The check-out is a bit early and extending is expensive.

After traveling many tiring hours from USA, I found my room ready and close to the elevator!!! Everyone was so helpful and I liked the pantry for things I needed. I was sickened when my credit card was denied countless times and I communicated with my bank repeatedly and they said they were not receiving the request. Zoku staff worked with me and eventually amount went through. Loved the reception, bar, and restaurant area and everything was so…Zen! Although both my sister n law and I both are elderly (74&82), it is obvious Zoku is not designed for older folks but rather a younger working group. That being said, I still loved it!

Have sofa bed or offer portable bedding. Sleeping arrangements are designed for couples. Have one comfortable chair also because sofa was so low, it was difficult at our age to get up from sofa. Had to ask for towels almost daily.

Clean, modern, kitchen facilities, comfortable bed, lovely shower.

Outside of the property isn’t very appealing, good location close to tourist attractions but the road outside is quite run down.

The living kitchen idea is brilliant and the staff are amazing. I like the fact that it is away from the tourist traps the streets are quiet.

The AC unit is not that cold.

The top floor bar/restaurant area is stunning with an incredible view. From getting a coffee up there in the morning to having a drink to wind down the day, it makes the entire stay worth it.

The rooms are definitely small but well-designed! The cookies upstairs should be free.

At the time to check out , one of the girls wasn’t nice , in general all are very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was perfect and thoughtfully designed. Everything one might want for a short or long stay.

Climbing out of bed through the night if you needed to go to the loo! A strong smell of damp in the level one hallway

Cool modern hotel in a great location. Lofts are "micro-apartments" with everything you need. Cozy and smartly designed! Neighborhood is near botanical garden and zoo, great for walks. Would be great for long term stays!

Excellent staff and hospitality

Little bit away from city centre but it’s manageable.

Location was central for our planned activities for Amsterdam. The casual vibe in the community areas was very welcoming and relaxing. The breakfast service was excellent. The staff, kitchen staff and food quality was top notch.

The rooftop and lounge area is amazing. It's so chill and welcoming. It's hard to leave and actually see the city.

A face/wash cloth and nicer towels would be my only nit pick.

This was a new experience in a LOFT Type room and with the roof top Bar which was very relaxing and chill vibes. Hence a decent stay overall.

Unfortunately this being a apartment, does not provide daily room service. And when we checked in and after settling down our stuff (my typical habit) in a rush we realized that the room cleaning was not done well, the little bin was undone and so was some other spaces in the room from previous occupants. We complaint same day, but they only cud provide service in the following day. we accepted since we were in a rush to leave fr our tour and had no time to switch rooms neither were we interested to shift to a room that was closer to pantry room. But the lady staff could not keep the promise and the following day no one attended to our room as committed. Then we spoke to a male staff who was the duty manager, and expressed sincere disappointment. After 2 nights of having to stay in a room where it was not done suitably, finally on day 3, this male staff, ensured all is done, the room was spick and span, and they left a courtesy basket for us too. As much as I appreciate their courtesy, I still couldn't not mention that this drawback and I think it is the responsibility of the management to ensure rooms are actually ready for new guests. Else the full experience is spoilt. Plus the location is very far from all attractions. Very quite, very business type hotel. So prepare for lots and lots of time or money wasted as it also does not have trams on this street.
