Mostly really good, but not perfect!
Decor, cleanliness were excellent. Location was as about good as it gets around the Inner Harbor of Baltimore and Fells point. The croissants in the the morning were on par with some of the best I've ever had.
Staff at breakfast was just barely keeping up. Surprise additional hotel service fee of $19.90 which was not disclosed by booking.com. The hotel blamed booking.com for failing to update the information on their site.

The location and staff were wonderful. I can't wait to experience The Inn during the summer.
No restaurant on the property however, great dining was a few vlocks walk away.

Very good
We liked the location, decor, staff and on-site parking.
We have stayed here previously and the breakfast was great. This time it was extremely lackluster. The coffee machine was broken, and it seemed like there were a lot less options for breakfast. We may be remembering incorrectly, but there also used to be a weekend event like wine and chocolate in the lobby which was no longer happening.

We had a a good time because it was close to family, clean and quiet. It seemed slightly overpriced.
The quiet ambience was attractive for us.
the TV did not work the faucet in the bathroom came apart the service fee seemed very excessive especially for the "limited Covid Service."

The lady when I checked in was excellent. Love the room and location.
The gentleman at the front desk in the evening was rude to my me and my wife on separate occasions. We didn't let it ruin our stay or dampen our moods, but felt strong enough to say something here.

Henderson's Wharf in is a beautifully renovated building, great location, w/stunning Harbor Views.
The continental breakfast was adequate and offered just enough variety...just feel that there could have been a little something more...fresh pastries & muffins (not prepackaged). Microwaves would be handy...either in rooms or common area.
An onsite restaurant/bar would be nice if you didn't want to venture out during your stay.

Fantastic place, highly recommend the Harbor facing view.
The staff were just the nicest, most helpful hospitality staff we had ever met. We completed our engagement photo shoot in and around the property and they were incredibly accommodating.

The front desk staff, Autumn, was very welcoming and professional. She made sure we had everything we needed. Parking across the street was very secure and convenient. Breakfast was continental but there was a big selection. 24 hr coffee and tea bar was very nice. Shops and restaurants were only a short walk away. Very quaint, historic town. Loved it!
