The room service were very kind to arrange for us to get dinner shortly after the restaurant was closed. We get nice menu from the BBQ and the food was great. The pool and sauna in the Spa were very cozy and nice.

The price is high

High end boutique hotel in quiet green street, nice neighbourhood. Nice interior and large, very comfortable rooms. Generous breakfast served by the table by nice staff. Overall good service, nice staff.

Food was only ok, for such a nice hotel it felt a little “cheap” with small details such as that the orange juice was not fresh (ie concentrate) or the “guacamole” was from a tube… The room service menu was also very limited. We had the burger for lunch one day and it was so so. Also a detail but the fact that the shower was “a plastic cubicle” also did not quite feel to standard of the rest of the hotel. No big complaints, but just those small details missing from it feeling as a “real” high end hotel.

- Breakfast took extremely long and was just average, the staff looked overwhelmed and undertrained - Room design was modern and sleek but had little to do with the beautiful more classical design of the entrance. The room just felt sterile - The description stated they had electric vehicle charging but it is just a cable extension pulled through a window from an office. They failed to charge our car in more than 3 days.

Well-designed hotel, centrally located, yet surrounded by trees and animals via direct access to the Berlin Zoo and Tiergarten park. Also, really enjoyed the on-site restaurant and bar, a great place for business or friend get togethers alike.

Some guest room features are a bit over designed, hence are not always the most user friendly.

Great location next to the Zoo, quiet and peaceful yet great West Berlin location - fab for shopping. Overall ambience and style of decor - very comfortable and great bar area. Staff were very attentive. Bedroom was a great size with very high ceilings and electric curtains!

Wasn't clear what part of our breakfast was included in the overall room rate so was a bit hesitant as to what to order.

First night the air conditioner wasn’t working properly they move us of room been nice but wasn’t working properly the one on charge that night didn’t have idea how to fix it send us a fan for the night next day they fixed

Everything- we traveled with a 3 year old and a 3 month old and despite that thia felt like a holiday! Really thank you so much

It’s been a while since I experienced such friendly, proactive and smart staff. Whether in the restaurant, the front desk or room service everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The quiet setting and central can’t be beaten. Never thought I’d love a hotel THAT much

Maybe a front door man helping with luggage or some updated interiors could help

Quiet neighborhood

- Totally over priced and far away from a 5 Star rating. - Poor Service and lack of trained & knowledgeable staff - Food and Beverage below average; had a hair on one of the dinner servings. Staff in the kitchen do not follow proper hygiene standards / no hair cover. - Check-in process not welcoming; no concierge to assist with luggage etc.. - In room furniture were old and outdated with damaged finishes showing wear and tear of aging interior - Didn’t check us into the upgraded room as advertised by Booking.com

Bed was nice

Being woken up by cleaning staff at 8:30 on a free day and then being told “this is reasonable time.” No it’s not. After a 60h week I wish to sleep in.
