Great location, very friendly staff.

Nothing really but breakfast can be busy if you go at peak times

We stayed just for one night as we were doing two different theme parks on two different days and we didn't want to go back to0 Dubai just for the night. It was great value and super comfortable in a perfect location close to all the attractions- walking distance from the Yas Marina circuit. Nothing too fancy- just perfectly comfortable. Comfortable checkin and checkout timings, friendly staff, great breakfast spread and a lovely pool.

The only thing I didn't like about the room was that the bathrooms were made of glass which meant if you turned on the light in the bathroom at night, the person sleeping in the bedroom may get disturbed. Also, any noise from the bathroom or the hall easily carries into the bedroom and can be disturbing to the ones sleeping.

Yas Plaza is is a spot where is a few other hotels and this one fits best my purposes. Pool is good and gym near and spacy.

I loved the entire stay . Special appreciation to Mr Hammad at the reception greeted us well and made our stay very comfortable by providing all services possible. Rooms were nice and clean in a good location

I would suggest to manage the sliding glass door of washroom for a proper privacy as there is a gap despite sliding lock

Also morning breakfast time there was a rush , so felt a need to finish the food faster as we could see people standing beside us waiting for seats. So we couldn’t enjoy the cuisines properly
May be more seats can be allocated.
These are few suggestions.
But our stay was good

All of the staffs are very hospitable and approachable

That we have to call and request for toothbrush. Also body lotion should be available along with the other toiletries

Modern , great facilities , breakfast , dinner , and room service all utilised and excellent .
Room facilities of a height standard , comfy beds , great shower .

Understandably due to the location and the racetrack preparing for the F1, polite notes left in the room explaining there would be additional noise between 8 am and 6 pm , however there was drilling noises all night .

That it was near most of the activities

Good location, good size ,nice clean rooms staff were excellent👍🏻

Big negative was tye window didn’t have a sound proofing so you could hear airplanes all day and in night if your a light sleep that could be a problem .

As our hotel was being upgraded and was closed, we were put in the Rotana which was excellent. From arriving and being welcomed by the valet, assisting with our luggage and checking in, all was very smooth.
All staff were very polite and eager to help with taxi to the venue and anything else we required.
At checkout, I really liked that they checked we had all our luggage, passports, wallets and documents as a final check.
Will def be staying here again.

Clean and proper. Convenient location. Very friendly staff.

Ongoing super noisy repairs. Drilling and banging sounds on both days we stayed during the day specially in morning hours when you’re still in bed.
