Everything was perfect. Very stylish decor. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Great location. Delicious cake made by Mary which we enjoyed on our arrival. Fabulous breakfast.

My husband and I have just spent 4 nights at this wonderful boutique hotel. From helpful staff who are welcoming and unintrusive, to tastefully decorated rooms and thoughtful touches like velvet hangers and leaving tea bags and kettle out on the counter at the end of the day for guests, everything was simply perfect. Staff go the extra mile; they discreetly passed me candles and lighter for my husband’s birthday and call restaurants on our behalf for reservations. Daily house keeping was impeccable. Location is within the colourful ruzafa neighbourhood with quaint cafes, plenty of dining options and walking distance to city centre, attractions and the high streets. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wow this hotel is gorgeous! Stylish decor, comfortable, really helpful and lovely staff, perfect location walking distance from everything and in a cool neighbourhood with lots going on. Despite being in a lively neighbourhood you didn't hear anything at night and we slept so well. The staff were so helpful that when we left something they contacted us immediately to arrange to send it on before we'd even realised we'd forgotten it. Would 100% recommend.

A small, beautifully furnished boutique hotel in the heart of Ruzafa - a great city location when staying in Valencia. We were luckily enough to have a studio apartment, which is perfect for a longer stay, especially during Las Fallas. It is self-contained, with facilities to prepare your own meals, and more relaxing than staying in a hotel room. Everything is walkable or an easy bus or metro journey. The staff are friendly, there when you need them. On the whole you are left to do your own thing, treating the hotel as your home for the duration of the stay.

From the moment you walk in, everything is amazing- the smell (they have their own candles), the interior, the friendly staff. Also I was there during Fallas, so it was busy on the street at night, but the room was way more soundproof than I expected. A big plus!

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, making it a perfect place to relax. It’s also super accessible, just a short 5-10 minute walk to the city center, which made exploring Valencia so easy. One of the standout features is the bike rental service—a great option for getting around the city efficiently. The hotel itself has an amazing scent, which adds to the overall welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Gwenn, who took the time to explain everything there is to do in Valencia and provided us with fantastic tips that truly enhanced our trip.

The property hosts and all the little details made this hotel - welcome drinks on arrival, Umbrellas for the rain, fortune cookies for NYE and the water & drinks station on an evening was all the extra touches that went a long way. Coffee was good and decor of hotel super modern and chic designed

The location was ok and not too far from the centre to walk but the street it is on and surrounding buildings made the hotel loose its spark No iron - but steamer is available to use

I absolutely loved this place and didn’t want to leave the hotel—it had such a great vibe. The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I also loved the area—it’s not as touristy as the city center but still full of amazing restaurants, bars, and things to do.

We had a fantastic stay at Yours! Gorgeous rooms, good breakfast, nice part of the city. And the staff was great and had excellent tips for restaurants and things to see/do. We rented bicycles to discover the city from the hotel, which was also very convenient.

The friendly and helpful staff and the beautiful breakfast. It was very relaxing and a warm comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a little outside the busy areas but a perfect starting point for exploring. The local shops and eateries are numerous and offer a great choice. Highly recommend ....

Wished we could have stayed longer.

The personal attention provided was off the charts. The breakfast was limited but high quality. The coffee was superb. The location was surrounded by a myriad of restaurants.

When some idiot smoked in his room and set off the fire alarm at 1am, it was incumbent on the guests to call the staff to turn it off as the staff were only there until 8pm. There should be a way to have the duty staff automatically alerted when the fire alarm is set off.

The location was in a great neighbourhood, close to transport links, and walking distance to the centre. It was beautifully styled with all the expected facilities. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee.

Perfect location within walking distance of the main centre. Lots of lovely cafes, bars & restaurants nearby. The property is very modern, spacious room with good air con. Very quiet at night facilitating a great night sleep.

The owners were very professional and provided a very warm welcome and excellent customer service. Check in was very smooth. At check in we were provided with all the information and recommendations that we needed for our visit to Valencia

I travel a lot, and this time, I wanted an Airbnb place, so I searched for one but couldn't find one that I liked. I didn't feel like a 'sterile' hotel room, but then I searched for a hotel anyway and found YOURS. It's a bit like minimalist Japan meets Bali- I just loved it! The room felt more like a studio flat, so it was THE perfect combination of an Airbnb flat and a hotel room. The room had a living area, balcony and a kitchenette. It was perfect indeed. I wish my own home had that style. I loved the coffee in the morning by the little pool, and the food presentation was very 'Bali style'. The area is the best place to stay in Valencia. There are lots of nice quality yet inexpensive restaurants around. There are also lots of bicycle rental shops (the hotel can arrange them, too). It's an 11-minute easy walk to the train station, so there's no need to take an Uber to the hotel. I should've stayed longer!

I liked everything except one big design flaw—there was no mirror in front of the sink, so I couldn't shave or trim my beard. But that's obviously a very small issue; it was just the first time I'd ever had that problem.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Beautiful design hotel, great staff who made us very welcome, everyone was very friendly, gave us tips on places and restaurants. Every place in the building looks beautiful. Our room was perfect and really stylish. If we ever go back to Valencia, definitely to Yours boutique stay.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everything was perfect. The staff were all very friendly, and it was the most comfortable hotel I've ever been in (easily accessible elevator, big room, all the equipment you need, the bathroom was very spacious as well as the rest of the room, everything flawlessly cleaned). The pool was just the refreshment I needed. No loud people hanging out (perhaps I just got lucky :) but I felt re-energized after leaving). I will definitely come back.

Stylish accommodation with a really relaxed atmosphere, super friendly and helpful staff (especially the French lady - sorry we never asked her name!) Great location, easy walking distance to the old town, and a short walk to buses to the beach/harbour. The area around the hotel has lots of neighbourhood restaurants and bars, nice to wander in the evening, felt very safe. Breakfast in the hotel was extra but was reasonably priced with lots of lovely, simple options like fruit and granola, and toast with avocado, serrano ham, tomato etc, Would definitely recommend, and return if visiting Valencia in the future

Very minor negatives - the room was a bit dark, so difficult to see well when applying makeup! And would have been handy to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room

The breakfast was incredible! It was very quick to arrive, tasted absolutely delicious, in beautiful crockery, and a lovely setting outside or in, to eat.

The only thing that I would wish to change is to have hot towel rails to dry towels. These could have been changed every two days, but we were only there for 3. It would be great not to have a tv in the room! No kettle to make your own drinks, but there is a small fridge, which we did use.

The staff were very helpful, we had the loft room which was lovely for extra space but felt the stairs were a bit precarious getting up and down to bed .

Style, cleanliness, friendly, helpful and great location

Fantastic location; inside the hotel was very tranquil and quiet but set in a neighbourhood with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Beautiful accommodation - light and spacious communal areas and bedroom and attention to detail throughout. Pool was perfect to cool off! Staff were warm, friendly and shared great local info. Would highly recommend and hope to return!

A new stylish and elegant building. My room was huge with a lovely sitting area, with a nice entrance for luggage and a fridge. Great shower and super comfortable bed. I loved it. Gwenn was a superb host and her homemade cake and welcome wine was a great way to start my 3 fabulous days in Valencia.
