Immediately warm welcome on arrival. The beds are so comfortable as well. Actual good quality mattress and pillows, and they have me a complimentary g&t when I arrived!

Being upgraded to a suite was very welcomed. Suite was fantastic.

Thoughtfully and attractively furnished, room was very comfortable. I liked the generous amount of coffee and tea in the room, fully refilled each day. Very good breakfast

We loved everything. Such a lovely place to stay. The staff were so professional and friendly. Beautiful rooms and lovely breakfast.

Nothing really! The only very small downside is that if you have a car the onsite parking is limited. It’s ok at the weekend because street parking easy to find but I would imagine during the week a bit harder.

The breakfast was amazing. We loved the little dining area we sat in to eat.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable, the bathroom and shower was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel I’ve stayed in. The bed was really comfortable and firm, the best bed I’ve slept in all the hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were very friendly and extremely efficient.

The tv should have Crome cast to use YouTube with, no one watches tx channels any more.

Beautiful boutique hotel with incredible interiors. Great location close to Dublin city centre. Wonderful staff. Exceptional breakfast. Lovely bar. Comfy warm rooms and beds.

I love those property. This was the second stay here and I would want to stay again. The property including the rooms is cosy, well located and the personnel most friendly.

Fabulous welcoming staff, rooms generous, warm and decorated beautifully. Fabulous bathroom with toiletries and dressing gown. Amazing breakfast! Hotel rooms very quiet even though a lot of guests staying at the time.

Loved the quiet location, the amenities, the cozy room style/shower and the breakfast. I also appreciated that it was within walking distance of many pubs/restaurants and near the city tram. When I’m back in Dublin, I will absolutely stay here for longer!

Beautiful decor, amazing building

Prices were increased due to an American football game in Dublin so was a little pricey. Also had some loud Americans in the corridor at night which isn’t the hotels fault!

Location, great breakfast,lovely garden area for evening drinks, friendly staff, only downside is very limited car parking but not a problem if you go by train

Very beautifully restored Georgian home that is now a boutique hotel. The location is a quiet and within walking distance to a lot of attractions, but maintains a neighborhood feel. The decor is beautiful, and the bar/restaurant spaces are light-filled and serene. Beautiful, large bathroom. Small parking lot (first-come, first serve). Very helpful, friendly staff that really made the stay! Loved getting an expertly-prepared gin and tonic on arrival.

The rooms are a little small, and there is no closet or wardrobe to hang up your clothes, but hangers are provided.

Great location, quiet but central. Spic and span. Staff extremely professional and friendly.

On site parking is extremely limited. Plenty on the road but must be paid and regularly updated

Beautiful town house Al round excellent

Amazing grounds, comfortable and clean room, quality fixtures throughout. Not only was the room aesthetically gorgeous, everything functioned properly and was comfortable. Lights and plugs all over, a window that opened but also air conditoning. A bathtub and a shower in the deluxe king! The service was 5-star quality, any request we made was answered within minutes. Not to mention the food and drinks were excellent. Also the location was perfect! Could walk anywhere in about 30-45 minutes but a block from the Luas station. I truly couldn’t think of a single improvement.

We paid premium pricing during Taylor Swift weekend but that’s to be expected!

Beautiful property, in a quiet & lovely location. Room decor was fabulous, beds & pillows extremely comfortable! Breakfast wasn’t included but we chose to avail of it as an extra & it was well worth it!

Restricted parking on the founds meant that we had to pay to park on the street which is restricted in many areas to residential permits at night so we weren’t sure would we get a fine or not. It cost in excess of €20 to park on the street for one night.

Everything was fabulous & staff were superb. Our room was not ready on arrival, so we enjoyed a complimentary drink in the bar. This is way beyond your average hotel. They go above & beyond. Expect to be wow'd ❤️

Breakfast was very good, lot of options. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Hotel nicely decorated, espescially the breakfast rooms. Quiet area.

The matress was a bit hard. Hotel a little outside the city center, you may walk, but taxi is more convinient. Rooms not very soundproof. Could hear most guests entering and leaving their rooms.

I loved the staff, very friendly and professional and attentive. Hotel was very clean, location superb, very central.

Menu choices for lunch and dinner are limited to light bites and salads, do not expect anything proper substantial or lot of warm choices. Soup was great as well as salmon salad, actually delicious but as I said its all light bites.

Fab boutique hotel, walking distance of everything but in a quiet area. Staff friendly and professional.
