Rosewood, Abu Dhabi

Room was very comfortable and clean. The interior design we very peaceful and good functioned with items. I notes they don't add any welcoming fruits or dessert. But they put camel for my baby as soft toy, which as very sweet sign.

We stay only one night. We didn't explore the place to be sure what was bothering us.

It was very nice apartment with an amazing view over Abu Dhabi. Breakfast was delicious as well as room service and dining in. The staff in a Manner club was super polite, but also in the rest of the hotel. Very pleasant experience.

Nicest staff! Amazing stay

There is a construction work near the bulding, but it doesn’t bother at all. In rooms it was even not possible to know that there is something like that nearby (no noise at all), seen only from open zones like bar near the pool in some parts.

Big spacious room. Comfortable bed. 30min from airport, close to the museums and mall. Convenient for Cleveland Clinic if needed.

The staff are lovely. The communal areas are great. Nice little touches like madeleine’ cakes in the room which were delicious. The space is big and well designed. I loved the breakfast, especially being able to eat on the patio- and the spiral smoothie was to die for!

I just really felt the absence of the balcony in the room. Obviously, I knew it didn’t have one, but when you can’t open windows and you only have AC, it feels a little bit suffocating after a while.
I had access to the lounge which was nice, but it seemed to be understaffed and I was disappointed that again there was no outside space that we could use in the lounge . I was told there would be no service out there w when I went down for sundown.

Everything but specially how polite and amazing the staff were - I unfortunately forgot the name of the guy who welcomed us, he was the sweetest. I will definitely come back inshallah very soooon inshallah

Excellent hotel, absolutely customer focussed, every member of staff provided exceptional service. Manor club lounge staff were brilliant.

The breakfast main area on the third floor service was slow, but they listened to feedback, and made changes which helped to make it more efficient. They took customer care seriously. Aweseome servi ce.

After 3 nights at the St. Regis the Palm and 3 nights at The Palace Downtown in Dubai (both 5 stars) we visited The Rosewood in Abu Dhabi, also for 3 nights. The St. Regis was outstanding, The Palace a bit disappointing (apart from the location which was perfect), but The Rosewood... WOW!
This hotel truly stands out in every way you can imagine! We have been lucky enough to visit some of the best hotels in the World, but Rosewood definitely deserves a spot amongst them.
The cleanliness of the property, the luxury level of the amenities, the professional staff, the spacious rooms, it is truly exceptional. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will come back soon.

There is nothing to dislike about The Rosewood.
