Breakfast was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly, would go out of their way for your stay and worked with great professionalism & proficiency

It’s a shame that the deli shop has gone and, more importantly the bar with bar snacks … that used to be great but now it’s necessary to go to the Yas Island Rotana for a bar which can be very noisy . The bar snacks at Centro used to be excellent

Location near airport. Upgraded room overlooking pool. Excellent helpful friendly staff. Cyril at breakfast especially. Use of sister hotel facilities especially the pool and lovely cafe.

Pool area tired. Rotana pool much nicer but shady for much of day.

Location was excellent, we stayed for the F1 race weekend and the hotel was an easy walk to the track. We had breakfast every day which was lovely. Plenty of choice but could have done with being a little hotter.

Lighting in the room was quite poor as was the size of the room. Little space for 2 people to manoeuvre in, but would be fine for single occupancy.

The food at choices restaurant, Rotana.

Some staff were not framing their questions well at Rotana, so sounded rude. The WC in the washroom was way too in the corner, not comfortable to use, and also smelly.

The location of the hotel is in Yas Plaza hotels which means it has plenty of options that are within walking distance when it comes to restaurants and bars. The property is within a five minute drive of major attractions like Yas Theme Parks, Yas Links (which was hosting the Abu Dhabi Open at the time of my stay), Yas Marina Circuit, Etihad Arena and Yas Bay. Bed was very comfortable and staff were friendly.

Room curtains were very dirty and need to be cleaned. Hotel seems to be undergoing a refurbishment so there is some noise when you come out of the elevator and you need to check-in to the adjacent property of Yas Rotana.

The view I had on the Yas Island, the staff was very friendly and generous.

There is a specific smell in the rooms which could be a little more fresh.

We are satisfied with everything except the variety of breakfast. More emphasis should be placed on international dishes, as local dishes may not be enjoyed by everyone.

It was a decent location in Yas Marina, room was clean

It was an expensive room for what it was. Iron was not working, some sockets were not working. Lots of refurbishment going on, breakfast was pretty average

We were upgraded to the main Rotana which was amazing. The breakfast was excellent, but we had to queue for a table, which was disappointing.

The breakfast (when we got a seat) was excellent. The kids club and staff were great for our 7-year-old.

Beautiful views and easy to walk to the beach/local shops, we swam in the pool a lot and it was wonderful. The staff were nice and helpful.

We had to pay extra to check in early even though our rooms were ready and I previously asked, it wasn’t cheap an extra $500AED, there was also a bit of construction going on and had to go over to the other hotel a lot.
