Hotel W, Abu Dhabi

Clean, quiet, large room with a large comfortable bed and pillows, lovely large bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet, lots of soft fluffy towels that dried you well. Lots of complimentary water replenished every day. The room was kept spotless by the cleaning staff and had everything you need. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and we had good evening meals in the restaurants.

I can’t think of anything as it was all great.

nice big and comfortable room with easy way to control the A/C temperature , big and clean bed and i really like the lots of complement bottle of water in the room.
location is great its just 15 min from airport and 10 min from Yas mall.

I cant say I didn't like it but the noise of the racing car near the hotel its interesting to watch them but if you are looking for quite place don't come here :) for me its fun to watch it .

The entire team was genuinely wonderful and helpful. Be it room services, reception, the breakfast time staff, and the team at the sundeck.

Breakfast options are great, and in room food options are delicious.

We had a room with a view of the race tracks, which was definitely a highlight as we didn't expect to see actual car races.

The sun deck pool was very peaceful.

While we had an amazing view of the race tracks, we didn't expect the cars to be racing until about 10 pm. Just a heads up, in case you are an early bird.

We had a faulty coffee maker. However, the team replaced it quickly once we raised a concern.

Staying right on track was incredible.

I know the hotel is inside Yas Marina Circuit, but cars were still racing around the track some nights till after 10pm.

Breakfast was good, but I opted not to take the full buffet throughout the stay. I also used room service for b/fast where food was good, reliable service. It was expensive even compared to Abu Dhabi rates.

If I had a meal (say lunch) in the main (breakfast) restaurant, I found service very inattentive ie: lots of service staff about but very good at avoiding eye contact to order, pay for meal or ask for anything. This was not a one off situation but general. In the end one would have to go to cashier and pay. In the end got fed up with that place.

In addition the hotel is effectively isolated and enclosed by marina and the Formula 1 track. Very few options unless you go to Yas Mall. W Hotel use this customer capture to their advantage with pricing.

Amazing location with modernistic luxurious stay. Friendly staffs with clean facilities.

Shuttle bus coming back from Ferrari world is difficult to distinguish from other buses. If the bus clearly indicates it goes to W hotel, it would be better.

Location is amazing and has everything within a short drive.

The size and layout of the room, so comfortable and spacious.

Lack of clarity about early check-in really cost us a lot of time and energy on the day we flew in from London with a tired child.

Our stay at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island was absolutely a 10/10. We stayed in Room 2427, which had an amazing view of the race track—we even got to watch a live race practice right from our room, which made the experience truly unforgettable.

We loved everything about the hotel, from the stunning façade to the stylish lobby and our beautifully designed room. The overall atmosphere was vibrant yet comfortable, and every detail felt well thought out.

Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit different tastes. The shuttle service was extremely convenient, running every 15 minutes to Ferrari World, Yas Mall, Warner Bros. World, and SeaWorld, making it easy to get around Yas Island without any hassle.

Everything about the stay was seamless and enjoyable. We absolutely loved the place and would gladly return.

There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay—even the staff were exceptional. Overall, the experience was 100% outstanding.

Very good breakfast and many options. Good staff. Good and big rooms, with water refill every day. Perfect location for Abu Dhabi activities.

Reserved room through Booking.com. Some miscommunication between hotel and service provider, which resulted in double charge from my car and I’m waiting for refund 2 weeks already.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. Gym was well equipped and clean and tidy. Beds were so so comfy!

The room was cold and the heat did not work well and the outside temperature was 14 deg C. The A/C worked well.
