Hotel Antigua Palma, Mallorca

Loved the location, so close to the centre and everything is walkable, the sun lounger area was amazing never too busy and really relaxing with drinks and dinner available in the evening, the breakfast was delicious, with food like eggs and eggs Benedict available to order and selections of coffee, cereal, meats, pastries and bread to help yourself to. The spa is available to book for an hour during your stay and is private to you when using it, with a small pool, sauna and steam shower. The staff were so helpful and nice, with a glass of cava on arrival and showed us all the best beaches to go to close by. Such an amazing stay for a trip to Palma!

Nothing! The only thing to note is the toilet in the room is not very private, so make sure you are comfortable with the person you are staying with.

Property is very clean and aesthetically pleasing to the city’s architecture.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed complimentary spa access as well as the rooftop pool. The room was spacious and well-designed.

Amazing room with the sofa bed upstairs. service amazing, room service/housekeeping was great. Shoutout to Christian who made the stay exceptional with the occasional cheeseboard/snack and always being open to chat in the lobby when its late.

Stunning hotel. We didn’t get to use the restaurant or rooftop but it looked amazing. We also were upgraded to a suite for the night by the beautiful staff. Will definitely be back!!!

Only slightly negative would be the parking is a short walk from the property due to it being in the old town.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great selection and high quality. Our room was spacious, spotless, and we even received a complimentary upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel is very well located—tucked away in a quiet spot, yet right in the heart of the old town. Highly recommended!

Absolutely exceptional what a treat. Got the whole span to ourselves for two hours the rooms are immaculate and extremely well appointed the rooftop bar is something from a computer game. Staff extremely helpful and professional.

Taxis in palma are very expensive and there is no good uber service but this has nothing to do with the hotel.

The staff were amazing and gave us the most wonderful experience for my wife's 30th and our anniversary. The room was spectacular and the roof terrace and small pool were perfect. Will stay here again. Breakfast delicious. Location excellent. Thank you to the staff!

Arrived on a hot day. A lovely welcome received. Glass of Cava and bags taken to our excellent air conditioned room.

The staff were so friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The location was wonderful, 5 minutes to the beach and centre of Palma. So many fabulous restaurants to eat out at. Weather was incredible. The use of the spa was the icing on the cake, along with the birthday bottle of cava gesture

Got an upgrade for free at the hotel, the staff were so nice and the made us a midnight snack when we got back from our event.

Beautiful hotel with a great roof terrace and private spa. Staff were absolutely lovely and the welcome cava on the terrace and in the room was a great touch. Close to everything but nice and quiet too.

The roof top restaurant was excellent with super staff. Overall the staff were terrific. The position of the Hotel is perfect, slightly away from the crowds but within a couple of minutes of the action.

This is an excellent hotel with beautiful rooms and great location in the old town. The staff are wonderful particularly Veronica at Reception who offers the best check in experience and was great throughout our stay and Marlene’s amazing service at the roof top bar. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel Antigua Palma has the lot! The hotel location, rooms, breakfast, dining is exceptional. Roof top bar is amazing and the staff are extremely tentative and hard working.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and it was as good as the first time. The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and professional and you couldn’t ask for better! Lovely ambience, breakfast was superb and the roof top terrace is such a lovely place to enjoy the sun and a cocktail! Highly recommended… thankyou!

The spa was a little cold

Good location, we were upgraded, the room was spacious, elegant and overlooked the street with a little balcony. The chocolates and biscuits awaiting us were a nice treat, the use of the spa for 45 minutes as well. All was clean and well looked after. Sun roof terrace a nice space to while away time.

Breakfast was a bit limited and the waiter clearly in a rush wanting to clear the whole space out, to break up for two month.

We both loved the warm welcome from Michela. She was very understanding of our needs. Explained everything about the hotel and the facilities. The hotel are lucky to have such a passionate member of staff! Decor gorgeous, cleanliness 10/10, absolutely loved it!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the old town of Palma. Very convenient location. Room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was great with hot shower and basin just outside so plenty of space. Great spa, great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. All in all perfect stay.

The hotel is beautiful! Rustic with a Spanish flare. Located in a great spot for walking and exploring.

The toilet room door doesn’t close all the way. So there’s not a lot of privacy in the toilet room. The restaurant carries a small selection of food.

Our welcome to Palma, by Laura, was such a treat. She took time to talk us through all the best spots in the city so we had our own tailored guide map for the weekend. The hotel is stunning and we enjoyed a drink on the rooftop at sunset. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was for the location, which was the perfect base for our first visit, allowing us to explore the old town and beyond.

We loved everything, but would have appreciated use of a blue tooth speaker in our room.

Overall very nice stay - the hotel, the rooms, … so nicely furnished, comfortable w/ love for details. But overall outstanding was the service and the nice personell, who made our stay very, very outstanding vs other hotels.

We were overwhelmed with the friendly welcome, glass of wine, booking in process and introduction to the hotel and the city. The front desk staff were amazing, the whole hotel is simply stunning - even better than it appears in the photos - and the rooms were so clean and comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. The breakfast is great and the location puts you right in the middle of the beautiful old town. Really couldn’t rate it highly enough and I wouldn’t even bother researching other hotels when I return to Palma.
