Very central and easy to find way around Naples

We were only there for 2 days, one of which was to take the Metro, then train, to Pompeii, but there was a Metro and train strike which the hotel didn’t inform us about! We wasted so much time and it spoilt our trip to Naples. There was no proper Reception, just different staff manning a desk. No-one took any responsibility and were pretty useless giving any information.

Off street, very private boutique hotel with pool. Staff, breakfast and well-appointed facilities. Exceptionally well located in the heart of historic district.

Room fairly small but comfortable. Bathtub very difficult to get in and out of.

Very central. Nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Naples. The pool area was lovely to relax after site seeing.
Was opposite Piazza Bellini where we had drinks every night.

Naples is very hectic. To get into the hotel you have to enter through locked gates into a courtyard which is like a quiet oasis.

The temperature on dropped drastically in the evening. So we found the room cold.

Gorgeous hotel in the center of everything! Stellar, large room, exquisite bathroom, very good breakfast. It’s a great place, worth every cent.

The location was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and uniquely decorated with fantastic artworks.
The staff was so excellent! They are quick with the Cappucinos!!
Pietro was so sweet and helpful.
Some rooms are noisy at night especially on weekends but we had earplugs to go around silicone ones!
The garden and patio are lovely for mornng coffee. Food excellent and food breakfast selection.

Fabulous boutique hotel tucked away in a courtyard oasis of calm. Quiet and comfortable with gorgeous roof terrace as well as outdoor pool and sun deck. Right in the heart of Naples with many of the main attractions in easy walking distance.

One of the staff members was a bit rude and unhelpful but the majority were great.

Very friendly staff, everything was very clean. Excellent breakfast choices. Great atmosphere around the pool area.

The bed was quite hard and there was a whirring noise every morning when some sort of pump started up.

This hotel is in a great location right in the heart of old town with a special ambiance, helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast.

The location was good and the staff was very service minded.

Perfect location at a walking distance from most of the touristic sites of Naples. Rooms are comfortable tough with minimum facilities. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is awesome.

For this price, i find the room small and the facilities/equipment minimum. Parking is also very expensive though a parking spot is a luxury in Naples.

Gorgeous oasis in a vibrant city. The pool is a fabulous retreat in the summer heat, very quiet amongst a noisy neighborhood and a yummy breakfast.

Excellent location in courtyard off the Spanish quarter. Easy to walk to Main Street or to nearest metro. Or wander slowly through the old streets.
Although lovely at night and a great selection of bars and restaurants nearby the hotel is very secluded.

Older style bathroom is very awkward! Difficult to get in and out of shower!!

Beautiful stained glass porch where you can chill with a little cocktail in the afternoon after using the pool or for breakfast in the morning. Also great location and lovely staff.

Central location, small pool is lovely, artistic decor and interest in art. Good breakfast.

Not much care when the door bells to the property (two ) weren’t working and we were stuck outside the gates and couldn’t get in. Luggage help is lacking. Not easily accessible with disabilities if that’s important.

The bedroom had a lot of character, the beds were very comfortable and the staff were nice. There was a pool but it was not available for the first two days due to technical issues.

The entrance was through a locked metal gate through an alleyway which wasn’t mentioned in the description, therefore we could not initially find the hotel. To access the gate we had to ring the bell each time which wasn’t ideal. Also, there was a strange smell in the bedroom which may be due to not having fresh air in it.

Great location, nice views, clean and airy rooms, good stay, recommended.

Location - excellent. Staff was welcoming, proffesional and organised a taxi for us on the day we left.
Hotel has a real art and oasis feeling. Lots of plants and a relaxing area around the pool.
Room was as described - not big, bet cosy and had everything that we needed. I loved the sweet, but light fig scent on products in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, espresso was freshly made. We also ordered drinks and salad from the pool menu - great option after a busy day.
We enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is a beautiful oasis within the crazy city of Naples. The pool are in excellent and the hotel itself is full of quirk art and boasts a wonderful stained glass feature window. The atmosphere is very relaxed and yet it is just yards from the busiest of streets

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel from the street. The entrance is anonymous and even when through the outer defences it’s hard to find the entrance. Minor issue though.

So many restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Short walk to metro.
People are very helpful in bars and restaurants.
Food and drink very cheap for a city.

We really enjoyed Naples, but the city needs to clean up a lot. It's such a shame that all the bins are always overflowing in the streets, graffiti everywhere. It feels dirty, but it is such a simple fix to make this a cleaner environment.

Great Location! Only a block and a half away from the entrance to the Archeological Museum ... which is a must see ... and just steps away from Piazza Bellini, with its great restaurants and night life! The hotel itself is on the inside of a courtyard, so outside street noise in not a problem. The staff is very welcoming and extremely helpful. The included breakfast is quite varied and sumptuous. Coffee is made-to-order. Our room was just off of the pool and was uniquely shaped having three large arched-alcoves; one for the full-length couch, one for the bed, and the other for the bathroom. The place was huge! I will definitely try to stay in this hotel the next time I am in Naples!
