Very nice, clean, well maintained property, located in a good location. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The highlight for us was the hotel food, it was so tasty and worth the money. We ended up ordering room service way too often because of how delicious the food was. The morning breakfast was absolutely brilliant, we really enjoyed it.

Excellent hotel. I was worried that a 4-star hotel may not be ideal for a week in Abu Dhabi. This one was fantastic, excellent staff and facilities, spacy rooms, great breakfast, excellent gym and sauna.

The bathroom distribution could be better, there is no door between the room and bathtub area, plus the division is made out of glass which affects privacy but other than that all was good

The girl at reception was reluctant to tell me what other facilities were close to the hotel such a supermarket. She said I would need to ride to the mall. It was annoying to be honest, as there was one 100 yards away.

We stayed only one night, but everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and professional, the room was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of tasty options. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room was very comfortable it is a very big room. It could maybe do with a remodel to modernize it a little but it didn’t affect our stay. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant.

Professional, friendly and helpful staff. All facilities are top grade. When anything is missing a service professinonal shows up in minutes. Its my 10th time with them and I intend to be a loyal customer because they are such wonderful hosts.,

Generally a nice hotel, but Premium Rooms are much Better than standard ones. Has a lot of cafes and restaurants inside, has a late check out, nice personal

The standard room was smelling from the beginning.. very humide and unpleasant, but it passed a bit after several days. but my friend had a premium room, it was fantastic smelled very nice

My first visit to the Middle East. I had arrived after almost a day of travel from Canada and arrived tired. From welcome, check in through to check out facility, staff, and overall experience for my entire 6 day stay was fabulous. Highly recommend

Excellent rooms with lots of space. A nice breakfast with multiple choices to suit every taste. The dinner was also good, especially the fresh cooking of pasta or chinese noodles.

The parfume scent in the lobby is extremely strong and somehow disturbing.

Excellent, I recommend it in all seasons!

Personnel has been really excellent from checkin to checkout, we had a kind free upgrade on arrival. Position is few minutes walking to the Corniche promenade. Multilevel parking under the building. Appreciated the architecture of the superior room with the "diffused" bathroom. Rooftop pool area and bar very nice. Just on the opposite side of the road there are several minimarkets and local restaurants, and the highest concentration of barber shops I ever seen.

While the breakfast was excellent for quantity and quality, except for the NYE evening the dinner was too basic and needs a strong improvement. Not adequate to the level of the hotel.

district downtown is more moder in Abu bulding of hotel is old nothing like restaurants&shops close to hotel, you should walk on foot around 10-15 minutes
