Nice location, beautiful facility, delicious breakfast. Recommend the place b
It was close to small shops, the train and bus station, etc. They had a full breakfast in the morning. They kept our luggage while we explored the city for no charge. They even stored my insulin in the fridge for me during the day. They had free drinks and coffee anytime. The room was amazing and comfortable. The only strange thing was the shower being completely clear when you’re traveling with family. Luckily we were all girls, but what if my husband would have come? They also had a LOT of amenities - shampoo, soap, comb, toothbrush, hair cap, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Convenient and chic
Convenient to the S Bahn and U Bahn (2 stops to the main tourist areas, though that was not why I was here) and a short walk to Viktoriapark. Not lots and lots to do immediately outside, but the hotel bar is decent and Kreuzberg is full of neat places. Hotel is modern and chic, and rooms were well-appointed and decorated.

The location is great if you don’t mind walking a bit. 10 minutes to 3 different stations. Staff friendly. Bar good. Breakfast available.

Spacious and stylish room
Room was clean and stylish. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was comfortable. Also the room was spacious and good size!
Was a bit cold in the room and couldn’t figure out how to warm it up on the thermostat. Also the water from the shower was coming into the bathroom which made a small puddle. The location is okay - you need to walk maybe 5 mins to the nearest metro station.

Wonderful place to come home to after full days of sightseeing.
Clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff are kind and helpful, and there is always someone available at the front desk. Breakfast is an amazing selection of warm food, fruit, cereal and beverage selections. Very enjoyable stay.
Location for our goal, which was to see sights near Potsdamer Plaza.

Excellent hotel with really helpful staff. Very spacious with a fantastic bathroom.
The breakfast was good but was charged at €20 a day when another person with us was charged €12 per day. The staff were excellent and the bar open 24/7. The room was very spacious.

Stylish with a great location
Great staff. Wonderful shower, maybe the best I've had with that awesome water pressure. Quality fixtures and fittings and very clean with a nice ambience. Brilliant location.
Our double bed was 2 singles with 2 single duvets pushed together which was strange and somewhat upsetting on a romantic break. Spoiled our stay a bit tbh.
We had to get our patio doors unlocked by cleaning staff in order to use our terrace. It was a bit of a faff and the rooms shouldn't be advertised with a terrace if everyone has to go through that to get it.

Centrally located and easy to get to Yorckstrasse station. The staff were super friendly and most speak English if you don’t speak German . Everyone was so friendly and helpful . Would recommend.

Ginn City & lounge made our stay in Berlin comfortable and memorable.
The property was as advertised. It was very comfortable for my family and I. It was in a central location in Berlin with easy access to several locations. Additionally, the hotel had a supermarket on the same block which made access to any and everything. I met very warm and accommodating staff who made our stay extremely wonderful. We look forward to another stay at Ginn City.

Brilliant hotel at a great price in a great location
Very conveniently situated near to S and U bahn. Also near a beautiful park full of cafés and activities. The hotel was very welcoming. Free tea and coffee excellent. The room was beautiful with all the facilities you could need. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, stylish, functional. Thoughtful layout, finishes and amenities.
The shower is clear glass and open to the room. If you were sharing the room with someone this wouldn’t be ideal.
