We found the interior of the whole hotel very dark. It came over as depressed. Also by opening the door you immediately bumped into the closet. Breakfast and Diner was good. Personnel good be more smiling.

The color of the interior should change from dark brown to the UAE color’s of light brown ( dessert sand), light blue (sky), dark blue ( water of Arabian Gulf ) and White ( peache )

Bed was comfortable and the lotion, shampoo smells great.

Everything was excellent. The food and service at the p.8 floor restaurant were excellent. Admina nd reception staff have been amazing. Recommended.

The only issue we had was with housekeeping. One day they forgot to make up our room entirely, the next day they forgot to put 2 bath towels, and the following day they omitted to put face towels. Otherwise all good.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. 24 hrs front desk. Spa was very nice I received a great massage.

The room could have been cleaner when I first checked in. There is no mini bar which was unexpected. Windows everywhere were very dirty and it really killed the views.

Location, security.

The location of the hotel was very good - close to the Corniche Beach and also 10 min drive to Emirates Palace, Qasar al Watan palace and also close to Louvre. I liked the facilities of the hotel- the spa, the pool with amazing sunset views and jacuzzi and very friendly staff - from the pool and restaurant- i would mention Shafi who was great. There was also a hair salon with manichiure etc right next to the spa which for me felt great. And The room was spacious with amazing view over the sea and the breakfast was amazing. Overall, the highlight was definitely the staff who was very friendly and handled professionally any request of any kind or any situation.

Housekeeping is a bit slow and honestly they need to keep the minibar stocked but maybe it’s the hotel policy . Otherwise excellent

the room is vey comfortable and relaxing, the room size is excellent. the view from the room is amazing. they have variety kitchens at breakfast Indian, Arabic, etc... the pool is a little bit small in size but very nice.

cleanliness, the room service excused that she forgot to clean my room 2 days.
