The location for Prague was perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious

This hotel is the best i have been stayed in years! Starting from the staff which gave us personal attention every time when reaching back to the hotel after a long day of trip. We even managed to make friends with the staff which actually were interested in our trip and not just give us service. The breakfast was phenomenal with amazing quality and the coffee was the best in town which we are not exaggerating since we are true coffee lovers. The hotel is 5 minutes from th e main train station which is a massive advantage. All of our needs were immediately dealed with for eg. our shower wash was finished and after reporting to the front desk it was filled again immediately.

The air conditioning of the room could have been better, but we see this in all around Prague many places are not that air conditioned. Maybe its us who arrive from hot countries and require good air conditioning.

Spacious room and bathroom, nice design with high quality materials, comfortable real king size bed. The spa is excellent both the steam and Finish sauna are perfectly maintained and enjoyable as well as the resting area. The staff are friendly and professional both in the reception and in the restaurants, cleaning was also immaculate.

All was perfect. If the spa there would be a cold water pool after sauna it would be even perfect.

Clean and modern

I bit of a walk to old town but very doable. Across the street from the train station was perfect for us.

Location is good as it’s near the attractions, within walking distance. Good gym facilities.

It will be nice if a kettle is provided.

We liked everything- the cleanliness of the room, the helpfullness and enthusiasm of the staff, the vibe at the Monkey Bar and the special cocktails, the design and the whole atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent. The most comfortable bed ever!! The hotel is very close to the city center, near the central station and airport bis station- 4 min walking.

The staff were all very friendly from the check in desk to the bar/ restaurant. A truly super hotel in a great part of the city. A small walk to shops, bars and restaurants. My wife and I loved the vibe in this hotel. The sauna steam room were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The Gym facilities were also great. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in for a city break.

The hotel is perfectly located for those arriving by train – it's right across from the main railway station. The whole place is beautifully designed – compliments to the interior designer! The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. There was an interesting à la carte menu plus a buffet. And the perfectly brewed coffee made our mornings extra special.

They ran out of draught beer in monkey bar so had to drink elsewhere so 2 for 1 drinks not much of a benefit

The breakfast was exceptionally good! The room was spacious and comfortable.

The cleaning service. One day no change of towels and dirty coffee cups not replaced Another day, used shower cap taken but not replaced with new one

A flawless experience. Amenities functioned perfectly. Staff was courteous and service was prompt. Definitely recommended for visiting Prague city center.

No kettle in the room. The coffee machine did not heat up the water hot enough for tea. The water from the taps going into the bath was discoloured.

The hotel is close to a lot of attractions and also close to the Old Town. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was very spacious

When we came back to the room there was a sewage type smell but after about a minute or two it went away. It only happened if we left for the day but it went quick enough once the fan was on.

The decor and rooms were absolutely gorgeous! I loved that there was a sauna. It was really nice to be able to relax after a long day exploring the city.

The beds were very comfortable and there was options on different pillows. The room was spacious and light. Breakfast was a combination of buffet and a menu of warm dishes cooked to order. The hotel is just opposite the main train station with easy access to some of the key sites, about 20 min walk to Charles bridge. The spa area offers a dry sauna and steam sauna and there's a nice relaxation area. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

The staff were really wonderful at the hotel, really accommodating and helpful. The breakfast and facilities were exceptional and can highly recommend staying here. The location means that it is so easy to arrive straight from the airport too.

The beds are two double beds in a room with separate duvets which was inconvenient.

The location was excellent and central, and the breakfast was superb. We also felt that the room was serviceable and nicely decorated, and the bathroom in particular was very nice compared to other hotels we have previously stayed in. It was also a nice bonus to be able to pick up small sweets/baked goods every day at the reception.

The room was slightly smaller than our expectations, but not too small that it was uncomfortable for two people. The steam room in the sauna area did not seem to work as expected (the heat only seemed to linger towards the top half of the room and the bottom half felt colder in comparison).

The room's design was really modern, clean and fresh. Everything related to the 'hotel' side was fantastic. Any minor/issues or requests we made were dealt with incredibly professionally and efficiently. The locations is good - it's a 15/20 minute walk into the main parts of the city (tourist parts). We also found some great local restaurants and bars around the hotel too. My partner said the hotel gym was one of the better they'd experienced in a smaller hotel.

The Monkey Bar was disappointing. On our first night, we weren't allowed access because of a private event. In the evenings, service was slow and not overly professional - we waited 25 minutes for our first drinks on one occasion. It's a shame because the space was great.

A truly amazing stay at the most glorious hotel. Excellent location. Close to the train station and an easy quick into the old town. Housekeeping, next level. The room was sparkling after a day of exploring. Huge comfortable rooms. Complimentary bottled water everyday. Plenty of coffee capsules. Highly recommend a stay here when visiting Prague.
