Newly renovated, wonderful, welcoming reception staff, and helpful. Great location

From breakfast to the comfort of the bed, everything was wonderful. Excellent and safe location. Airlines lost our luggage, and the staff went above and beyond to help retrieve it.

Mid November we have slept two nights in a superior twin room 215. A very large room with high ceilings. Also a large bathroom with rain shower. The whole building is nicely restored. In a part of the building are very nice historic rooms and we have seen classic corridors, very nice. Breakfast was more than sufficient, even in November with few guests. Parking is, as more travellers mention, no problem on a large parking lot for 0,70 € per hour from 8.00 until 20.00 hours (in spring, summer: 1€ per hour until midnight). But: only coins! Near the hotel are sufficient restaurants. As we had a room facing a side street we had not much traffic sound even with open window in the bathroom. With windows closed and airco on, street noise will be sufficiently reduced even on other sides of the hotel with more traffic.

Although it was mid-November, our room was rather warm. We discovered after some time how the digital temperature control works. We suggest to give good information about the use of it in the room.

Beautiful room with nice views. The large public parking lot next to the hotel was very convenient. The hotel was within reasonable walking distance to the old city. Great breakfasts.

The room would have been perfect if the TV could have accessed streaming channels such as YouTube and Prime.

I expressed a wish that there would be no room cleaning during our 3-day stay. I think it is unnecessary and ecologically crazy to have new towels every day. It didn't work out... towels were changed none the less.

The location was great ... close to the shops, easy parking and the beach.

Could be a little noisy at night however, we enjoyed the activity on the street.

On our first night, it was very noisy outside. The staff changed us to a different room, and the next two nights were quiet.

Beautiful historic building. Tastefully converted into a hotel without spoiling its character.

The rating is based on our changed room, so if you book the bigger or higher level room, it’s nice, with good space and quiet room! In general, the hotel has great location, and nice service. Since we want to change the room, the reception helps timely and solve our problems asap. So the experience has been leveraged.

If you book the standard room, be careful, some rooms have very bad voice protection, in our first room, we can hear clearly what neighbors doing in their bathroom, feels like “besides” you, which is super annoying!!! That’s why we have to request for room changing!

Better than we had expected having read other reviews. We had a lovely big room and even had a view of the sea. The car park was next to the hotel and was huge so no problems there. The old town starts 20m away. Breakfast was good.

The location was terrific, very close to main part of time and the staff members were great. The breakfast was delicious. Overall it was a great experience at the hotel.

Very nice hotel with good breakfast. Location is excellent and parking is super easy just outside the hotel there is a huge parking lot.

We stayed here for three nights in October 2025 and would very much recommend it. Location - Excellent. Slightly outside the main tourist centre but only a few minutes walk away. Very handy indeed for... Parking - Very easy. There is a huge parcheggio on the sea front a few minutes flat walk away. We could actually see our parked car from our window! Use EasyPark and ignore anyone who comes up to you offering to "help you". Room - Excellent. The room was large and well-equipped. The bathroom was also large. Everything was spotlessly clean. We had a room at the back of the hotel, away from the main road, which we would advise. Service - Excellent. The reception staff and the breakfast staff were polite and helpful. A failed lightbulb in our room was changed very promptly. Our room was actually cleaned while we were having breakfast, which is pretty efficient! Breakfast - Good. Plenty of sweet options but a bit less on the savoury front, for the non-meat eaters amongst us (our problem, we realise). We did not go away hungry, though, far from it! Noise - We stayed over Friday and Saturday nights, and there was a bit of street noise. It did not stop us sleeping like the proverbial, though. The Sunday night was as quiet as anything.

Beautifully converted 1900 house. Designed with attention to details and functionality. Everything in the room was thought through and in the right place, making stay very comfortable. Bathroom spacious and comfortable, water pressure and temp just right, big shower. We got a corner room with view to the waves and the beach. Amazing staff too. Wish could stay longer. Very recommended.

A good mix of old and new style, the breakfast, and roof top bar and most of all the staff. The lady on reception was fantastic at helping us sort out parking and even downloaded the correct app to allow me to pay easily as we were there for a few days.

Not enough staff in the restaurant for breakfast. It was difficult to get a hot cup of coffee & no milk was available which resulted in the only member of staff had to keep going to get hot drinks & milk. It would be much easier to install a machine or increase staff during breakfast period.

Had a pool area on the roof but was rather windy up there. Not a lot they could do about it and they’d made the best of the space available and in the summer it would be nice with a breeze but in October it was very breezy. Small beer though, pretty good overall

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. Staff very welcoming and helpful , room was lovely overlooking an internal courtyard which meant it was quiet. Top floor had a small terrace and pool which was a real bonus. Also the hotel restaurant was excellent

Breakfast needs more staff to set tables, bring out new crockery and take drinks orders. The staff worked hard but alone most days.

This hotel is simply fabulous and met every expectation. Great location to enjoy all of Trapani. Staff, particularly Monica on reception, couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming.

This is a very nice hotel, it's situated just on the edge of the old town and an easy flat walk to everywhere. The staff are all great and helpful, our room was cleaned everyday and the rooftop bar and pool are a great way to spend a lazy afternoon.

The rooms were very nice and spacious enough - we had a standard room and it was fine. The rooftop bar with a small pool was really nice to visit and can great views over the beach. The breakfast buffet was substantial with lots of good options and they served coffee to your table. The staff reccomended a number of restaurants including one next to the hotel Frontevilla which was very good. The location is ok being a 10 minute walk into the old town but good restaurants nearby (including Vintage). There is a large car park right next to the hotel which is very convenient.

The staff could have been a lot more helpful with payment for the car park. They tell you to pay by downloading an "easy park" app but this just doesnt work if you come from overseas (eg not Europe) and then you have to pay only by coins. We had to cop a fine and then try and find some change. The staff should be able to provide cash/coins to make this process easier.
