The room design was not very suitable for couples. The washing basin being located inside the bedroom area made it uncomfortable and inconvenient to use. In addition, the room was quite noisy throughout the day and especially at night, which made it difficult to rest or sleep comfortably. I already informed the staff and promised me that it would be better but unfortunately it continued the same

Design is interesting.

We stayed in room 831. There are doors in the corridor, every time the corridor doors open and shut, my room door also makes a noise. It was unnerving. The hotel breakfast is not great, way too salty. The location is central but it would help if booking let me know that it is surrounded by XXX night clubs.

The property is in a wonderful location everything is near you when you leave the hotel

From the moment you enter, the entire staff greets you warmly and makes you feel like they’ve known you forever. The service is outstanding, from the doorman to the concierge, front desk, and housekeeping. The cleaning team especially impressed me with their attention to detail and the Spa is truly exceptional😍

The décor felt a bit dark, and the unfinished ceiling looked strange and slightly unsettling 😅. But honestly, this had little impact compared to the amazing service.

A brand-new and very welcoming hotel, especially if you love Art Deco style. The restaurants, rooftop, and bars are all of excellent quality. The staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable—the concierge’s tips were particularly helpful. Our room was spacious and well laid out; we chose their suite, which was super comfortable (it faced the back, but the modern wing of the hotel doesn’t overlook the main street, where the historic section remains). That was perfectly fine for us.

Top location, modern luxury at its best. One of our best hotel experiences — unique design, great pool and sauna on the -2 floor. Definitely visiting more W hotels!

Great stay overall! Limited parking on-site, but Arcadia parking works fine with a short 10-min walk. Breakfast could be richer, but everything else was perfect.

Amazing hospitality, high level welcoming, exceptional food options, great bar and lounge. Incredible option for stay in Prague with a very good spa and amazing food. Stuff is very friendly, hotel management also doing great. We don't see any reason to look for another hotels in Prague, it's definitely our choice

Non 5 star hotel, especially W, can ask for a payment for wi-fi, it's just a mistake that should be solved (but I would like to mention that after I said it in hotel, wi-fi was included in our stay for free)

The hotel and facilities were first class but it was the staff who made the whole experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived they could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
