Four Seasons Hotel, Baltimore
If you are looking for a sleek urban getaway, the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore in Harbor East is a gorgeous 30-story glass tower that completely redefined the city’s waterfront when it opened in 2011. Built on a site that used to be vacant parking lots and old warehouses, this $200 million building bridged the gap between modern luxury and Baltimore’s rich maritime history.
The hotel’s striking, clean-lined exterior was brought to life by Beatty, Harvey & Coco alongside Hill Glazier Architects, while Brayton & Hughes Design Studio masterminded the restful, contemporary interiors. It is an architecture lover’s dream, subtly balancing the bustling urban grid with the natural edge of the Chesapeake Bay.
Inside, you will find a massive 10,000-square-foot wellness spa and a heated outdoor infinity pool that looks like it spills directly into the harbor. It is also a hidden gem for creatives, housing the city’s largest hotel art collection, which heavily spotlights vibrant, abstract masterpieces from the famous Washington Color School movement.
Whether you are sipping tequila at Maximón or taking in the skyline views, this spot perfectly captures the energetic, timeless spirit of Charm City.

Nice job from staff. First level amenities disappointing
Nice hotel. Staff impeccable. Concierge arranged a dog sitter.
Not enough first floor amenities. Not enough space for conversations and coffee. Not enough amenities. Walked next door to Marriott for this.

4 night stay at Baltimore Four Seasons.
The location was great, within walking distance to several shopping and eating venues. The staff/valet that greets at the front door was extremely welcoming. The room service staff, cleaning staff and spa staff were friendly and helpful! The beds were extremely comfortable. The harbor view was beautiful!
The night time concierge on one particular night didn't seem to inclined to help with something I was trying to find in surrounding businesses. I only mention it because the Four Seasons has always had a reputation of being extremely helpful and this wasn't the case with that particular staff member. The had an outdated design and color scheme with dust along the baseboards and underneath the TV stand. Along with some kind of mold growing underneath the glass on top of the TV stand, (which was scratched up pretty badly) I would have noticed it had I not sat down in the chair and had a clear view of it. The head board had pieces flaking off as well. For the price of the hotel room I expected it to be a spot less room. Called multiple times for someone to come pick up our room service cart and no one came. Had to take of it the next morning, after I went down to the front desk. The "cleaning fee" or whatever they call that charge when you first check in wasn't made aware through booking or in their emails that I saw. So I was charged $200 per night up front, totalling $800. That wasn't expected. Also, I would have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back providing they deem so. I understand that's how deposits work but the price was never disclosed until check in. So just be aware of that. Also, there was no filling station for water. You're alloted two cans of water for free, otherwise you'll pay for the others. Essentially forcing to to buy their water, unless you go buy your own cheaper water somewhere else.

Couldn't use spa or pool because close to early, staff were nice, room dingey
location nice, breakfast mediocre- Value for the $ not there
Room was less than desirable. Room was a bit dingy with a broken dresser drawer.
Don't know if I'd stay there again- not as special as any other hotel.

Not blown away. Surprised at the lack of luxury at this location.
Good location.
Bed wasn’t made when we arrived to the room. Rooftop bar had advertised a DJ for the night we stayed but when we tried to access it was closed. No explanation given why. Rooms are in okay condition but could use a renovation.

I expect better service and decorum at The Four Seasons. This location is lacking in both.
The location of the property is excellent. The front desk and door staff, outstanding.
The service by the pool was unacceptable. We sat at a table by the bar and a server came over to inform us, she was just helping out. She had no knowledge of what wine was available. She took a drink order and never returned. After about ten minutes, I walked over to a manager and asked for a glass of wine. It was brought over by a different server in a plastic cup, because they didn’t have wine glasses. I asked a manager for a wine glass. We had lunch, the food was fine. I had to find someone for a check, at which time I was informed that the gratuity was included, which I expected and is standard. But then the server said, we share the 20% gratuity as a team, if you want to add more. I found that statement in bad taste. We also ordered breakfast to the room. The food was luke warm and again the tip statement was made. I have never been asked to add more gratuity at a Four Seasons by an employee. Seriously inappropriate.

Excellent birthday celebration dinner at the Bygone where the staff rolled out the red carpet and the food was delicious
The decor was beautiful yet understated
A little pricey of course and there was no hotel shuttle

Overall - I enjoyed. Would start again.
Breakfast was good. I accidentally booked twice. The manager saw understood and canceled one of the inadvertent bookings (at least I think he did, need to check my receipt again, seemed kind of high).
Breakfast wasn’t included in the nightly stay.
