The Centro Yas Island Hotel is a seven-story building with 259 rooms located within two miles of three famous places; the Yas Marina, the Ferrari World, and the Yas Waterworld. The hotel is a perfect location for guests as it is located a few minutes from the Formula One racetrack, a 10-minute drive from the Abu Dhabi International Airport and 750 meters away from the Ferrari World Theme Park.

I liked the location - Shuttle was next door ; the staff was friendly especially Laura ; breakfast was decent ; very accommodating and good care
Its a good family spot but not the best spot for single travellers ; but you can go to other Rotana for bar and pool

Centro Yas Continues
I stayed here in 2013, it was my first hotel stay in the UAE, and I was so impressed. When family decided to visit Abu Dhabi, I thought it would be nice for them to have a similar experience. Well, I should have known the hotel might not be in the same condition as it was over 10 years ago. But, it was fine and my family liked it very much.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with a nice (usually empty) pool and access to a small beach. Breakfast was varied and tasty and staff was very helpful!

The staff providing wrong information and misguiding.
I had booked an offer where amusement Park tickets were included in my package.When I checked in,the guy said that he would print me the amusement parks anytime I wanted after I had done thcheck-in
The next day, when I went and checked out,he directly said that I had to speak directly to booking.com as they booked thus offer for me.I guess the change in attitude was because I was checking out.
Then I ended up calling booking com, and they again asked me to go back to the hotel reception, and they would print me the tickets.I again went and finally got my tickets after soo much inconvenience due to the horrible attitude of the reception staff and misguiding me..
I don't want to name the staff, though I know his name, but I would request booking com to look into this issue and make sure it's not repeated.
Ps:The girl at the reception for the same hotel was very sweet and helpful to get this issue sorted for me.

Great place for a short stopover.
Great location close to the airport but very quiet though I imagine it wouldn’t be during Formula 1 Grand Prixweek as you overlook the racetrack.
The hotel does a good breakfast but you have to go to the next door hotel (same owners) for anything else. Had a mediocre lunch there one day but the evening buffet was very good. There is also no shops around but it is just a five minute taxi ride to Yas Island Mall which has everything.

Overall, a fabulous stay with helpful and friendly staff. In a great spot for all the local attractions and nice walk to

Could’ve done with a place to charge my phone by the bed, the socket was so low down that I couldn’t plug it in. No ceiling light in the bedroom.

Very responsive, kind and smiling hotel staff! Great location of the hotel, free shuttle bus around the island (Y 2) and to the airport (Y 6) !
No information in the hotel on buses to the Abu Dhabi city, no center (or no information about it) for purchasing bus cards and topping up the card balance, few shops/markets near the hotel, no buggies to the beach and back, the hotel design is a little old
