Breakfast options were terrific, food was fresh and staff was very polite and welcoming. The day desk clerk was very helpful with directions to the train station. Very comfortable bedding.

The night clerk was not especially welcoming, but he was helpful with sorting out details.

We had a booking for three nights The room they gave us was like a dungeon It was disgusting. - we complained and the next day they moved us to the type of room we requested at the time we booked We asked for a high floor and ended up almost below street level. - it was disgusting !!!!

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal - close to everything we wanted to see but slightly off the beaten track so it was quiet. Safe area. Staff were, without exception, wonderful. They went above and beyond, always gracious and smiling. They gave us help choosing restaurants and even made reservations for us. They patiently helped me with my Italian, even though their English was perfect! Breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious, good closet and drawer space, good space for toiletries on the sink.

The floor of the shower was a little slippery.

Great location close to all the sights of the Centro Storico. Incredibly clean with an amazing breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable, large & quiet room.

Our room faced the internal light shaft and building opposite so there was no view.

The room was larger than I expected. It was clean, neat and very comfortable. The breakfast bar was generous offering an array of choices.

Whilst the location is close to the city centre, during our stay there was a festival on the first night that impacted on amenity and our sleep. This was unexpected and not made known at the time of booking. On the second night, while there was less noise, the noise from local bars impacted upon our sleep. Perhaps request an inner room to avoid the noise.

Great location with wonderful restaurants around. Easy to walk to destinations. Hotel was beautiful, clean and staff were wonderful. Hotel provides a breakfast that was fabulous, with such a variety. Staff helped with bus information to Mondello beach and train to airport along with restaurant suggestions. They were fantastic!!

A bit noisy at night since it is centrally located. Noise reducing earplug’s complimentary would have been great. Otherwise a perfect stay!

Everything was excellent. An extremely comfortable and spotless hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Location is great - you can walk to all city centre attractions.

This is a classy boutique hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Couldn't do enough for us, especially Marina. Really enjoyed staying here. Very central location for everything for restaurants, cafes and all the sights. In a lovely little square just off Via Roma. Easy walk to the train station and bus station. Lovely room, extremely comfortable bed and plenty of room to move around. Had everything we needed. Breakfast had so many options, we overindulged. Cereal, muesli, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, ham, cheese, eggs, fresh bread as well as all the amazing delightful Italian cakes which we tried to limit ourselves on. Staff made fresh espresso and cappuccino to order. Highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay again if we came back to Palermo.

- The hotel was far from being full/busy. Most probably to optimise cleaning, we were given a huge double room on the first floor, while we were only the two of us as a couple. That would be fine in principle but the room (105) was just above a food laboratory, which started making food and noise at 4am and we couldn't sleep afterwards (despite being a Sunday morning). - At 150-200 euros a night, you would expect a 4 stars hotel to know that this room is noisy and try and get the guests to enjoy a quiet night sleep vs optimising cleaning services. Overall, it's a very nice hotel but the first objective from booking a hotel is to get a good night of sleep and it's just not possible when your room is above a food production center which operates from 4am onwards.

The staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so very helpful with recommendations and ensuring we were comfortable. The location was perfect for nightlife and so many cool shops/restaurants near by. Breakfast was great too, lots of delicious and different options with Sicilian roots. Would stay again.

The location is absolutely fantastic with ease of access to the tourist spots in walking distance!

The balcony faced to the opposite apartment too closely in an internal alley. No privacy at all. Therefore I closed off the balcony door totally.

Martina at reception was amazing. After a couple of days, we were friends. Martina even repaired our suitcase. The extension handle was bent so that it couldn't be retracted, thanks to baggage handlers. Martina repaired/removed it like an expert. It was miraculous to me since looking at a suitcase it doesn't seem possible to remove the extension handle.

No tissues in bathroom, no soap either!

