Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi

A perfect week. The staff were impeccable, from reception desk, housekeeping to dining staff. The rooms were immaculately clean and facilities were wonderful. Great views. Food at breakfast and dinner was delicious and plentiful options available. We will be booking again for sure.

The beds were too soft and I couldn't get comfortable, but that is a personal preference.

The pool was well heated and clean. Breakfast spread was good too. Room was spacious.

The room had a connecting door. It was a bit noisy at night for a short period of time.

Everything about this hotel is amazing!

Staff all very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. Check in was easy and efficient and vey welcoming. The guys on the reception helpful and the guys outside the entrance doors were really professional and never waited longer than 2-3 mins for a taxi. We had a lovely stay at The Fairmont. Great sunsets on the beach with a fantastic view of the Mosque. Food on the half board basis was really good and a varied choice. Breakfast on the shaded outdoor terrace with birdsong a great way to start the day. The pool was a refreshing temperature and all the staff on the beach and poolside are fun, friendly and professional. The view from the room was out of this world and the room itself bright and modern. Turn down service was a lovely touch and the rooms cleaned exceptionally well. I play padel tennis and there are some really great facilities only a few minutes walk away which I was delighted with. We really enjoyed the Sport’s Bar on site. Friendly staff and nice outside seating area.

Changing rooms at the pool a little tired. Cleaned regularly though so that was great. Beach bar was also pretty tired but the staff made up for it. They should definitely invest some time and money in updating the pool toilets and changing rooms and beach bar could do with some TLC.

The breakfast area was bit small for the amount of people that was there. Had to ask for food to be replenished also @ 10.50 was waiting to get my tea and coffee for 5 mins as nobody was behind the counter. I called a staff member and asked for tea and coffee then the staff member said the manchine is switched off. This was before 11 0clock which I said then he straight away gave me tea and coffee

I liked the nice creek view. The breakfast was perfect! It was a great selection of different dishes. The staff was pleasant and the room was well cleaned.

The hotel is located out t of the city center. So if you want to go to some tourist places or restaurants, you need to take a car. It’s not something bad, just keep in mind.

The staff at the hotel are exceptional especially the people on the door, they are so helpful and engaging. This is the best level of treatment we have had in the UAE this was our 5th trip. We popped to the bar one night for drinks the staff were so friendly we ended up staying for food also, I didn't even know they had a menu so that was a bonus. The beds are so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud. The water in the room is made from the humidity what a genius idea. I think more places should roll this out. I was a bit hesitant on location but taxis are cheap and plentiful and if you head to the aquarium there are a huge amount of restaurants, cafes and a cinema here.

We reserve twin bed rooms and one king room, but while check it they did not give us the rooms based on our reservation.

The hotel is super clean and well maintained. Lots of activities and food to choose from. The staff are extremely nice and helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights during the summer and couldn’t fault the hotel in any way, our stay was excellent. From the beautiful room to the exceptional facilities, we wished we could have stayed for longer! Brilliant breakfast, and the hotel is located perfectly ‘in the middle’ (between the city and everything off island). Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a brilliant stay. Shout out to Ronaldo who made sure he was there to help us in anyway at all. Another two shout outs to both Solomon and Chandran who were incredibly helpful and smiley, they’re all a credit to the Fairmont team. No doubt we will definitely be coming back again!

We reach around 5 and rooms were not ready yet. They give only one key for 1 room and they handover next room key after 45 mins and they didn’t offer late checkout. In addition i have requested by phone a birthday cake and they confirm that they will arrange it but they didn’t

Very special stay. The service, location, the staff, the hotel facilities, were absolutely fantastic. Michael the hotel concierge/manager, did a fantastic job, taking care of us making us feel welcomed and recommending place like Al Qana, which we didn't know of and thoroughly enjoyed. Ronaldo also took care of us and made our stay extra special. The room was huge, had everything of high quality, the view was unbelievably beautiful and the easy access to the beach was superb. You won't be disappointed here.

Here’s a long list of all the things I loved about this hotel, because it was really exceptional: 1) Once I completed my booking online, they contacted me via the app to confirm all the details and welcoming me to the hotel. They were very responsive and took note of all my needs. 2) It was my 1st time at the hotel, so at the time of check-in they upgraded me from a city view to a sea view, which was beautiful! 3) The rates of the hotel are so convenient compared to the wonderful service you get there. 4) The breakfast buffet was very satisfying. They have the best Lebanese chef who makes the most delicious manakesh ever! 5) They have all type of restaurants (F&B) and all available with convenient prices. You will not need to dine out or order food from outside the hotel. 6) The staff was exceptional. Very professional, accommodating, welcoming, respectful, and friendly. This is the 1st time I stay in a hotel where everyone is smiling and can’t wait to make your stay even better. 7) The cosmetics they use in the hotel rooms are of great quality. (Le Labo) 8) The room was spacious and luxurious. 9) The dine-in menu for the rooms has almost everything with convenient prices. 10) The team is always one call away. 11) They are very concerned about sustainability and take all the possible measures. It has become on my top list whenever I am going to visit Abu Dhabi again. It’s going to be always, Fairmont. I’m impressed with the quality and service. Thank you for making my stay outstanding!

The toilet was awsome. breakfast was great.

The pool was big but very crowded also mixed with kids. there was very tiny area for poolbar and drinks. that was not really good.

Spacious rooms with fantastic views. Clean and maintained well.

Room was very spacious, staff were very friendly, breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of items to choose from, the pool (while crowded at times) and the pool bar were really especially enjoyable. Beds are also super comfortable.

The sea view from the room was great. The breakfast exceeded my expectations from variety to quality.
