. Aircon was really struggling, so not much sleep the first night.

Lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable with great views over the Tiergarten and Zoo. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great roof bar and restaurant. Great location.

Very little. If you are super light sleepers, please note that on Friday and Saturday one can hear/feel a bit the basses from the bar downstairs (I presume). We were on the 4th floor, maybe upper floors are better.

Over looking the zoo was good. Thea on reception was very good and gave us loads of information above and beyond what she needed to .

Pillows weren't great we asked for extra and got them which helped.

Great location. Very quirky. Well appointed and spacious rooms. Loved the LP player :-). Stocked mini bar is a bonus. Lots of great restaurants close by. Many public transport options on your doorstep.

No access to free tea / coffee facilities. Limited and expensive wine options in the restaurant / bar.

The hotel is perfectly located near all possible public transport means. This was super useful as any point in Berlin is easily accessible using a single line of something... The area is lovely, safe, has plenty of caffes, restaurants and shops and is generally very pleasing. The room was huge, clean, and very well designed. The shower and toilets are in separate areas, which is really convenient. We had very little interaction with the stuff, as the room is directly accessed by the elevator (no lobby to go through), but they were super nice and useful when we needed their help. It's a great hotel! P.S: If you arrive super-late and super-hungry as we did, there is a 24H Mc'donalds in the Zoo train station building nearby. Not a common site in Berlin!

It took me 10 min to think of something. The soap. The soap provided in the shower smells GREAT - but dried my skin, so I couldn't really enjoy it. That's it. The rest was beyond exepectations.

Very comfortable bed and amazing blankets. Cute bathroom situation.

It was way too loud at night - even on a sunday evening you could hear some bass music. I would like to get a disclaimer for that. Because I was not there to party.

The view! And what a cool design - really enjoyed it. The staff was also amazing. Room was very clean with nice touches and a great sense of humor was visible across all areas of the hotel.

Well the hammock which featured on my room type (and one of the reasons I chose the more expensive rate) did not exist in my room. When I asked I was told that hammocks are available in some rooms and I should have made a request when booking (impossible as I thought this was feature of the room). This was misleading and frankly was disappointing. I would also revisit the mattress which wasn’t very comfortable.

We had a wonderfull stay at the 25h Bikini Berlin. Very friendly and helpfull staff. The room was spacious with all necessary comfort and great layout/modern look. We loved the free mini-bar. Enjoyed the free Sauna. We had breakfast and dinner in the rooftop restaurant: amazing view and great food & top service. We can absolutely recommend the hotel!

The Monkey bar is nice, very well connected to public transport, fun property, the staff are friendly, many nice restaurants near by.

The lighting in the room at night is really dark.

This is an awesome hotel with really great rooms, comfy beds, great facilities and access to the Monkey Bar (which is the best bar in Berlin) and superb food. The location is perfect for West Berlin

The lack of lights in the rooms

rooms overlooking the zoo - you hear zoo waiking up - that is amazing, breakfast on the 10th floor with an amazing view and varied choices. The reception is terrific. co-working environment is beyond terrific

Bar staff at Monkey Bar very rude & unprofessional.

amazing hotel, lovely vibe, unique decor, great views of the city. The restaurant on the top floor also had great ambience, views and food. The bar adjacent served incredible drinks, the DJ was phenomenal and the staff lovely. I can’t wait to do it all over again!

Perfect location, lots of shops and restaurants, next to the busses, a subway and station. On the topfloor there is a very good restaurant Neni and Monkeybar where you can enjoy the view and great cocktails. Very extended breakfast, nice staff and good rooms.