I cannot find a single negative thing to say about the hotel: a taxi was arranged to bring us there from the airport and the driver was super-friendly pointing things out along the route. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, greeting us by name as we arrived. Our room was superb - huge and with a little terrace we could have used privately at another time of year. The bathroom was spacious and very well appointed. Fabulous "proper Italian" breakfast of sweet pastries and good strong coffee (although there were more "Northern" options available - cereal, cheese, eggs, ham) was served between 7 and 10. As you would expect from a property in Italy, the entire building was spotlessly clean Location was splendid; just a short walk to the very heart of the city but tucked away from traffic noise in a small piazza. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough and have already sent its details to several friends.

We had a super balcony room over the square, which was a little noisy late at night and very early morning.

The hotel is in a quintessential classic building. Inside is modern as well as elegant. Clean and shinning white marble floors throughout the facility. The breakfast is excellent in terms of presentation and quality. Our staff will make cappuccino for us instantly. Every morning my husband and I would be long at breakfast, enjoying our time and the ambience.

The room and the entire environment are pampering, thus I took for granted that everything is complementary. It turned out that the bottle of Procecco is NOT. Haha, I'd expected to much.

I found the rooms clean and ok house keeping.

This should not be presented as 4 star hotel. This was more a mediocre bed and breakfast. Also very limited facilities and amenities. For example there was no toothpaste or conditioner in the bathroom. Most of he staff members I talked to either could not communicate in english at all or barely spoke the language, which was shocking.

The hotel staff were amazing , at every level , a remarkable team! They worked seamlessly together and between shifts to ensure our requests were met and attention was given to all our needs. Their positive and congenial attitude not only with the guests but with each other enhanced our stay and reflects well on the hotel. Also the hotel and rooms were kept remarkably clean and well supplied with towels etc. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The location was within close and easy walking distance to amenities and historical sites etc.

There could have been more chairs in the room … the description said there would be a sitting area but it was not set up as such. There should also be an outside sitting area for guests. The roof terrace is an available location but not set up with chairs, tables etc. Also it gets a little noisy outside between 2:45am and 3:15am as people coming from the bars etc get their motor cycles from a large parking area next to the hotel. Not sure what if anything the hotel could do about that though.

The breakfast was fantastic and the room was large and new. The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable.

The street outside of the hotel is EXTREMELY noisy until about 3am, and the windows are not at all soundproofed. I struggled to sleep every night. The room is missing basic amenities one would expect like decent toiletries and the cleaning staff would not provide bath towels (only small ones).

Perfect location in the middle of Centro Storico, in a vibrant neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants with surprisingly high standard of the kitchen. The hotel is cosy with only 12 rooms (as we understood it). The rooms themselves are very good - we stayed in a deluxe room with a view over the local piazza. Breakfast is very good with several local specialities. The staff is very competent and helpful.

If I have to write down something less positive, it would be the skills in English which varies a lot between different members in the staff.

Extremely loud noise from neighbouring bar 10.00 p.m. to 3.00 a.m. every night. Air conditioning was remotely controlled and was set at 22 deg C which is far too high. Bed frame had sharp edges which caused a one inch gash when walked into it. No hotel restaurant.

Staff and housekeeping were excellent. Ouided, our receptionist, gave excellent recommendations for shopping and restaurants in scenic and historic areas on walking routes. We had a wonderful time in Palermo thanks to our stay at your hotel, and the staff.

Location was great, front desk staff were great. The room was huge, newly renovated with lots of windows and a very comfortable bed. The bath was large with a very big shower and everything was very clean. Parking could have been an issue but we got lucky and found a spot right in front of the building. The view looking over the square was great, however we were there on a Saturday night and there was quite a bit of noise from motorcycles in the square, although the closed windows blocked most of it.

The breakfast was fairly minimal.

The hotel is very new and modern. It's well located in the heart of Palermo, very close/walking distance to all the major sights. There are a lot of great restaurants and markets around to enjoy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very plentiful with lots of both sweet and savoury options.

The AC wasn't very powerful. It wasn't an issue for us since we stayed in spring time but might be more of an issue in the summer.

Location ideal. Breakfast particularly good as it had been prepared with love and attention. There was a wide selection of delicious pastries and cakes as well as more savoury offerings. The staff were friendly and helpful.
