Very cool, central hotel, well-size rooms, some quirky fun amenities (sauna, free beer/soda/bikes)
Room was great - large, included minibar, very cool, sweet view, fun having access to a sauna and view of the zoo, great bar/restaurant on the top floor - ate dinner and breakfast there once.
We ran out of coffee after one morning and the staff wouldn't replenish it for us - they told us to wait until 7a and buy coffee in the cafe once it opened.

Relaxed hotel with great reception staff.
Loved the shower and bedding
We did not like that our bed was on the ground and the steps were dangerous coming off the area where the bed is positioned.
The inclusive Mini bar had to be asked to be refilled…
Stayed 4 nights. Room Service dropped off during our stay.

Room 'open design'. Everything is too dark, from the elevator to the weird corridors leading to a gray room with no carpet on the floor. too much "industrial" for me.

The staff were so excellent, every person I interacted with was kind, considerate, and helpful. Great team
I also appreciated the restaurant keeping some tables for hotel guests so that I could take and treat my local friends to a restaurant they have been unable to get into otherwise. Fantastic experience all around
Honestly there was nothing much - I might have liked tea or coffee in the room, but otherwise very happy with the stay

Enjoyed the hotel overall as it is comfortable and has a unique loacation unique position
Location is good for transport links close to main shopping areas plenty of fast food and restaurants nearby and cafes. Room was clean and comfortable staff friendly. The monkey bar is super popular but as a guest you don’t queue. The restaurant is good too but you need to book separately. View over the zoo is dependent on your room but you do hear the animals in the morning if you open the window .
Shower was excellent and so was the sauna
First zoom we had on the 4 floor did have a hammock and a view of the zoo but mostly of an steel ventilation system- the fridge also didn’t work we did change zoom to the 7 floor- much better view but no hammock and the fridge worked so the fee beers tasted much better! But window didn’t open staff did try to fix but obviously a big job.
Noise from the bar .. did hear some on the 4 floor but less on the 7 floor we were out late so not so much a problem- it’s open until 2 apart from Saturday when it’s 4 am. This may be good or bad !!

It was lovely despite our grievances.
It was overlooking the zoo.
The room was far too cramped, the television didnt show any good channels and we could hear the music very loudly from the bar.

Solid hotel and comfortable and enjoyable stay
Location was great, all modes of public transportation were near. Lots of restaurants near buy. The hotel has a distinctive funky design (in a good way). Comfortable beds and super fluffy blankets.
No hair conditioner!

Great location with superb rooms, cool rooftop bar and wonderful view of Berlin and the zoo.
Central location with great view of Berlin zoo. One of the best rooftop bars and a nice breakfast in the morning. Staff were amazing! Really like the hammock with the great view.
The coffee system at breakfast is not easy to figure out.

Fun, cool hotel, it's a bit far from the main areas, but it's nice to be by the park and the zoo.
The room was really nice, great view, fun hammock, nice shower.
The location was a little far for us, but it's nice to see another side of the city.

Incredible full height windows in the room made the most of the view over the park.
Really well designed hotel with some fun, quirky features (although no hammock in our room). We had a 'jungle' room and the windows and view were amazing, it felt really special to wake up to. The food for breakfast was great and it was served in the restaurant on the top floor so the view was incredible.

Innovative, spacious big room, interesting interior design, views, comfy beds. Great bar and restaurant on the 10th floor . Environmentally conscious
Extremely casual, no help with bringing suitcases in even after asking for help, bad luck if you can’t do it yourself. Really dark lighting everywhere. Don’t go to the monkey bar after 9pm if you’re over 45. Possible to hear disco beats on 9th floor rooms
