Titanic Deluxe Hotel Gendarmenmarkt, Berlin

Didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the whole interior design of the hotel and the Christmas tree in the lobby was spectacular Staff were always welcoming and attentive Accommodation was a dream… beds were so comfortable. Couldn’t fault this hotel . So central to all the landmarks too

Great location

Our whole stay was amazing! The beds were very comfortable and the staff were all polite and helpful anytime I had a question. We had the junior suite and I thought the room was plenty big! The breakfast was lovley in the morning with plenty of options. The location was ideal, with it being in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do! Would definitely stay again!

Very Clean.The beds were very comfy.The breakfast had so much choice and very fresh .The staff were very helpful .As it was Christmas season everything looked very beautiful and festive.

Plenty of choice for breakfast, good quality, omelettes cooked on request. Location very good we walked to most places in the city itself all within 30 mins

The room was very well appointed. Could do with USBs by the bed and access to Netflix on the TV's

Houskeeping was not good at all - left the room dirty everday and we had to get them back on multiple occasions to clean, replace cups, take away dirty dishes order more towells that they had taken.

Getting to the gym. The most uncomfortable toilet seat ever, I’d rather sit on hot coals.

The hotel was very central to all popular sight seeing attractions. Clean comfortable rooms. Bar staff really attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great with lots of choice.

Hotel has a great location, close to the main attractions. Room was very comfortable and a good size! Breakfast had a good selection and the food was great. Comfortable bar area with friendly staff, as were all the staff at the hotel. Would definitely stay again and would recommend it.

Everything!!! Location was central, breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean and gery comfortable, and above everything, the staff were fabulous… so helpful, so kind, so accommodating! Without doubt the best city hotel I have ever stayed in, and we have travelled globally to only 4/5 star hotels. Katheryna on reception do helpful and lovely, Paula Klauwitter helped to get a late check out, so friendly and helpful!! The concierge Stephen Stockle took the time and effort to draw on the map for us route to certain sites. He was amazing and reassuring!! And Mirrielle at the spa was our friend for the 3 days, always welcoming, informative and sooo friendly on each of our 3 visits to the spa. What a magnificent hotel, with magnificent staff!!!

Had to ask for some food and drink that had run out at breakfast , there seemed to be a lot of staff on duty but not aware when food and drink were getting low.

Great hotel! Very clean and had everything you would need. Also had a spa which looked amazing but unfortunately we ran out of time so wasn’t able to try it. Location couldn’t be better!

The bar food was very expensive for what it was.. worked out about £20 for a sandwich and if you wanted room service it would have been €8 extra which was a shame otherwise we would have ordered from the hotel of an afternoon/ evening. Also a shame their restaurant closes on a Sunday
