I needed a hotel near the ballpark but didn’t feel safe going out at night in that neighborhood.
Proximity to the attraction we wanted to see (Camden Yards). Friendly staff. Interesting facility. Large room.
The adjoining room had some noisy guests and were pot users. So every time we left and came back to the room it smelled of pot (through adjoining door).

Loved the location, valet parking option, secure guest elevators, and size of room. It was nice to have mini fridge for baby’s milk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Valet parking staff were super nice

The basic setup is good. Staffs are good.
1. Restroom doesn't have lock
2. They didn't provide minibar things.
3. No jug or pitcher for water!
4. They didn't provide us toothpaste earlier, we went to reception to have it.
5. Staffs are really good but the Hotel didn't have sufficient staffs.

Beautiful and Relaxing
Room was beautifully cleaned and prepared. Staff was Super friendly and nice and helped us find a good seafood restaurant to eat at. Also valet parking was nice and could walk to downtown harbor from hotel.

loved the aesthetics and ambiance of the hotel
upon initially checking in, the staff member at the front desk did not acknowledge me until about 5 minutes or standing at the front desk. The rest of the staff was nice and helpful

Very clean, spacious rooms. decent location of Baltimore
felt like there were hidden fees that I wasn’t aware of until after checking out. and no door on the showers was a bit odd

Website was inaccurate because of new management. Link to restaurant goes through Doordash. Doordash not used by restaurant, but they charged me.
