Wonderful hotel in a strange city...I liked the oversized room and the pool and the rooftop bar

everything went well, the breakfast was good with a good selection available. Nice rooftop pool but only used it once because we were on a short stay.

Everything was very good, very nice, clean and spacious Executive king room. Very good and not very expensive room service!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very luxurious. Worth every penny. The hotel staff was courteous. Although we weren't able to get an early check-in, the hotel staff allowed us to freshen up at the common baths near the swimming pool. We opted for a complimentary breakfast during our stay. They served continental breakfast with a huge variety of options and an even more sophisticated-looking breakfast hall. Overall, no complaints whatsoever

We stayed in a smoking room, even tough we’ve booked a non smoking room. However the staff was helpfull to compensate this with a late checkout (even a room upgrade was available for the second night, we just didn’t bother to move)

We had a small inconvenience, 50 euros were taken from our wallet left in the room, the person responsible was not found but the structure should have offered us at least a breakfast or something else, it would have been appreciable.

I liked everything about it or almost. The room, the bathroom, the service, the different restaurants, the location…

The wifi was tricky sometimes. Not very good. The price list for laundry was insane. Example: 10€ for a pair of trousers seems excessive. You would end up paying above 100 bucks for 10 pieces or a single load. No hand soap in the bathroom? That was weird

There are not many PowerPoint sockets Tap water was dirty during our last day stay there. The technician guy mending the water tap was very unprofessional and not willing to help. The service was slow. I need to call housekeeping again just to check on the status of the items requested.

Extremely expensive for the location it would be much better to offer free breakfast to compensate the location I also requested double single beds which was confirmed at the time of booking however staff couldn't be bothered and just gave us the normal queen bed

Only minor negatives: - The air-conditioning didn't go off even though we put it off - The water took quite a while to get hot and sometimes it didn't go at all

good location - central to visiting sights along the Corniche and Louvre. Hotel room was comfortable and looked good but only suitable for a single occupant or couple due to the open bathroom design. Hard for one person to sleep while another person needs lights on to use the bathroom. And not much privacy. Nice selection at buffet breakfast but need to have more staff on duty to replenish food which was often empty. And need another coffee station. Staff were very nice and helpful. Overall , a good stay.
