Really nice, modern & hip vibe...rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Would highly recommend to others 😊!!

Location was within walking distance of old town (approx 30 minutes), but there was a metro station a block away.

The hotel is very accessible by public transportation, it was clean with a pleasant scent, well-designed, and comfortable.

It was a wonderful stay, and next time we come to Vienna we will definitely choose this amazing hotel n.

Everything. It’s located perfectly to reach city center by foot. The room is big enough, it’s clean and has all you need for nice staying in Vienna

My room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a great stay. I would have personally loved the option to order breakfast to the room, but this is just a wish, not a complaint. I enjoyed my time here!

The hotel is very hip and clean. It has this beautiful, quite, hidden garden and every room has access to it. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel and you easily reach the city centre. There is a supermarket, nice cafes and bakeries just few steps away. We had to leave early in the morning and could get breakfast from the bakery at 5:30. The private underground parking is excellent - easy to access, with big spots and direct connection to the lobby.

Location is very good- you can reach the hotel by metro or have a 20min walk from very city centre. If you choose metro, the underground is just opposite the metro entrance. Hotel itself was very modern and clean, very nice lobby area with a bar. Room was very quiet. I enjoyed our stay.

Hotel’s ambient and vibe are really relaxing and chill

All the staff including housekeeping were great and all spoke English. Plenty of choices from the breakfast buffet and you can order a few items as well. My room had a walk-in shower that was exceptional as I was able to get water from two shower heads. My motorcycle was secured in their underground parking. Bedding and pillows were excellant and the A/C blew cold air.

The gym/workout room is lacking. There are dumbbells, a bench and a few treadmills but that's it. There's plenty of room to add in a few other pieces of equipment. The "restaurant" is more of a bistro and is limited. At least in my room, the power outlets are by the bed only, if you have a lot of electronics to charge like I do, it's not enough.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The design is beautiful, with plenty of cozy spots to relax. Room was spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with the added bonus of gluten-free options available.

The room was quiet. The only thing I could hear was the vent/AC, but still I was able to sleep comfortably. It was rather clean. It was spacious. Built-in wardrobe was a nice thing, which allowed me to unpack my luggage. Nice and competent employees. Good location - just right next to U4 line station which takes you directly to Wien Mitte station in less than 15 mins. Also restaurants around were cheaper than the ones in Innere Stadt. Amenities such as free Manner wafers and a diverse offer of hot drinks was a nice touch.

I think that glass in walk-in shower area was too short (or rather the walk-in shower itself was too short). The result was that water was splashing all around the bathroom. I think that there was too much strength needed to close the door to room. I chose this particular hotel because I stayed at Indigo in Dresden Wettiner Platz once and I really like it. Indigo Vienna Naschmarkt was fine as well, but because of those few cons I cannot put it in the same level.

Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable.

In the booking.com description robes were listed but were not in our rooms. We didn't mind. Just a detail.

The staff at breakfast station annoyed my family on a daily morning, chasing them about breakfast cost , to the point my younger siblings had lost their appetite and preferred to grab a sandwich from nearby baker instead.

Perfect location if you want to truly enjoy the vibrant neighborhoods of Mariahilf and Neubau. It is a boutique hotel with good connectivity, although I walked to the city center everyday. The staff was quite polite and helpful, they had prepared my room for an early check-in, also accommodated my request for a late check-out.

The receptionists were very welcoming and informative. The rooms were very clean and spacey. The shower and the toilets were all modern and nicely designed. The parking was very good and accessible. Overall, everything worked as we hoped for.

The breakfast is extremely pricey (25 eu per person). We ate outside at the coffee shop for 16 eu for all the 4 of us.

I’m absolutely delighted with this hotel! It’s incredibly beautiful — like an oasis in the heart of the city. My room was very spacious, with a separate bathroom and toilet, which was a big plus, even though I was traveling alone. The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely bedding, and I especially want to highlight the bath products — a high-quality brand with a pleasant scent. My room overlooked a cozy and quiet terrace. The staff were very polite and friendly, always ready to help. I was truly satisfied with my stay and will definitely come back again — I’ll also recommend this hotel to my friends!

Room was spacious, comfortable and well thought out with everything you needed. Whilst it’s a bit of a walk to the old town the location is near the Naschmarkt which has lots of places to eat. The district also has lots of small shops and cafes.

We weren’t that impressed with breakfast nothing bad but we’ve had better. However, there are plenty of cafes so it’s very easy to get breakfast outside.

Always a hidden gem in every European city

The hotel was great. The location is even better. Easy access to the tube and an enjoyable walk to the major sites if you choose to walk.

Breakfast was very good . Dining room Manager very friendly & helpful. Front desk helpful especially Alex who arranged car for us.

We chose here as it looked quite quirky and offered secure underground parking for our motorbike (extra charge) . We both loved it here, central location, friendly and helpful staff, The hotel is quite quirky/hippy with hanging chairs, the rooms on different levels etc. We had a simple room on the very ground floor which overlooks the courtyard, with a small terrace area with a hanging chair. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice big shower so no complaints. The underground is literally opposite which was handy for our day out exploring as well. We enjoyed a few too many cocktails at the bar as well. Breakfast was very good but also quite expensive (city centre location are going to be) . This was one of my favourite hotels of the trip though it was the most expensive, i didn't feel it wasn't worth it.

It is unusual that take you security deposit at the check in. It was first time I experienced it. They charged me accommodation with security deposit immediately at the check-in and had to wait sometime to give me security deposit back on my credit card.

The hotel has all the amenities you would expect. We particularly liked the communal areas around the bar and the internal gardens. The room was a decent size and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great for the lively Naschmarkt and very close to the underground station for a quick trip into the city centre.

The hotel very harmoniously fits in the neighborhood with its roof garden. The room was very spacious, enriching was new. Nice little fridge to store food/drinks. Location was perfect, central but not busy or noisy. Metro is just opposite the hotel. Grateful we could check out later so we can enjoy the city to the fullest. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in an excellent location - minutes away from Pilgramgasse Metro station which is a few short stops to the CAT train to the airport and to the downtown area as a tourist. The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of choice. My room faced a busy street but was totally quiet. The interior of the hotel has a lovely sunny courtyard with a lot of plants - a pleasant place to sit. I would stay again

There was nothing I did not like

Beautifully designed common spaces and rooms, the room we were assigned to was a bit compact but had all the amenities necessary. The room was sparkle clean, generally with good quality amenities.

Only thing that could improve was the mini fridge (the one provided really is not cooling much) and perhaps offer a choice of some drinks (paid) and capsule coffee (for free, instead of the powder coffee) in the room.

I liked the location walking distance to many places. The market it as nice things to buy but also nice restaurants , shopping street Mariahilfer Straße, St. Stephen's Cathedral , all these places you can walk it’s between 15 to 25 minutes depending how slow you walk.

The construction is of a pain, but it’s ok

Loved this place, will definitely be back if visiting Vienna again.

The interior design of the entire hotel is nice and stylish. The personnel was welcoming and polite. The breakfast was really good.

There a was very small but very annoying glitch: the shower slide bar was broken, and it wouldn't hold the shower head at a desired height. It was not something I'd expected of a hotel of this price range. Other than this everything was good.
