The location and the facilities were excellent. The spacious room made it easy to move around and feel comfortable. The balcony was wide and offered a beautiful view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very pleasant and relaxing experience and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Nothing specific. However, I was looking for a tissue box in the room, as I like to have tissues easily available. I only found one in the bathroom along with the toilet paper.

We recently stayed at The Abu Dhabi EDITION to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had in the UAE.

From the moment we arrived, every single member of the team stood out, from the bellboy and valet to the reception team, in-room dining, breakfast staff, and housekeeping. What truly set this stay apart was the genuine warmth: constant smiles, thoughtful service, and a sincere willingness to help that made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The staff were, without a doubt, the real heroes of our experience.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed , elegant, classy, and effortlessly refined. We absolutely loved the décor and ambiance. Our room overlooked the marina, with stunning views of yachts gently docked, which added a special, romantic touch to our anniversary.

The food was excellent, from in-room dining to breakfast, but once again, it was the people who elevated everything beyond expectations.

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend The Abu Dhabi EDITION to anyone looking for a refined, warm, and genuinely special hotel experience. Easily one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at in recent times.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and very fast from the moment I arrived. The receptionist, Thalma, was extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful, which made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It was quiet, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, which made it feel like home.

The location is also a big advantage — very convenient and close to important places, making it easy to move around and enjoy the area.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, comfortable rooms, and excellent location. I would definitely stay here again.

This is by far my favorite place to stay in Abu Dhabi. Everything about the hotel feels refined, calm, and effortlessly luxurious. The design, atmosphere, and overall experience are consistently exceptional. A very special mention to Prakass from the valet team , he truly made the experience ten times better. His professionalism, friendliness , and attention to detail stood out and made every arrival and departure feel seamless and welcoming.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The architecture is stunning, the atmosphere feels exclusive yet warm, and the attention to detail is evident in every corner. The room was impeccably designed, extremely comfortable, and felt like a true escape. Service was flawless, professional, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. From arrival to departure, every moment felt effortless and luxurious.

Incredible hotel where everything is five star

I was highly impressed with the customer service, which is the most important factor for me. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although our room was slightly delayed, the team handled it professionally by offering complimentary breakfast for our two children. This level of service definitely encourages me to return.

The room was very spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast was very, very good, and it actually is an all-day breakfast! so you can rest and relax, as it is available till 04:00 pm

Some of the reception staff are not well-trained

We stayed in a two bedroom spacious apartment with a large balcony area suitable to seat 5 people. This is in the residence part of the hotel which is opposite the main hotel entrance. The valets outside the hotel were great helping you get a taxi quickly and with any shopping bags etc on returning The bedrooms were large with ensuite bathrooms well maintained (bath and shower). The gym area was well equipped with a good variety of exercise machines and the daily room cleaning service was very good. The location was good with many excellent restaurants close by.

There is a well equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, induction hob, plates, glasses and cutlery as well as pans but I would have liked a microwave as well for quickly heating food. (Minor point).

Everything was on point, I really loved the staff behavior, breakfast, ladies saloon, room size, and how fast they’re serving the customer with any need. For sure it won’t be my last visit.

Not much!

The rooms are very attractive and spacious, huge bathroom and plenty of storage. The staff, especially at check-in, were all exceedingly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed drinks in the Library Bar, with Ronnie's attentive service and suggestions and we sat outside the Oak Room on the balcony overlooking the marina. Breakfast was delicious, not a classic buffet style, but a'la carte, which is our preference.

The location was just a bit from where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do.

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. Abishek at the reception was especially helpful and always had a smile on his face. He made check-in so smooth and was happy to assist us with anything we needed throughout our stay.
A special mention also goes to Siti from housekeeping, who did an incredible job keeping our room spotless every day. She was so sweet and even noticed when we ran out of toothpaste and kindly brought us a new one. It’s those small, thoughtful gestures that really make a stay feel special.
The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, and the staff truly care about their guests. Another big highlight was the breakfast served until 5 PM, which was amazing and gave us so much flexibility to relax and enjoy our mornings. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.
Overall, we felt completely at home here. The combination of friendly staff, great service, and attention to detail made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
