Excellent location and good value for money. Would recommend the breakfast option. All of the main attractions are within walking distance.

As with many hotels try and avoid peak breakfast period as it can get busy.

The hotel was lovely - beautiful foyer with comfortable couches, a pianist, exceptional reception staff. The bar was really great and the restaurant was excellent, especially for a hotel restaurant. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. But the standout feature was the staff - without exception they all went above and beyond in making our 1-night stay very good. We arrived early and they found a room for us. Our flight on the day of our departure was not until the evening, but when we returned to the hotel to pick up our luggage, they gave us the use of the day spa facilities, so we were able to shower and change before our long flight.

The location is perfect to visit central Berlin, the museums, Jewish memorial, Tiergarten and Checkpoint Charlie among others, yet it's in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. It also had a lovely bar, one of the few open late in the area and with great staff.

We were told twice our breakfast wasn't included when I had in fact paid for it. Everything else was excellent.

Breakfast-Perfect. Location-Perfect. Gym-Perfect, you will find everything you need like in a regular gym (it is really rear in the hotels). Piano playing live at reception area in the evenings-amazing.

The bathroom a bit too small for two people (regular room). We didn't find hair conditioner in the bathroom. Shampoo, shower gel and body lotion only.

Excellent central location. Friendly efficient staff. Very comfortable bed. Cleanliness 10/10 Excellent breakfast and the restaurant food was delicious

Second time here and it feels like a ‘cutting-cost-hotel’ tendency… please provide more than 2 towels per person and do not be afraid to make breakfast more posch… I am travelling back to Berlin now, but have chosen another chain hotel because of the poor breakfast!

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Berlin. All the major attractions are with a 20 minute walking distance of the hotel, making it an excellent location for a stay in Berlin. Staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast selection was excellent! Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!!

The breakfast staff were lovely. The hotel lobby is beautiful, the rooms are a good size. The location was great. The beds were comfortable.

Wish there was at least just 1 English speaking TV channel that wasn't the news. It's a very minor issue as everything else was fabulous.

Location was very convenient, central and seemed absolutely safe to us. The hotel is beautiful, our rooms were cosy and very clean. Breakfast was superb! But absolutely outstanding was the personnel - genuinely trying to assist in every possible matter and offering top notch service, also doing it respectably and warmly. Thank you!

I did not like the pillows though the bed itself was comfortable. The pillows were hard for my taste.

Only one comment- when we asked whether the FEX AirPort Express was running on the Sunday 12 April we were told it was, when it wasn’t, which made us later than we have wanted!

The deluxe room was a good size, comfort room was short on storage. Excellent breakfast and The spa and gym was very good.

The breakfast area could be more spacious and spread out, it got busy squeezing past each other and a second coffee machine would too. Though busier when we stayed over the Easter holidays.

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The central location is excellent, with metro stations conveniently nearby, making it very easy to get around the city. The hotel bar was wonderful, offering a great atmosphere to relax, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Stayed here for the Half Marathon, Excellent location and gave me a late checkout which meant I could have a shower after the race. More than happy with standard room and staff were good throughout my stay.

Building work outside the property was the only issue I had as my room was facing it.

Very stylish hotel in a great location. So easy to get to everywhere we wanted to visit. Berlin a great city break. Some great touches with iced lemon and lime water available in reception, free nuts with drinks in bar. Breakfast plentiful and lots of choice.

Found the room to be smaller than I thought. Storage cupboard seemed cheap and rail high, partner struggled to reach. We found the staff polite but not what I would say friendly. Dinner in restaraunt most expensive of our four dinners out and way off the other meals in terms of value for money, food quality, portion size and table service. Thought dinner service would be of a much higher standard.
