Great Location. Great Room. Loved the Roof Top Bar (when It was open). Great Rooftop Pool. Close Proximity to the Corso for Evening Entertainment. Pay Parking available close by.

The Staff were very Robotic and not very helpful. Did not seem to enjoy their work. Staff did not explain the hotel and facilities very well.

This was our third visit to this hotel. We returned as the standard of accommodation, location and facilities were exceptional and we are always welcomed back. The breakfast arrangements have been standardised since our last visit which was great and the arrangements for taxis to and from the airport were very useful. Lovely staff and complete comfort and relaxation during our stay.

The charm and the beauty of the property and its location. Our room was very beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

Would be perfect to have 2, or more, luggage racks for suitcases and more people to serve morning drinks at breakfast.

Sink was not in the bathroom, it was in bedroom (strange and a bit uncomfortable). However, the sound was what kept us up and we woke up multiple times from other guests who walked like elephants in the halls. If you are not a tight sleeper, this will be an issue, however, if you sleep like a brick, then it will not be a problem.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfasts, a quiet and comfortable room, a friendly barman at the rooftop bar and a conveniently located hotel.

Lovely hotel on the edge of the old town. Large room which was spotlessly clean. The hotel had a rooftop pool and bar. The pool was small but perfect for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the train station and bus access so easy to get around without a car.

The Hotel is situated in an historic building, with beautiful rooms and in the centre of the city. We had a welcome drink, it was really nice. Parking was possible in front of the building.

The pool is too small, it looked more like a tank. The doors were the original of the building, which didn't sound proof well, we could hear people leave with trolleys (the floor was also original, no carpets).

Excellent breakfast, excellent reaction by staff to noisy festival in square outside our window. Easy parking. Lovely rooftop pool with city view. Prosecco welcome.

Banning noisy festivals with frantic DJs and MCs in the town centre. Can't blame the hotel for that.

Lovely older hotel with a modern feel. Breakfast in the courtyard was beautiful, abundant and delicious. Location is close to many restaurants in the historic district. Staff vey helpful with parking and shopping questions.

Very clean, cosy and comfortable room, even though a bit small. But if you came here to see the region, you will honestly stop thiking about it first day. We enjoyed the orientation to hotel's yard - which provided us with opportunity to properly rest after long day, without being bothered by sounds from the street. Staff was friendly, breakfast sufficient for few nights of stay. The hotel itself is has a historic vibe, specifically the 3m ceilings and historic furniture in common areas

Nothing significant. AC was working properly, room was cleaned every day, so not much to call out. I would only recommend few details to be further improved: - place milk directly at the breakfast table - waiter needed to be asked to bring it every time, even if cereals were at hand - place small spoon to each room - consider increasing the variety of options for breakfast. Nothing critical, but would help to break the routine a bit

Monica was so lovely and was so quick to help us when ever we needed anything. Simone made the best cocktails and was so friendly and kind. The whole place had an air of class style beautiful old history but looked so elegant. We loved our stay and loved the staff. Thank you.

Perfect stay in Trapani. The Hotel is beautiful, the rooms are stunning with Sicilian decor, the rooftop bar with the pool is worth the stay itself.

Breakfast was good however the scrambled egg need to be warmer and cooked medium. Reception needs to be aware of more local information e.g.the free buses. Restaurant needs the menu to change more frequently.

The information give to us on what Segestra bus stop to get off from when we arrived from Palermo. We had to walk much further than we needed to.
