Staff is great! I mean is probably hard to find more helpful and friendly people in hospitality business. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious with a large bathroom and all amenities you need. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options, quality ingredients and the space itself very nice designed. Surely we will get back here 😎

The hotel was clean & comfortable with bright welcoming décor. The Monkey Bar with its outdoor terrace was a magical place for an evening drink. The staff were warm, friendly & very welcoming.

This is really a great hotel! The entire design is very nice and special, the room is just the right size and is cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff is very very nice as well. We really liked this hotel and will definitely return!

The location is not ideal, you have to walk 7-10 minutes to the closet tram / metro station

Fantastic atmosphere / style / decor. It had a great vibe, right from reception all the way through to the rooms. The staff were wonderful, helpful and attentive.

I didn’t like the hotel design. Large photo of nice women are hanging everywhere, that was too aggressive even for me (m, 47), let alone for the female guests. Colours are strange. Some furniture peaces are unusually placed, like a lamp hanging in the middle of the room where one can hit his head. Artificial flowers everywhere. Why?? it’s an old building with high ceilings but somehow strangely renovated so you don’t have this allure. Instead it looks cheap. However, price-wise it’s not cheap, so despite the friendly service, the great breakfast, the good location, etc. one gets the feeling of having paid too much. A minor thing for me, but important for people who like it quite: there is a bar downstairs, so even on the 4th floor you might here noises up until after midnight.

The ambiance as soon as you enter the place. Very helpful friendly staff. Loved the Monkey Bar and the world wide tapas and cocktails, a memorable stay.

Exceptional, close to station, good walking distance to old town

The location was excellent with a short walk to the Brandenburg gate and all of the museums are nearby also. The reception staff were all friendly and very helpful. When I asked about a pharmacy nearby to buy sunscreen, the gentleman gave me a small tube from behind the counter to keep. This was much appreciated.

Our air-conditioning didnt work and it was very hot when we were there. We were given a floor standing fan and told that a technician would look at air con the following day. This did not happen

Location to the train station, was able to walk to most tourist attractions

No kettle to make a cup of tea, it’s not the same making a cuppa using a coffee machine as the water isn’t boiling

Sauna, steam and relaxation room was the highlight! Offered flavored water and trail mix along with a relaxing environment! Room was very spacious and sound proof. The Monkey Bar had wonderful cocktails and food!

Limited spa offering. The hotel software on the tv in the room was outdated, no access to streaming services or screen sharing to the tv from Apple devices.

The hotel was very clean the staff were helpful. We had a very comfortable 3 nights. The location was perfect, just a few mins walk to the tram stop, also very close to metro line A. Our check-in wasn't until 3, we arrived at 11 to drop our bags, then was told the room is ready😊. The room was very spacious. Definitely will be back to this hotel

Clean, comfortable and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Monkey Bar and people who work there were amazing. Easy to get to old town. Tram system is easy. Mostly went about on tram 15. Recommend downloading the travel app.

The gym needs a little upgrade and i needed a water kettle in the room.

I was very happily surprised by how good the breakfast was. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was big and comfortable. Location is also very good.

Our room was a little on the small size and the bathroom was tight. The evening service in the Monkey Bar was slow and the servers failed to check back after delivering the food.

Our recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect, just a two-minute walk from Prague's main train station, which offers a direct and fast bus to the airport. It's also only a few minutes from the city center and close to most major tourist attractions, as well as several great restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived before the official check-in time, and they had our room ready for us, which was a huge bonus. Our room was very comfortable, and the hotel's bar-restaurant served an excellent breakfast with a great pub atmosphere. We enjoyed the small and very clean spa. Although we didn't use the gym, it looked well-equipped for anyone who wants to get a workout in. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its amazing location, friendly service, and comfortable amenities.

While the hotel has many positives, there was one notable issue during our stay. The most significant downside we experienced was that our room was located directly above the hotel's pub. We found that the music was sometimes a bit disturbing, although it was not loud enough to affect our sleep.

The room was clean and tidy on arrival and the facilities such as the gym and bar were nice to have available.

After a few days there was a smell in our room, I believe this was coming from the drain in the shower as after we showered in a morning the smell was gone but when we would return in the evening it would be there again. Maybe some drain maintenance is needed.

As we arrived by train from Budapest, it was a great location....just a short walk from the train station. The hotel entrance is very welcoming, and the lobby and reception areas are also beautifully decorated. It was easy to feel relaxed. The staff at the front desk were friendly, polite and very helpful. Our room was on the 5th floor with views across to the train station ( which you could not hear ). The room was quite spacious, with plenty of storage options, and place for cases. Our bathroom was also a decent size. All rooms were well appointed with modern decor and were very clean. The location was great. Close proximity to train station, and a short walk to the old town. The Prague castle was about a 30 minute walk. The Monkey Bar/Terrace area was a great spot to relax and have a cocktail or two......quite unique......or some great Tapas food. Unfortunately for us the experience was spoiled a little due to the smokers. I would definitely recommend if looking for a modern, well located hotel.

This hotel is a stunner. One of the nicest boutique hotels we have stayed in during our trip to Europe. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and the bed very comfortable. The downstairs solar and steam room was a welcome place to relax after a day of exploring. You have to visit the Monkey Bar for some cocktails that will rival the top rated bars in the world. Very certainly located to easily explore Prague, you are a 10min stroll from all the major attractions. And a 2mins walk from the main station.

Very close to the main train station. Also the AirPort Express took us to the main station and we walked to the hotel with our luggage which was a short walk.

As with any large city it can be a bit noisy with traffic at night. The location made up for that as we took the train the next morning.

Everything was nice clean and modern. Proper boutique hotel. Great location and food and drinks. Breakfast beautiful and service very good.

Only thing what was missing was some english channels. Only couple of news ones is just not enough.

We arrived before the check in time but they found a room which was ready and in our context it was a really surprise :) the rooms are just perfect: comfort and well equiped

Mattress was overly firm. Wait times at the restaurant were unreasonably long. One night, we waited 10-15min to be seated and no one came to greet us, even though the staff could see us, so we left. The times we did manage to eat or drink at the restaurant, we had to wait 10-15min before anyone came to take our orders. The slowness of the restaurant was hard to understand, as it seemed to happen whether the restaurant was busy or empty. We found the prices at the restaurant, while not outrageous, somewhat high.

The hotel is close to everything needed (also to the central station), so most days we just walked and didn't use any public transportation.

The only thing I can think of is that there isn't much space in the closet to organize your things, so if you are coming for a few days, most of your items will stay in the suitcase.
