Very well located, close to restaurants, convenience stores and the subway is a few meters away. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good too. I would stay here again!

There were very noisy guests. I guess it is to be expected from a hostal, though! Nothing to blame on the staff.

Amazing things: location,cleanliness,beds,atmosphere,people,personnels Caution: there is no shampoo in bathroom so you need to bring it. You need to bring a long-headed padlock. Don't forget to bring a slipper for bathroom.

Beautiful hostel in great location with very friendly staff! Clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely recommend for stays in Berlin.

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The common space downstairs was great too, and there seemed lots of events for people who want them. The location was very accessible, a tram stop right outside and only 10 mins to a train station so perfect for going to the rest of the city though the neighbourhood itself is lovely. Also, I was able to switch rooms really easily when I injured my arm and needed a lower bunk, so that was a plus, they are very accommodating. Bathrooms are cleaned pretty regularly, and the shower rooms have spacious cubicles for all your things. And just the general vibe is relaxing, this was my first of many hostels on a long trip and they’ve really set the bar.

When I arrived I was going to put my bags in the storage room until check in, but the guy at the desk said they had a room available right then for me to use however he didn’t mention anything about it being extra payment and I was charged 14€ at check out. I was perfectly happy to have just stored my bags, so I was a bit put out by that, maybe I should have known but it would be good if staff could mention that before they book you in instead of dong it automatically. That was the only issue I had with the whole stay though, the rest was great :)

This hostel is a walking distance from central Berlin, tram and U-Bahn stops are very close. A really nice city skyline view on the higher floors. Very friendly and helpful staff. VERY good value for money. Some activities for the guests. Pleasant character of the place. My new favourite hostel in Berlin.

I travelled alone and had a good stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great place for solo travellers. Would recommend!!!

It was cleaned often, many card-only entrances so it feels secure. Reception also has a safe downstairs. The design of the beds is quite cozy, despite not having curtains, the border added some privacy. Also, some rooms have balcony, which is great.

Staff were very good. The bar was very good and reasonably priced good beer. The bed was comfortable. Location was excellent.

Asked about breakfast when checking in to be told its available from 0630. Came down to pay the next morning and paid to be told it starts at 0700. Went to the shop and returned at 0700 to be told its 0800. A bit of consistency would be good

The double room we were in was very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space for two people to sleep in and relax. The location was pretty good especially if you were wanting to go Museum Island.

The bathrooms were not the best. It took 2 days for the hand soap dispenser in the female bathroom on our level to get refilled. The sinks in the unisex shower area were also occasionally filled with men's shavings which was a bit gross. The showers themselves were very slippery and had poor lighting; it felt like a very good breeding ground for fungus despite the fact that there was no mould visible. Occasionally noisy at night.

The only thing that I don't like is the shelf beside the bed .. first of all it makes the space even smaller and if you want to open it in order to use the socket behind it ... It will be impossible for you to even lay on the bed if you are a bit big

There was a presentation about berlin clubs and what to do in berlin and where to go. Unfortunately I could'nt attend if fully because I was late. But still it was very informative for me. Christmas dinner was extremely Good. Best christmas in my life. Stuff super friendly and cute

I could not have asked for more from a hostel. It is located right in the city centre, with a metro station directly outside the building. The facilities provide everything a traveller may need, including spacious rooms with lockers. Guests should note that a personal padlock is required, or one can be rented at reception. The restaurant offers an excellent breakfast, and the 24-hour reception is an additional advantage. I would highly recommend this hostel.

There were no significant negative aspects. The only minor issue was that the elevator could take some time to arrive during busy periods, so using the escalators may be more convenient if you are in a hurry. Apart from this, the hostel was excellent.

The location was good, it was to many attractions by walk and there are nice restaurants/bars nearby. The rooms and the facilities were pretty clean.

I would suggest to add curtains to the beds in crowded rooms, it’s hard to find your stuff without turning the lights on and waking everybody up if you plan on getting ready early in the morning.

Central location in Berlin, clean facilities, hot shower, cimfortable lounge area to chill out.

TV would be nice in the lounge room to access local news,and sports but it has a good wifi so it doesn't really matter.

Very social people, lots of events going on to get people talking, location is super convenient, clean showers, clean rooms, comfy beds!

The only things I dislike are that there’s only one elevator, and if you want to take the stairs you still have to wait for the elevator so you can get to the stairs on the other side. The other thing is no laundry in-house. I had to wrap my clothes in a towel and carry them around the corner to a laundromat, then carry them back. It was raining so I was praying to not drop them, but it was not easy lol

Everything was good beside WIFI it was sporadic not stable. And not working at all in some area

WIFI It was not working in all rooms 109- 110 -209- 210- 309-310-409- 410. The rest it worked but was sporadic and not stable. The only place that WIFI was working smoothly is the reception.

Central and safe place. Near to U and S-bahn stations. You can easily reach to Alexanderplatz by walking. Many restaurants placed in the neighborhood. Employees are very nice and helpful.

The gift beer could be a bigger size :)
