Great experience over all . Location is good as it’s middle of all the shops , rooms are big and organized.. cleaners always coming two times a day to clean and organize the room . .. very helpful and attentive staff .. they made my stay wonderful ..

The breakfast was the only bad experience I had .. as I ordered in the buffet omelette and took more than 1 hour to make . Since I couldn’t Waite any longer , because I had to check out .. I didn’t even have my breakfast. .. so it’s advised to tell your customer that making your breakfast will take that long . So they can eat outside the hotel .

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic central location which was also very peaceful at night. Very friendly and helpful staff who gave us great local restaurant recommendations. Very cool bar area with great views and lovely food.

The rooms are spacious and super clean and luxurious. Amazing location, you almost won’t need a car during your entire stay. The staff all over the hotel were amazing specially the concierge France , he was super helpful and attentive to every single detail. We needed a doctor for an urgent matter as soon as we arrived on a Sunday when hospitals were closed and the doctor was there in less than 20 minutes.

Great location, amazing design, great food.

Before our arrival the hotel asked if there is any special occasion - we informed them that this is our anniversary. At the CHECKOUT I told them that not even a welcome message waited for us. They said, they asked the housekeeping to organize a small gift, but it seems they forgot. We want to the salon to have some special cakes and coffe. the waiter try to convince us 3 times to go with him to see what conference, training rooms they have. I tried to sign him politely, that we not open for that, cause we here to celebrate, not on a business trip, until i needed to tell him clearly to give us some privacy. In the room it is not clear what is included from the beverages. Lastly while we stayed there there was a promotion on booking for 520 euro per night, while we paid 820 euros.

The room size was very comfortable with a nice view of the area. The location of this property is certainly a plus for me and the staff are very friendly. I for got a bag in the restaurant and remembered a few hours later. The bag was returned without anything missing. So plus for honesty. Concierge were very helpful in directing me to some shops. The restaurant on the rooftop was great for breakfast and later on tea/coffee. It has nice views of the city and an inner courtyard for when the weather is nice to sit out, which it was for the few days I was there.

I thought the room was a bit dark in terms of lights. But maybe it was dimmed and I did not take the time to change that. I did not find any thing I did not like about this property. Would definitely be staying here when I am back in Vienna.

Great location, the interior design of the hotel is absolutely stunning, the rooftop bar is very cozy and the staff were incredibly friendly. Another big plus is the parking service, which made things so much easier, especially in a busy city. It was great not having to worry about finding a parking spot.

Wonderful staff and location can’t be beat for tourism.

beautiful, updated hotel in an excellent location next to st. peter’s church. service was excellent with checkin, special key for my daughter, and cake for my daughter’s birthday.

The hotel's location is fantastic. The room was very clean and had many amenities. We would like to thank the staff for preparing a surprise for our anniversary.

Unfortunately, the breakfasts spoil the entire image of the hotel. The selection of dishes from the table is small. However, the dishes on the menu are tasty, but waiting over 30 minutes is unacceptable.

Starting from the music from the entrance lobby and all the way through to the reception, the architecture and interior design is impeccable. The room is spacious, with mesmerizing details. The drinks and snacks bar left the biggest impression, but overall the room and bathroom are incredible. Room service polite and professional, and it streches onto the rest of the services provided. Absolute enjoyment. 10/10

The location is excellent. It’s walkable to almost every major attractions in Vienna and there is a bunch of shopping options downstairs if you are into boutiques. The room is gorgeous as well, with very modern and artistic interior decor.

The staff couldn’t do enough for you. They went to great lengths to ensure a perfect stay. The hotel was extremely stylish down to every last little details. All the furnishings were of top quality and the food and drink were also excellent. Finally the location was perfect.

Perfect location, very stylish and beautiful interior, gorgeous view from the window during breakfast. Delicious and varied food at breakfast. I was very pleased and appreciated to receive a room upgrade in honor of my birthday. I also received a compliment cake and a postcard with congratulations from the hotel team on my birthday.

The arrogant doormen are the only thing that left a bad impression. When we left the hotel, we didn't tip the doormen because we didn't have small bills. When the taxi arrived, we immediately got into the car and said goodbye. The doormen realized that there would be no tip from us and very rudely threw our suitcases into the trunk and didn’t even say goodbye. It's a shame when people are friendly only for money.

The restaurant experience was disappointing. Staff was badly disorganised and we were told by the service team..."I am not actually assigned to your table.." when we vigorously waived for attention - almost funny. The sommelier was positively rude...he saw our wine glasses empty, acknowledged our desire for a top up by nodding, then literally walked off without serving and avoided table or eye contact with us for the rest of the evening. He also proclaimed that the wine which we wanted to order was not available but it was clearly visible in the glass wine cabinet in the restaurant. Annoying!
