Everything was super smooth and in line with superb service, pure luxury and great service

The service was great, the location is prefect and the staff was very friendly and always there to assist. We had an amazing time at Conrad Abu Dhabi and would definitely get back there for our next trip.

A few things needed to be fixed in the room we were staying in (4313) but nothing major. The water could be mineral water instead of bottled drinking water. The iron from the bedroom was leaking and not the most convincing when using.

We enjoyed the view from our room, adult pool bar and restaurant food! The spa treatment was also excellent and relaxing.

No AC in bathroom (gets extremely hot in there), valet is extremely slow (~15 min to get car), beach area very basic/ outdated.

Breakfast was a huge spread catering to all .loved the Indian spread immemsely- idli, live dosa corner. vada and so on .Inspite of the restaurant being inundated with people,the staff catered to each and every one. Commendable work by the staff.

I feel all was good .A small complaint I didn't get the welcome drink 😒

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. A very special thank you to Glory, who handled our check-in so beautifully and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. She graciously arranged to change our breakfast to dinner on 28th May, which was my birthday. This seemed almost impossible when I first called from Dubai, yet Glory made it happen effortlessly. Her dedication and willingness to assist meant so much to us. A huge thank you as well to Asmaa, whose kindness and exceptional service left a lasting impression on our hearts. She thoughtfully planned a beautiful birthday surprise, including a lovely cake, together with her wonderful team member who sang for me during our dinner on the 28th. What made it even more special was how personally she took our comfort and happiness. Despite her responsibilities, Asmaa still came to check on us during breakfast on the 29th, constantly ensuring we were comfortable and happy, always ready to help with a warm smile. She even suggested and arranged a takeaway for us—something we never knew was possible. Her charismatic nature, attentiveness, and remarkable hospitality are truly commendable and deserve the highest recognition. We would also like to sincerely appreciate Elton Jones, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. His constant smile, professionalism, and welcoming nature made us feel incredibly comfortable and valued. Honestly, the list is long, and every member of the team deserves recognition. The level of hospitality we experienced was beyond 5-star service. We were genuinely satisfied with every aspect of our stay—from the luxurious facilities to the beautiful restaurant experience and the impressive variety of breakfast and dinner options.

Staff were fantastic and the room was huge, clean and very comfortable. The small gestures in the evening room turn around were so lovely.

Walls were a little thin, heard the family next door. Windows needed cleaning as my view was amazing.

The ambiance throughout the hotel is exceptional. The live pianist adds such a sophisticated and luxurious touch, creating an atmosphere that feels refined from the very beginning. The tea lounge area is equally beautiful—peaceful, elegant, and the perfect space to relax while truly appreciating the hotel’s attention to detail. Every corner reflects thoughtful luxury, from the stunning décor to the stylish, high-end furniture that feels both elegant and exceptionally comfortable. Cleanliness was absolutely outstanding. Everything was immaculate, polished, and maintained to perfection. You can instantly tell this hotel operates at an incredibly high standard, where every detail is taken care of attentively. The service was equally impressive—professional, warm, welcoming, and consistently exceptional. Every interaction felt seamless, and every need was met with genuine care. The swimming pool area was another standout feature. Despite Abu Dhabi’s heat, the poolside environment felt incredibly comfortable and completely well-managed in terms of temperature. We didn’t feel hot at all—it was breezy, refreshing, and enjoyable the entire time, which made relaxing by the pool feel effortless and luxurious rather than overwhelming. And the buffet… absolutely the best. This was not just a buffet; it was a true luxury dining experience.

Excellent breakfast. Cleanliness of rooms and common area. Decent restaurent choices and a nice bar on 62nd level. Loved the view and ambiance of the bar and services by staff.

Our stay was at level 3. A room at a higher level for the view would have been better.

I had an outstanding experience, and I can confidently say that a 5-star rating is simply not enough to reflect the level of service I received. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Lory, who truly made a lasting impression. Her welcoming attitude, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience exceptional. She handled everything smoothly and made me feel valued and comfortable right away. Customer service like this is rare to find—efficient, friendly, and sincerely dedicated. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-quality service. Truly beyond 5 stars!

Great hotel, polite staff, clean environment. The only downside is a restaurant with live music that’s very loud no matter if you’re at the pool or on the beach, you’ll hear it.
