Great locations and staff very friendly. Manager of hotel was very helpful on last day with late check out for family which made last day by the pool really enjoyable

Breakfast outside furniture needs replaced

Such a beautiful hotel with amazing views and facilities. Service was excellent. Me and my family had such a good time! Lorenzo at the front desk went out of his way to make our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel.

When it got busy little things didn’t happen like housekeeping and bring extra items to our room. Pool area was awful at the weekend where non residents were allowed in.

The breakfast was awesome with such a great selection of food. Also all the staff where super helpful.

This was an amazing experience. Everything you would want from a hotel. Located on a beach, swimming pool was beautiful. A few different restaurants located in the hotel. Our room was perfect, wall to wall glass with stunning views.

The swimming options great

We were upgraded to the Gold Lounge. This allowed us to have afternoon tea and evening drinks with buffet, free gratis. Excellent value! Room was quiet and large with two bathrooms, great choice of food for breakfast and we particularly liked the gardens to sit in.

There are very few shops locally so a taxi is needed if you want to venture further, but that could be a bonus if you just want peace and quiet around the pool and garden area. It suited us but may not suit others. Taxis are very cheap!

Outstanding service from every single staff member, a true testament to the Fairmont group of hotels. From breakfast choices and service to Marco Pierre White restaurant options everything was truly exceptional.

Beautiful hotel, nice location and the facilities ( pool, restaurant) were a dream. We were upgraded upon check-in for our short stay, it was the last day of our trip to Abu Dhabi on return from Dubai Very memorable and will return! Thanks to the staff, they were great

The rooms are clean and big, with very comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was nice. The price matches the conditions.

The beach area needs renovation, especially the sheets, pillows, and towels are worn out. Overall, I think the hotel needs renovation. I stayed at the same hotel 3 years ago, and it looked much better back then than it does now.

The breakfast and dinner choices were excellent. And Sanjiv in f&b was always extremly helpful.

The breakfast was amazing with lots of variability, however the coffee quality wasn’t good , if they change their coffee supplier definitely will be 100% best breakfast , the coffee machine in the room was very old style & not good quality capsules for fairmont brand !!

The rooms and staff are amazing. The concierge was incredibly helpful and kind—truly top service at a top hotel. When my coffee machine didn’t work, he immediately offered us two coffees to go—a small gesture that made a big difference.

The room was big, clean, with all the facilities. Hotel was nicely decorated for Ramadan and it was great spot for taking amazing pictures. The staff was absolutely amazing, big thanks to Laura for the amazing upgrade.

The view of the grand mosque was incredible. Room size was big.

Room wasn't ready at 3pm. Got the room keys around 4pm. Ordered a cake at the lobby coffee shop. There was a dead fly inside the cake slice. The manager promptly apologized and didn't charge us for the coffee and cake.

This was one of the best experiences. We got a perfect room with a view of the Grand Mosque. The staff provided fantastic service. There was a great selection of restaurants where you could enjoy delicious food and try various drinks. During happy hours, you could even get beer at a lower price. The pools were excellent, the beach had clean sand, and parking was hassle-free. This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had.

To short stay. Would love to stay longer.

The location is excellent and the view is amazing.

Open toilets do not suit our environment in the Emirates. Relieving oneself should be done in a covered and tightly closed place.

Overall it was a lovely hotel, friendly staff, facilities perfect! Really really enjoyable stay. The view from my 6th floor room was amazing! Food in Bridges Bar was nice, especially Chicken Shawarma x

Breakfast in Cuisine restaurant wasn't great, food was warm at best... hot food should be hot! Bridges Bar was always showing old football games, notihng was live although there was lots of matches that could've / should've been shown, minor thing though!

Everything was truly amazing: spacious and cozy room with a stunning view, friendly and hospitable staff, breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food options, I'm definitely coming back!

really nice hotel. nothing to say more. Location is nice also - in the middle for both directions for taxi ride to the town, or to Yas marina. We went to concert, so it was close to stadium.

The view is awesome, breakfast was excellent, the gym is equipped with everything you need.

it was great experience! facilities are well maintained, staff is super friendly especially Mariam who helped us a lot and location is beautiful.

only thing that wasn’t good was that the tour which we booked in hotel was not well organized and we even missed one of the locations

The furniture of the room was a bit old and requires to be renovated. The rate of the room was on a higher scale however i guess its peak due to Cold play concert

Staff were amazing, the food was super high quality and the pool was nice. The room was so nice and had super comfy beds and with excellent shower. The facilities in the room were amazing and really made me feel like I was staying in luxury.

The iron in the room wasn't great, every time I sprayed steam onto my clothes loads of black bits shot out from the iron, no matter how many times I did this it kept happening. Be careful of that if you are planning using the iron.

We had an amazing time staying at the Fairmont the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is luxurious with everything such high standards. The bed is the best bed I have ever slept in and I’ve stayed in many hotels. The pool and beach area was perfect. This would be the hotel I recommend to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. Great happy hour session 4-8 Breakfast choice was amazing.

Everything! The place is beautiful. Our room Was big and comfortable. The staff in the hotel are really nice and caring. We loved. The breakfast and lunch are so good!

I think they could improve in the service around the swimming pool. There was just one guy for loads of People. It think they could put More staff to take orders around the pool. Also, kids should be prohibited from the Jacuzzi. There were loads of kids every day.

A perfect week. The staff were impeccable, from reception desk, housekeeping to dining staff. The rooms were immaculately clean and facilities were wonderful. Great views. Food at breakfast and dinner was delicious and plentiful options available. We will be booking again for sure.

The beds were too soft and I couldn't get comfortable, but that is a personal preference.
