It’s a short walk from the main train station. Our room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of quality food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

The property was conveniently located very near a metro station and the main train station so it was easy to get to the Congress center for me. It was also in a very safe Neighbourhood and it was safe for my 18-year-old to wander around the city center. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The bar attached to the hotel was also great for a nice drink after a day at the conference and had some interesting varieties. The breakfast looked delicious. Unfortunately I had no time to try it out.

The property was fantastic. Most aspects breakfast was a little pricey. The AC could not cope with the summer heat however, the staff were very good at fixing it quickly.

The decor was beautiful and very stylish. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great and the bar had a lovely atmosphere. The location was really good for sightseeing and we were less than 10 mins to Wenceslas Square. It is also directly opposite the main train station. Handy for travel.

Great location near the train station, also a 10 minute walk to the city center. Clean and well designed with fitness room and sauna. Beautiful garden when you have your breakfast and during the evening a drink at the monkey bar. Great service, polite and quick. Big and comfortable rooms. A great experience overall.

The location was awesome. It's a minute from the train station. It was super central, so it was easy to get to the old town. The hotel was spotless. Everything you needed was there. It was really quiet. Loved the sauna and steam room. The breakfast was the absolute best.

We had to take our luggage up two very tiny stair cases. However, it might be a deal breaker for old people or people with disabilities.

Perfect location, amazing facility with a room of exceptional quality. Amazing decor, the room was super comfortable, well furnished, smelt amazing after every clean. Housekeeping was spot on, room looked brand new every day. Very convenient next to the Prague train station, very short walk to Old Town. Amazing restaurant for some tapas. Could not fault it this hotel. Brilliant.

Step into the shower via bath, not ideal for older guest. Outside of that nothing more to complain about.

i absolutely loved how spacious and bright the room was. as a solo female traveller i felt very safe and comfortable in this hotel, and the beds were one of the most comfortable hotel beds ive slept on! Will be retuning to this hotel next time i visit prague again! 11/10 recommend!!

Place is perfect, 1 min to main train station, close to Old town and Wenceslao square is walking distance as well. So many shops and restaurants nearby. The air-conditioning unit in our room was not properly cooling but the staff was quick to find an alternative and compensate for the inconvenience. Outstanding customer service, great breakfast and rooms are all spacious, modern looking and pretty. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Only that the air-conditioning was faulty in the suite we first got allocated to. But again, it could have also been because we went peak of summer.

The slight smell of liquor in the reception area, think it was a deliberate fragrance but it made me think of cocktails which was not great in the morning.

The location close to major attractions was very good - close to the National Museum, Wenceslas Square and Old Town with the Astronomical Clock. The restaurant offered a variety of breakfast options including full continental items, and made to order hot breakfast dishes. The wait staff was also very helpful and friendly. The room was not very large, but clean and comfortable.

There are a number of stairs from the street to the lobby, which made it an issue bringing up large luggage. The bathroom could use more shelf space for storing items.

The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The food breakfast and dinner were both amazing! Really tasty and great value for money.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding, with very polite and helpful service in the dining room. The location was perfect for me, both for work purposes and for enjoying this beautiful city.

The pillows were not comfortable for me, despite the hotel offering three options. But that may be a personal preference.

The deluxe room we booked was brilliant, so roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, absolutely worth getting. The spa facilities were a highlight, we used them every day and they were never busy.

Can't fault anything about it.

We loved using the sauna every day after a long day of visiting museums and walking around the beautiful city of Prague. It was relaxing and restorative before going out again at night for dinner.

A more affordable breakfast and more breakfast choices for those who don't eat much in the morning.

The location was ideal for touring the City. The Old Town Prague clock is only a fifteen-minute walk away, so in a slightly quieter neighborhood, yet the main train station is just across the road. Tram lines are only a five-minute walk away, too. We had read the reviews on the Hotel, which highlighted the breakfast offering. Well, this was beyond what we were expecting; it is not to be missed. Wonderful selection of freshly prepared foods.

The hotel is very well located, it is super close to the main trainstation and also to Wenceslas Square. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic, the ginger shot and the prosecco are nice extras. The Monkley Bar itself is also worth a visit at the weekend brunch with the live music. The room and the entire hotel is very stylish, we loved the interior. The staff is super helpful and polite, and accommodated all our questions and requests immediately. Wifi connection is flawless, and the spa area is also nice and can allow relaxation after a full day of sightseeing. There is a parking garage which does not belong to the hotel one block away, which is easy to reach. I highly reccommend this hotel to anyone who appreciate good value for money.

We booked the room for 2 nights. Upon arrival, we got a tiny room with a very small bathroom and air conditioner that didn’t work. After complaining, we were upgraded into a very large and comfortable room with no issues at all. Other than that, everything was great: team, breakfast and more.

I had a fantastic stay at Falkensteiner Hotel Prague. The hotel is contemporary and beautifully designed, with clean, comfortable rooms and a great atmosphere throughout. The gym was one of the nicest I’ve seen in a hotel—spacious, modern, and very well maintained. I also really enjoyed the Monkey Bar—both the food and cocktails were delicious, and the vibe was relaxed and stylish. What truly stood out was the service—every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help. It made the stay feel genuinely welcoming. I’ll absolutely be returning next time I’m in Prague. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a modern, well-located base with excellent amenities and service.

The room was excellent, and thanks for the free upgrade. The beds were so comfrotable, the sheets of high quality, the shower was fast to get hot with high flow; the towels were soft and fragrant. Loved the big window we could open for air and the sounds of the city, but closed the room was so quiet. Love the bar and restaurant. Grateful for bag storage facilty too.

Phorographs of sexy women with flowers as a theme perhaps a bit sexist in the post-me too era...women friends rolled their eyes...Option for a coffee and a continental breakfast might be more appealing to guests than a 32 Euro breakfast!

Very convenient location just across from the main train station. We could walk with our luggage with no issues. Easy walking from the hotel to key places in the old town. Room was nice, spacious and clean. A great spot to stay.
