Hotel was great, staff was very good, food and overall experience was great. We had a few small maint issues in the room and the staff corrected those issues within minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was big and very nice, they cleaned and serviced the room multiple times per day.

Nothing not to like. Maybe the only downside is if you stay in the second building you have to go across to the main building for all of the food and many of the service, however honestly this was really not a big issue for us.

Flat was spacious and comfortable. Rock&Roll Restaurant was terrific. Breakfast was rewarding.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, making me feel truly welcome from start to finish. Every request was met with a smile and prompt assistance. This hotel truly values hospitality, and it shows. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

This is my favourite hotel I’ve stayed a few times now and plan on returning every year for an annual trip. The staff hotel and amenities are next level.

I loved the ambiance, the billiards in the lobby. The gym was good. I also loved the hotel's location as it is near good cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly. And yes the coffee was WOW which we had after breakfast.

Seriously it’s so boring , boring furniture room , i found dirty spot on a table , guys please if your design is dark don’t think it’s clean I rubbed the wood floor with water and tissue turned dirty that was awful and very far

The room was beautifully appointed, very quiet and very comfortable. It had a great view as well. Loved the Le Labo products in the bathroom. A very positive experience overall. Just sad we could only stay one night.

The hotel was really amazing. I had an extraordinary stay at the Abu Dhabi Edition. The staff was amazing and so much friendly I will be visiting it again and again for sure.

Breakfast is not very delicious Cheese plate and meat plate doesn’t look and feel how it should be in hotel of this level. Asian food was not tasty.

The room service is exceptional. they added things without me asking for them. they also organised my stuff very neatly in the room and bathroom. i have never seen such great hotel experience as much as i did here. will definitely keep coming back here.

Clean & comfortable.. felt like home. The staff of the hotel were great.. from the Duty manager Mr Osama, to his assistant Mr Ramadan.. to the front desk staff, room service team, technical support team, concierge staff and off course the house keeping supervisor and staff members.. all were great and very kind to me. They were highly responsive to all and any requests! They were really helpful and very friendly!

-The doors of guest rooms weren’t soundproof.. it was mostly unpleasant because I could hear even the slightest noise of people passing outside my room and it was worse because I was in a suite with a connecting door to the next suite, so even when both connecting doors of both suite were closed.. I still can hear very clearly the next door guest talking! and I had to complain several times about the very loud noise coming from the kids of the next suite guests. -The in-room dining menu was very limited, I wish they would have more options especially for light meals and snacks, besides some of the items were really expensive although they were just average popular dishes!

We have stayed at 100’s of hotel in many countries- this is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. We got the warmest of greetings from incredible front of house staff. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone.
