The property was great value, and location was also very convenient to many places. We had an amazing view of the grand mosque too which was lovely too look at first thing in the morning.

The hotel staff is very polite and welcoming. The swimming pool is good with a great view. The sea and sea activities have a lot of options, I didn't tried it but it looks good. The lobby, the valet parking. I tried the restaurant by the swimming room it was good.

Some part's of the room need reparation, like the closet. My room didn't have a coffee machine but I asked for it and they bring it. The hotel is very quite but some days specially in the weekends it gets a little busy.

We had a great experience. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were exceptional! We also enjoyed swimming at the big pool. And most of all the staffs were very kind, approachable and hospitable. Highly recommended for staycation. Will definitely be back here soon.

It is a great hotel.

Large ‘Gold’ rooms. Lovely pool and beach area. Good food. Half board deal very good value. Location on creek half way between airport and city. Very good gym. Lovely staff.

Lack of spa maybe but that’s all.

The hotel's location, and all staff were friendly and helpful. We asked to change the room because we had some observations, and they did it right away with providing welcoming fruits.

The room and the bathroom was not that clean. The sink get clogged. Overall the room looks very consumed.

A lovely comfortable hotel. My husband and I were greeted like family by all the staff having stayed here many times over the years and earlier this year. Stayed on the 7th floor Gold lounge and enjoyed all the benefits. Mariamu the Manager and Zalimar welcomed us warmly and had our room decorated to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. Such a lovely surprise. Rajan/Mark and Roni/Paolo spoilt us with all their care and attention and of course delicious cocktails. . Nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast staff were equally as attentive as were all the beach staff..Thank you to Makethoam(breakfast )and Noresh (beach)for their attentiveness as well as all the doormen/ ground floor staff

Room was lovely and the hotel. Had a nice meal at Marco’s Italian. Good food, lovely service.

Pool service has sure slipped compared to the old days. No water, no one asking if you would like a drink etc.

The view , food and services are excellent. I'm very much satisfied with the staff. They are doing a great job in providing excellent services.

We really liked that we needed a smoking room and they were able to accommodate. However, we were charged for an upgrade since it was an oceanview room despite sacrificing the room on a higher floor which was a previously noted preference. We checked in at night and woke up to leave the room around 10:30 AM for daily activities. We only returned to the room to pack up and prepare for checkout so we essentially paid for a view that we did not benefit from.

I've stayed here several times in the past and have loved it despite it being so expensive. One reason I loved it was for the breakfast buffet. However, the breakfast buffet has changed - there are considerably fewer offerings.

Very wide choice of breakfast foods. Very helpful staff in all locations, including around the pool, on the beach, in the bars. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.
