The shower got hot and cold every few seconds.

Great location, close to public car park with free or cheap parking. Low rates in winter.

Understaffed: had to wait for 20 minutes before anyone arrived to check me in.

We loved the room, ideal for our stay. All of the staff were really friendly, helpful and very professional. Breakfast, excellent with freshly baked pastries to bacon and eggs, fresh juice plus many more items. The hotel also has a wonderful restaurant attached. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Beautifully decorated room, quiet and comfortable and with good aircon. Lovely breakfast and breakfast staff. Excellent location for exploring Trapani and Erice. Parking is not an issue in the large and inexpensive carpark nearby where you can leave the car.

The hotel is excellent. The carpark can get pretty full if you take a trip and return during the day.

Excellent interior, comfortable beds, very good breakfast in the beautiful location. Good quality shower kits.

Rooms were large and clean with a comfortable bed. Despite being on a large street it was really quiet. Great location and parking (on a Sunday evening in October) was really easy. Good air conditioning. Splash pool looked cute- but not really for swimming.

The smell of air freshener was a bit overwhelming although it is hard to keep a seaside hotel smelling fresh. They ran out of eggs (fresh scrambled and fried) for breakfast about 60- 45 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to end and never refilled the serving dishes. My husband started with pastry and missed out on them.

Good breakfast, poor coffee. Very good restaurant abd roof bar. Room was grand but frayed at the edges, strange decor not quite modern, not actually antique.

The Front desk people were not very friendly or helpful compared what we experienced throughout Sicily. Three different people we came across at the front desk. Breakfast staff were very friendly.

The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, which lead to a bad nights sleep and a stiff neck.

We splurged on the suite and it was lovely - pure baroque splendour.

Unfortunately there was a pop concert taking place in the adjacent square. Nothing we could have predicted but it didn’t enhance the experience.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The value for money was excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was lovely and so was the breakfast. Parking across the street was convenient, only020c per hour until 8pm. I would stay here again.

Everything. This is a beautiful old building restored to a very high standard. The rooms are really lovely and the breakfast area was in a beautiful courtyard.

A luxurious and beautiful hotel. Great location, easy parking, courtyard restaurant was delicious, spacious clean bathroom, rooftop bar had nice views, staff were all so helpful. The rooms are clean and quite new. It also happened to be the only room on our whole trip that had a mini fridge. Easy walk to the city center and loads of restaurants nearby. Low cost+ easy parking right across the street and several bus routes nearby as well. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting.

The only thing we would change is the rooms being cooler. There was AC but they were capped and it didn’t seem to always keep up.

There is a great beach with the beach club to the right. The location of the hotel is wonderful if possible you should get one of the suites

Hospitality and location.

Rooms are very loud. There should be more variety at the breakfast.

Our room was quite grand, beautiful floor tiles, comfortable bed and good number of chairs. Good position for getting to buses and into the old town or on to the beach. But not noisy, unless the window was left open. Staff were pleasant and L on reception was exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was so good, catering for all sorts of tastes but also local delights too.

The location was great, walking distance to the old town and also walking distance to the port where you can catch ferries to Favignana and other islands. Roof top bar and pool is a plus too! Parking nearby (just make sure you have plenty of coins as card tap didn’t work!). Rooms were comfortable.

Need more staff at breakfast time. There was only 1 staff member on at breakfast and she was run off her feet!

Excellent location for walking into old town, beach etc. Easy parking ( we had a car rental) Wonderfully decorated room in Baroque style -large space, high ceilings - beautiful!

Breakfast staff weren’t the most friendly and warm food often not available within the last 30 minutes of breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at Room of Andrea - we love the hotel. Our room was very well-appointed. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard to have breakfast in. We spent a ton of time lounging by the rooftop pool. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially in arranging taxis for us to get around to various day trips. We had a fantastic stay and recommend it highly!

Breakfast was very good , continental and usual bacon egg etc.The waitress was amazingly hard working and obliging.

The pool on the roof was disappointingly small , plunge pool.

This is an excellent hotel in a perfect location in the old town. Really good value for money for its situation and the fact that its got a great roof top pool. Really clean too, would definitely stay again.

The hot food choices were not very hot, so I never risked eating them. However, the rolls cheeses etc were great.

When we checked in Loredana at the counter was extremely welcoming and helpful. The lobby was very nice and the hotel itself was great

We stayed in the suite and it was FANTASTIC. The room is enormous, intricately detailed, and very special. The hotel itself is located in a great spot with easy parking close by.
