Amazing
Every thing amazing view the hotel was above my expectations the staff where very welcoming and friendly special thanks to Mr, Prakashen from room service as he assist me and makes sure I get what i needed he changed the coffee machine as I liked and also another lady which I forgot her name she actually handed my credit card which one of my daughters forgot it in the room dining table.
The only thing is the car service as i have requested the car to attend work related event and it was very late which made me to request car service from Uber. It was very frustrating also the amount that charged for the car service to drop us at airport was too much compared with car model while I got get the same car with less amount from under.

Amazing Stay
What i liked the most is how spacious the hotel is and the lobby and the whole interior design of it and of the room, I admired every single detail of it.
The bed was a bit not comfortable for me.

I loved the entire experience and definitely plan to return!
The room was excellent...very spacious and the materials were all top quality. I also liked the gym and the bar and restaurants downstairs. Overall, it felt like a home away from home and I dont say this often. The furniture, the lighting, the service and the overall ambience was all top notch.

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable!
My experience at the hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel offered a wide range of excellent amenities, and the toiletries were thoughtfully stocked. What truly stood out to me was the breakfast experience, which pleasantly deviated from the usual buffet style. The comfort of the beds was remarkable, and the television options were impressive, with the added convenience of being able to connect your phone to the screen, making it perfect for enjoying Netflix and YouTube.
The room service did take a bit longer, but it makes sense since we stayed in one of the apartments, which is in a separate building next to the main hotel.

Excellent hotel. All staff were very welcoming.

Very comfortable room and all amenities were perfect.
Very good restaurants and places to relax.

The moment I arrived I was already greet by many smiling faces. The staffs in this hotel exceed my expectations. They are willing to go above and beyond! Selva from the Bell Services team was a perfect example. He helped me booked the attraction tickets even it was out of his work scope. A very professional individual. He made my first visit in Abu Dhabi a pleasant one.
