Aloft Hotel, Abu Dhabi

The funky atmosphere and well trained staff make this hotel staff out. Every member of staff that I interacted with was kind, friendly and professional - I was always greated with a smile. This is my second stay this month. There is no doubt that I will be returning.

Shower is a little bit temperamental but in all honesty , in the bigger picture ...this really doesn't matter.

Amazing breakfast options and good value...Will definitely be coming back. Excellent customer service. Staff are kind and professional.

Funky vibe and great atmosphere. Great location- especially if you want quiet but still have access to all the tourist attractions of Abu Dhabi. Great value for money. Breakfast was a real highlight as was customer service.

I can't really put a finger to what i did not like about Aloft

The staff at check in was very welcoming and friendly. I had requested an earlier check in for 2pm and my room was ready on arrival. The room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was also comfortable except the sink being outside the bathroom area, which was a little odd layout. I had read some reviews that there was no running hot water but the water was hot and good pressure in the shower also. Breakfast was very good with a decent selection of items including an egg station also. The glow restaurant on the 5th floor facing the pool had a wonderful relaxing vibe to it. The weather was excellent and had a good lunch there.

Very Organized, clean and the colors are amazing and it gives calmness, fulfilling feeling, and positive and powerful Energy. It was just fabulous!

Hm as first time it was a bit confusing to get the entrance as we reached there very late night and the taxi couldn’t enter through the parking and we didn’t find anybody to help so we walked from the parking to find the main gate that would lead us to the reception. But it was nice to walk as the weather was so good 😁

The bed was comfortable and cozy , the AC is cool and nice shower very clean , good numbers of elevators we didn’t have to wait for a long time .Ahmed the manager was so sweet gave me a discount but all of the staff to be fair the breakfast was nice

The room did not smell like a hotel room , an air freshener and the bedding should’ve smelled nice and fresh but it did not , the reservation guy Rivzin seemed clueless he asked me to make my children sleep in one bed !!! I booked a room for three I did not know that a queen size room won’t fit an extra bed I had to pay extra money for a bigger room ! How come the booking went through !!

Such a great nights sleep, central location and wonderful food.

Overall great hotel to stay and staff very friendly. Breakfast has a good spread and really enjoyable

We have not utilised full 24 hours, as we have to attend wedding party in Ritz hotel, so can't say much about the hotel. But Room was quite comfortable and breakfast was also good. Next time we will use all the facilities.

Its little costly, more than dhs.1 k++ per night. common person can't afford. provide some more facilities.

Close to our venue, great comparing to last year hotel we booked . Rooms were spaciois, enough fnb outlets to stay king there for few days Pool is amazing size and designed.

Small things - language was put in another vehicle , disceepancy in classic venue

Swimming pool was under maintainence at the time- although they gave 2 other nearby hotels we could use instead but we didn't have time to go there and chose to go sightseeing instead.

Great location, free shuttle bus to local sites, genuinely helpful and friendly staff right across the venue. The rooms are very well designed and spacious If the pool had been open it would have been perfect.

We were in Abu Dhabi for 7 nights and the entire time the pool was closed for maintenance, really disappointing. Fortunately an alternate hotel pool was made available.

Hotel is very nice, comfortable and clean. The staff is professional and attentive.

Swimming pool was not available at the moment during my stay there.

Staff are friendly and place is near to the exhibition center and I enjoyed the breakfast also

The Dinner and Break fast was marvelous, top in class with excelent service. My kids love the pool, its quiet and very clean and perfectly maintained, not too crowded too. I will visit again.

Parking is lightly confused. they dont have parking in front of the hotel, as this hotel is located in an exibition area, all the parking have been reserved for exibition invites.

Telephone socket was broken & not working also iron table was broken Also there wasn’t coordination between the hotel & exhibition organizers as they block access for the taxi drop off & pickup and we were forced to walk along with our luggage for long distance cross the streets !!!

It was an amazing work trip, and I especially appreciate the warm welcome from the hotel staff. I particularly want to thank Ibrahim for doing all the room bookings; he's such an amazing person with a wonderful attitude.

I stayed here for one reason only - to have easy access to the airport. This property isn't exactly an airport hotel - it's about 15 minutes away - but as an airport hotel, it is just fine. The staff were EXCELLENT. The property is what all Aloft hotels are - funky, fun, clean, and comfortable. Nothing more, nothing less.

Not much. I was only there for a quick overnight so I didn't even get to have breakfast.
