The hotel staff were amazing , at every level , a remarkable team! They worked seamlessly together and between shifts to ensure our requests were met and attention was given to all our needs. Their positive and congenial attitude not only with the guests but with each other enhanced our stay and reflects well on the hotel. Also the hotel and rooms were kept remarkably clean and well supplied with towels etc. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The location was within close and easy walking distance to amenities and historical sites etc.

There could have been more chairs in the room … the description said there would be a sitting area but it was not set up as such. There should also be an outside sitting area for guests. The roof terrace is an available location but not set up with chairs, tables etc. Also it gets a little noisy outside between 2:45am and 3:15am as people coming from the bars etc get their motor cycles from a large parking area next to the hotel. Not sure what if anything the hotel could do about that though.

Location is ideal. On a quiet corner.

The room STANK of bleach/cleaning products. Like a bathroom and was very off putting at first.

Perfect location in the middle of Centro Storico, in a vibrant neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants with surprisingly high standard of the kitchen. The hotel is cosy with only 12 rooms (as we understood it). The rooms themselves are very good - we stayed in a deluxe room with a view over the local piazza. Breakfast is very good with several local specialities. The staff is very competent and helpful.

If I have to write down something less positive, it would be the skills in English which varies a lot between different members in the staff.

Staff and housekeeping were excellent. Ouided, our receptionist, gave excellent recommendations for shopping and restaurants in scenic and historic areas on walking routes. We had a wonderful time in Palermo thanks to our stay at your hotel, and the staff.

breakfast is more dessert than breakfast. the lady at the front desk during the main daytime hours was not always the most helpful and best communicator. (the one in the late afternoons was amazing!)

Location was great, front desk staff were great. The room was huge, newly renovated with lots of windows and a very comfortable bed. The bath was large with a very big shower and everything was very clean. Parking could have been an issue but we got lucky and found a spot right in front of the building. The view looking over the square was great, however we were there on a Saturday night and there was quite a bit of noise from motorcycles in the square, although the closed windows blocked most of it.

The breakfast was fairly minimal.

The hotel is very new and modern. It's well located in the heart of Palermo, very close/walking distance to all the major sights. There are a lot of great restaurants and markets around to enjoy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very plentiful with lots of both sweet and savoury options.

The AC wasn't very powerful. It wasn't an issue for us since we stayed in spring time but might be more of an issue in the summer.

Location ideal. Breakfast particularly good as it had been prepared with love and attention. There was a wide selection of delicious pastries and cakes as well as more savoury offerings. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location on a beautiful square near the NW corner of Kalsa is ideal. Quiet but just steps away from streets and cafes full of life. The building exterior is handsome, and the design of the renovation is chic and sophisticated. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfasts were very good.

Limited food options. No other issues

They upgraded the room and gave us a bigger one, no noisy, to give us a better service (I think it might be because I wrote before the hotel is perfect but rooms with view to the square are a little noisy). People at reception are really kind. They give you really useful information for your visits and they are always ready to help in case you need. The situation is perfect, just a walk to the main shopping streets, theatre, and the main monuments and churchs.
