The breakfasts and the room were lovely.

We sometimes felt reception staff could be a bit more accommodating.

This property has a great location, comfortable bedding and a good breakfast. The staff was also very helpful. There is a nice rooftop lounge as well with a small pool to cool off after a hot day.

The location was excellent, the ambience of the hotel was lovely, the rooms were beautiful and very clean, the rooftop pool was a real bonus, breakfast was excellent, the staff were very helpful

Our room overlooked the car park and at night could be a little noisy

Our room was massive - we were so happy when we checked in. The hotel is within walking distance of lots of shops, bars & restaurants and some nice beaches. The pool was small but quiet, sometimes there was a barman and sometimes there wasnt but we got drinks from the shop below the hotel to take to the pool when the bar was closed. Great selection at breakfast. The room was nice and quiet with a small balcony overlooking the courtyard.

Aircon wasnt great.

The restaurant connected with the hotel was very juniorlly staffed and the dishes came out without the expected vegetables or add ons( like lemon to a fritto misto) the grilled octopus and fritto misto itself were very good though, the staff were unable to handle the fish of the day. Heaps of bones left and the presented dish looked like hospital food for someone with stomach issues

Not the hotels fault but there was a political rally on the first night with really loud music etc that went on till 1am.

The location was perfect - close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The staff were amazing - from Diego at check in, Arianna at the front reception and Lisbet at breakfast. The rooms were beautiful with plenty of space. Such a beautiful hotel and building.

The retro fit of the bathrooms in the rooms can be problematic with noise - especially if your neighbours like to have showers and discussions in the middle of the night!

The ancient building was beautiful, the room was exceptionally large with height ceilings and a small view over the sea. It was walking distance from the historic part of Trapani and the harbour, which was important for us as we took the ferry to Favignana the next day.

The room was dark and the window was small overlooking the car park of the post office.

Modern renovated hotel. Good breakfast. Easy nearby paid parking. Outside ZTL. Central location.

We liked everything about the hotel. The reception staff were very efficient. They organised a pick up when we arrived and most of our trips before we left for the airport. The room was modern and spacious and within walking distance of everything we needed.

The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel itself was lovely, in a converted former villa, with a good breakfast spread and friendly and helpful staff. In terms of location, it is just east of old town Trapani, and is about as far into town as I would want to stay with a car, but is still walking distance to most things one would want to see. (The hotel does not have parking but you can park on the street or in the city lot that is a block away; it was easy to pay for parking with the aptly named EasyPark app rather than struggling with the machines.)

Mid November we have slept two nights in a superior twin room 215. A very large room with high ceilings. Also a large bathroom with rain shower. The whole building is nicely restored. In a part of the building are very nice historic rooms and we have seen classic corridors, very nice. Breakfast was more than sufficient, even in November with few guests. Parking is, as more travellers mention, no problem on a large parking lot for 0,70 € per hour from 8.00 until 20.00 hours (in spring, summer: 1€ per hour until midnight). But: only coins! Near the hotel are sufficient restaurants. As we had a room facing a side street we had not much traffic sound even with open window in the bathroom. With windows closed and airco on, street noise will be sufficiently reduced even on other sides of the hotel with more traffic.

Although it was mid-November, our room was rather warm. We discovered after some time how the digital temperature control works. We suggest to give good information about the use of it in the room.
