Amazing helpful and friendly staff, going the extra mile. Fabulous breakfast with lots of choice. Could not fault the hotel on anything a great place to stay.

I stayed here 5 years ago and it's s getting a little tired in places. Also the pool was not available.

The location was perfect near ADNEC just you can go down by escalator in hallway with AC. And also it was near all the Embassy’s. For work purpose the location was perfect. The breakfast was very good including all food variety. The most i liked was the Hummus, potato, falafel, fresh fruits and much more. The only thing missing was milk tea but its okay not big issue. And most of the waiters were smiling and doing whatever we requested. Some of the staff was very friendly and willing to help as much as they can which contributed positively to our stay, however, some were kinda strict to their work and not help guests plus don't say the honest thing they were reversing their words. Additionally, the moment we enter our rooms it was smelling cleanliness and very neat the beds were very comfortable, and the luggage service was fast. During my stay the pool was under maintenance, however it was good place for outdoor seating. It was very good that they had separate floors for smoking guests, which non smoking people were inhaling good breath during the stay. Also the hallways of the non smoking floors were very good in smell. The AC was very good and makes the room cold and relaxing to sleep. Whenever a card was lost they were quick in giving new cards for rooms and just requesting the ID card. During check out, they didnt annoy us alot, just a lady called at 12:10 and said its time to checkout and i requested that I will pray and leave, and she gave until 1 o'clock time, also because i had elderly ppl with me so the movement was slower and they didn't call after 1 that check out and annoy us, however so calm and nice communication. And we check out smoothly and the luggage service was fast. It included laundry service but I didnt use.

The receptionist took too long for us to check in. I booked before 1.5 weeks for 3 rooms and requested them to be close to each other. The lady was taking too long in order to search and she was insisting that they don't have rooms near each other. I did not like how i just waited for more than half an hour and I got only 1 room with city view and the other two just a simple wall and somehow the rooms were close to each other. When I headed up, literally most of the rooms were empty but I dont know why they took that long to check me in. Plus some of the staff were not professional as they were not saying the truth and reversing their words which i didnt like at all. In the rooms the tea service was not enough also I recommend them to include rainbow milk or at least have it upon request. Only one room from the 3 rooms had all hotel’s facilities and the rest was missing slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and lotion and the hair dryer to produce heat was not working. This lead me to call the cleaner each time and request things. Also the cleaning service was a bit slow, the trash bin was getting full and no one there to empty it. The next day i requested the receptionist to upgrade one of the rooms to city view and he said okay and gave me new keys, but when i headed there it was just pool view and it was ridiculous that he lied that this is the best view of the city. I didnt like that. The design was so crowded with colors which its not suitable for places near exhibitions etc, as it must be a professional place. Also, the rooms didnt have mirrors, it was only in toilet. It was difficult to get prepared and go toward the toilet each time. Pool under maintenance. For breakfast I recommend to double check the veggies and wash them properly before putting in buffet. Or else all kind of food was available and delicious. In the lobby there was no enough space to seat and wait, few people and it was getting full. A bit walking to the parking area.

I appreciate the hotels' convenient proximity to the venue. The prompt delivery of our luggage to the room is a great perk; upon entering, our belongings are already neatly arranged. Additionally, the hassle-free check-out option allows us to simply drop our room keys into the designated box.

Some amenities are lacking. For instance, despite having two guests in the room, only one toothbrush/toothpaste set is provided. Additionally, there are no slippers or extra water bottles available.
