Almodovar Biohotel, Berlin

The hotel is perfectly located and everything is pretty much within reach. The room was spatious and comfortable.

Everything was great though no staff on premises did require a bit more coordination by email. Everything was fine in the end.

I was really impressed with the property. Great value for money, I chose this location as I know the area so I was really happy about that. Lots of small touches in the room that were very cute.

The place didn't have any staff. Nothing went wrong, but I'm wondering how quick they would be there to help if there was any situation where help was needed.

The communication with the staff on WhatsApp and the digital information and instruction was great

As a coffee lover, I was expected to find a coffee capsules, otherwise everything was good

Fire alarm is faulty somewhere in the building, known issue apparently

the drain in the bathroom smelt quite bad

The room was fantastic, utilities were all great, location was good for the east.

The breakfast was pretty average for the price, and the bed was very comfy but very soft so bit of a sore back in the mornings

Location (near all the spots in the neighborhood and transposrtation), clean, fast check out, internet.

Location: far from main Berlin atractions.
Only 2 cups, cutlery, plate. Bed not good, I prefer firm bed. This appeared firm but it would sink.
Unconfortable chair for workstation and table. AC too strong, even when at minimum. Also, a bit noisy.

The design was interesting, the cleanliness, and the bed (most comfortable ever)

The TV didn’t worked, it was a bit uncomfortable to go to reach the bed or to go out from the bed

Cleaning could be better ( floors and strong smell coming from the toilet)

We especially enjoyed our cozy room and our sunny balcony! (We had the biggest room at the 5th floor)

The location is right on a super busy main road. Opening windows without an incredibly loud noise background is impossible.

The location is good, the tram is right outside. Beds were unbelievably comfortable. Whenever I asked for something from the numa team they responded quickly and I was able to get everything I needed.

It was hot while we were there and there was construction going on right outside so if you opened the door it was extremely loud. Nothing that numa could do about that so it's not a negative thing towards the accommodation itself. We weren't there much during the day anyway.

The rooms were very comfortable.
The bath-shower-shampoo-conditioner, excellent and in big quantity! Bravo for the coffee and tea offerings!
The kitchen area is a big advantage!

There was a lot of noise from the street. This is a lively area in Berlin, so maybe the window glass needs to be more soundproof. I wouldn't reccomment it to people who want to spend a peaceful time.
In the platform discription it stated that there were no parties alowed. However, there were young people partying all night long. We were waken up at 6.30 in the morning by the fire alarm because the people partying were smoking and playing with the fire extinquisher that went off! The property needs to do something to ensure that this doesn't happen again!
Moreover, there should be airconditioning in the rooms! Too hot!

Clean design, modern rooms, all digital. The location is perfect for everyone who wants to explore the buzzling Friedrichshain and the surrounding area.

The room was a little dirty, the hallway smelled and the windows are not soundproof at all. You need to sleep with earplugs in order to have some rest.

The area is full of nice cafes and restaurants and not far from the center! Accessing the room with a code is pretty convenient. The bed was comfortable:)

The floor was already pretty dusty and we had no cleaning or towels exchange for 5 days (just vacuum at least). The bathroom door did not close properly and the shower was leaking from the side (so always a lake after a shower).
